☆Fiyero's POV☆The next morning, I was making breakfast. I had Chistery try my pancakes before Elphaba woke up.

"Too... Salt." Chistery stated. I dumped the batter out and began again. I suddenly felt Elphaba wrap her arms around me.

"Good morning baby." Elphaba mumbled. "For a man made of straw, you feel so soft." I looked over at Elphaba and smiled.

"I'm glad you think so." I stated. I finished a pancake and had Chistery try it.

"Good." Chistery stated. Elphaba stood on her toes and kissed my cheek.

"Let me make you breakfast." I stated. Elphaba sat down as I began cooking.

"I want to tell Glinda I'm still alive." Elphaba stated. "I just can't think of a way how."

".... She trusts 'Scarecrow.'" I stated. "Maybe if 'Scarecrow' wrote a letter to Glinda, she will come out and see for herself.... Our baby will need an auntie." Elphaba rushed over and hugged me.

"Fiyero Tigelaar," Elphaba stated. "I love you. You are the best fiancé ever." I kissed Elphaba passionately.

"My queen," I stated. "I would give you the whole world if I could." Elphaba and I kept kissing.

"Forget next time you come," Elphaba stated. "I could marry you right now." Elphaba placed her hand on her stomach. I looked at my fiancée and smiled.

"You don't want to wait?" I asked.

"We already have a baby coming," Elphaba stated. "It's not like we're doing anything wrong." I kissed Elphaba.

"Let's go get married today." I stated. Elphaba kissed me.

"I'm going to put on my best dress," Elphaba stated. "I hope it still fits. The baby is already showing." Elphaba lifted up her shirt. I saw a tiny bump beginning to form. I knelt down and kissed Elphaba's bump.

"Just like daddy," I stated. "You are starting to come in style. Just don't hurt mommy, okay? Daddy's driver almost did." I kissed Elphaba's bump a few more times before standing up.

"Done?" Elphaba asked.

"I'll never be done loving you two." I stated.

"And I'm never going to be done loving you." Elphaba stated. I handed a letter to Chistery.

"Can you send this to Glinda?" I asked. Chistery nodded, took the letter, and flew off.

"Thanks Chistery!" Elphaba called out. I placed my hand on Elphaba's bump.

"Look at how tiny it is." I stated. "It's just so small." I went back to making pancakes. Elphaba just hugged me as I cooked.

"I thought I was going to be alone without you here." Elphaba stated.

"You won't be." I stated. "And Glinda would never let that happen once she finds out you faked your death and the scarecrow she trusted was me."

"Or she'll be mad at me." Elphaba stated.

"I won't lie," I stated. "She's going to be real mad. However, she'll get over it once she realizes why and finds out about the baby."

"Don't forget she'll go crazy about the wedding." Elphaba stated. "She'll want to go dress shopping." I chuckled.

"A dress you only wear once," I stated. "And never wear it again." Elphaba shrugged.

"I'll reuse it again." Elphaba stated.

"I know you will." I stated.

☆Glinda's POV☆I was in my quarters, teaching the flying monkeys to talk when I see Scarecrow's monkey sitting there.

"What's going on?" I asked. Chistery handed me the letter he was carrying.

"Miss Glinda." Chistery stated.

"Thank you." I stated. I opened the letter and began reading.

"Impossible," I stated. "I saw Elphie die. However, I have to see this for myself." I went outside and flew to the cottage.

Once I arrived, I knocked on the door. Scarecrow opened the door.

"Come on in." Scarecrow stated. I walked into the cottage to see someone sitting in a chair, reading a book called "What to Expect When You're Expecting." The mysterious figure sitting in the chair lowered her book. It was definitely Elphaba, there was no doubt about it.

"Elphie!" I cheered. I ran over to Elphaba and hugged her. Elphaba hugged me back and began to tear up, her skin burning. I dried Elphaba's tears and smiled.

"I am so sorry," Elphaba stated. "I had to fake my death to protect you. I also used a spell on Fiyero as I hoped it would save him from being beaten to death." Scarecrow removed his hat. It was definitely my ex-fiancé. I recognized those features anywhere.

"Wait," I asked. "You teamed up with that farm girl from Can-zis, wherever that is, to go and kill your girlfriend? But, all this time, you made sure she didn't die and Oz is under the illusion that you're both dead?"

"Yes," Fiyero replied. "And yes. However, we had to. If we didn't fake our deaths, we would have been killed by angry Ozians." I took a deep breath.

"Don't you two ever do this to me ever again!" I shouted. "I had spent these past few weeks crying myself to sleep thinking you were dead!" Fiyero looked over at Elphaba.

"This would be a bad time to tell her." Fiyero stated.

"She has to know." Elphaba stated. "That is the -" Elphaba stopped herself before saying anything else. I sighed.

"I'm sorry," I stated. "It's just that it's been hard. You try lying to Oz, having them believe you're fully on their side, but you just lost your best friend and can't morn over it in the open." Elphaba sighed.

"I wanted to tell you," Elphaba stated. "However, it was too dangerous for all of us." I hugged my best friend.

"Promise me you'll never do that again." I stated.

"I promise." Elphaba stated.

"Good." I stated. "Now, what's going on? What are you two going to do now that you're not returning to Oz?"

"I'm working on a pardon for Elphaba." Fiyero stated.

"I think she means personally dear." Elphaba stated.

"Yes," I stated. "And in this case, Fiyero, get on one knee -"

"I already proposed." Fiyero stated. "A bit sooner than I planned, but I have my reasons besides the fact I love Elphie."

"What other reason could there be?" I questioned. Fiyero and Elphaba looked at each other.

"I'm pregnant." Elphaba stated. I screamed in excitement.
