Chapter 28: Training
06:08, 8 May 2019Loki's P.O.V.
I knew Elizabeth wouldn't listen to me. She is so stubborn and does whatever she wishes, and not what is best for her. If only she listened. I know that Elizabeth can be trusted and will be stronger then the warrior three and Sif, but will she survive a war with Thanos or any war she may fight with the Avengers? I can only hope that, that day doesn't come. I decided to go a watch her train with the warrior three and Sif. I hide in the background, and brought a book to entertain me if I become bored.
Elizabeth's P.O.V.
Once I walked into the training room, I instantly fell in love with it. There were shelves and piles full of different weapons such as daggers, knives, swords, axes, staffs, and all other sorts of weapons.
"Now, shall we get started." Sif asked.
"We shall." I replied.
"Great how about three on two? You, Hogan, and I could be on a team while....."
"Nope. How about one on four?" I said
"What? There is no way for you to beat all four of us at once. How about a drill, so we can see your level."
"Very well."
"But, no magic." Sif says.
"Fine." I say rolling my eyes. As soon as I said that, I could feel Loki's presence near me. I couldn't see him, but I knew he was close.

"I said no magic." Sif said.
"I'm sorry, I can't always control it. It's a self defense reaction."
"Well, maybe you should learn how to control it before someone ends up dead." Sif said. I ran away holding back tears. I didn't care where my feet would take me, as long as it's far away from here.
Loki's P.O.V.
I was watching Elizabeth train, and I've never seen someone fight with so much grace. Her fighting skills were like a deadly dance that she would always win. Once she used her magic everything fell apart. Sif was yelling at her claiming that she needs to control her magic or she will kill someone. I saw Elizabeth's run out of the training room, and decided to follow her. As soon as I decided to follow her, I lost her. She was running too fast for me. I decided to let her cool down before I say anything.
Elizabeth's P.O.V.
I have been running nonstop for the last two hours. My tears were slowly stopping. My whole life I've tried to live in the light and defend those who cannot defend themselves, but now I've injured an innocent person and have done nothing but cause trouble for others. I'm no different then Thanos, or any of my parents. I keep trying to be good but keep ending up in the dark. Maybe I should just leave everyone behind and try to hide from Thanos, that way Loki and the others won't be hurt. I need to get back to my chamber and get my stuff. I walked into Loki's chamber to get a few things, expecting him to be elsewhere.
"Hello love." He said.
"Hello Loki." I replied.
"How was training?" He asked.
"Well, you should know, after all I could sense you trying to follow me and you watching me."
"Only to watch you fight. You know, I've never seen anyone fight so gracefully and on point."
"Yeah, but at the end I almost killed someone."
"That wasn't your fault. You just defended yourself. She should've known better than that."
"No, it was my fault. I should've know the limits of my magic and held it back."
"No, you shouldn't hold back your magic. It could cause you to become sick or weak if you hold it back to much."
"I know, but the lives of other people are more important than my own."
"That is not true. Your life should be the most important life to you. If you don't live who is going to help save the world and stop crime with the Avengers."
"But..."
"Elizabeth, not a another word. We are finished with this discussion. Now go get dressed I ordered dinner to be brought up here, so you don't have to face the warrior three and Sif."
"Ok." I said. I decided to grab the nightgown Loki has been making me wear, and take a shower. Once I got out and put my nightgown on, I headed for the table where I saw Loki making himself dinner. This dinner wasn't as fancy as my arrival's dinner, but it would do. I piled my plate with some reindeer meat, vegetables, some weird soup, and some potatoes and started to eat. Dinner was very quiet, Loki and I hardly talked at all. Once we finished, we decided to go to bed. It took me awhile because I felt really hot and kept turning and tossing while Loki was just reading his book on his side of the bed. After about thirty minutes he turned off his light and closed his book. He then grabbed by my waist and cooled me down. I instantly fell asleep to his cool touch. I snuggled a little closer to become more comfortable and drifted off to sleep.
A few hours later
I woke up by some weird noise. It sounded like footsteps. I thought it was Loki until I realized that Loki still had his arm around me. I tried to locate the sound but was unsuccessful. I tried to shake Loki awake, but he wouldn't respond.
"Loki.....Loki wake up." I whispered.
"He won't wake up." Someone said.
"What'd you do to him?"
"I put him and the whole castle in a sleeping curse that will last as long as I am here." They said. I tried to find out where the voice is coming from.
"Who are you and what do you want?"
"My sweet Elizabeth, you already know what I want." As soon as they said that I knew exactly who it was.
"Thanos."
"That's right my sweet. How sweet of you to get an outcast to love you and agree to marry you in less than a month. Bravo my dear, however you are mine."
Then everything went dark.
