Stu and Mary were sitting on Stu's bed when Marys phone rang. Stu looked at his would-be girlfriend, if Tatum wasn't in the picture as she talked on the phone. He realized she was talking to Sidney, and that she was calling just to make sure she was home safe. Stu began to talk in the background. "Mary, pay attention to me. We were gonna watch scary movies with Randy tonight." Mary looked over at Stu confused, because she knew that Randy wasn't coming over tonight. She said goodbye and goodnight to her sister, and hung up.

"Why would you do that, Randy isn't coming over tonight?" Mary explained with a cocked eyebrow. Stu looked at her stupidly, and raised an eyebrow.

"Would you rather be on the phone with Sidney all night, besides it's time to play your game." Stu said darkly to his friend. Mary made an o shape with her mouth, realizing as she went to grab her fathers cellular, and the voice changer. Stu and Mary grinned at each other, both with devious and dark looks in their eyes. Mary stopped Stu before he dialed, causing Stu to look at her confusedly.

"Billy won't remain in jail will he? I'm a little worried about him. If he gets prosecuted-" Stu stopped her short of her rambling. "Mary it's fine. The calls are being traced back to your father. You know this." Mary looked down and nodded hesitantly. She was only worried for her friends, and herself. Stu picked up the phone, and dialed Sidney, ready to cause a scream.

-At Tatum's House-

Tatum and Sidney were both in Tatum's room talking about the events that went down earlier that night. Tatum was going on about how Sidney was badass for hitting Gale at the station. "God I loved that. "I'll send you a copy." Bam. Bitch went down. I'll send you a copy, bam. Sid- Super bitch!" Sidney laughed at her as Dewey came in, throwing an ice pack at Sidney for her hand.

Sidney sat up, taking the ice and puts it on her hand. Dewey told the girls that he would be just next door if they needed him. "Any word on my dad?" Dewey looked at Sidney solemnly and shook his head.

"Not yet, but we're looking..but if you need anything" Dewey said, causing Tatum to wave off her brother. Dewey smiled, pulling the door closed and heading to bed, while the two girls remained talking. A telephone began ringing in the other room as they were talking. Tatum sat up and looked at her best friend. "You really think Billy did it?"

"He was there Tatum.." Sidney said sighing, pulling a pillow close to her chest. Tatum smiled and shook her head "I knew he was too perfect, destined to have a flaw." Sidney just sighed, looking down and playing with her fingers, when Tatum's mom came into the room. Sidney and Tatum looked up from their conversation, at the older woman.

"Phone for you, dear." Mrs. Riley said looking at Sidney. "Is it my dad?" The older mom smiled sadly at her daughters best friend and shook her head. "I don't think so dear."

Sidney leaves the room and goes for the phone. Sidney grabs the phone at the end of the hallway and lifts the phone. "Hello?" Sidney says on the phone, wondering who it is, but also cautious after the night she had.

"Hello Sidney." The man on the phone said, the same man from earlier that night. Sidney's whole body goes weak and she begins shivering in fear. She cries out 'No' as his voice moved through her soul. Mrs. Riley begins calling for Dewey, as Tatum is quickly back by her side.

"Poor Billy-Boyfriend. An innocent guy doesn't stand a chance with you." The man on the phone said. Little did Sidney know, that this man was Stu, and Mary was right beside him, listening in on the conversation. She was helping him know what to say as he said it. "LEAVE ME ALONE." Sidney screams, causing a shiver to go down Mary's spine, but also causing a cynical smile to spread across her face. Stu looked over at his best friend, smiling as well.

"Looks like you fingered the wrong guy.. again." Sidney stood frozen at the phone, only now beginning to realize that it was a possibility that Cotton Weary in fact, did not kill her & Mary's mother that night. Mary though, was glaring at Stu, thinking that he was giving away the plot too quickly. Tatum, who was right beside Sidney was whispering in her ear, telling her to hang up. "Who are you." Sidney asked, finding her voice once again. The man on the phone, otherwise Stu, answered after a moment of silence.

"Don't worry. You'll find out soon enough. I promise." The man said on the other side of the phone. Mary looked at Stu, and whispered to him "It's time to end the call." She had heard Mrs. Riley's cries for Dewey, and if Dewey talked there was a chance he could trace the call. "This is gonna be fun Sidney. Just like old times." Stu hung up the phone and looked over at Mary. Now there was no reason to suspect Billy, or so the pair thought. Stu looked down at Mary's lips, and Mary looked up at Stu, trying to fight her affection for the man in front of her.

"I think we scared her pretty good, don't you think?" Mary asked her friend laughing. Stu nodded with a ghost of a smile, that caused Mary to furrow her eyebrows in question. She was about to ask what was wrong, when he smashed his lips to hers, kissing her desperately and passionately. Mary was taken by surprise, but after a moment, kissed him back. The two realized that they couldn't hide their love from one another anymore, and took it deeper, feeling each other thoroughly that night, and giving themselves to each other. This was a secret to be kept from Tatum, and a mutual agreement, that when it was time for her to go, Mary would be the one doing the deed.
