Chapter 15

Ignore the mistakes

I closed the door and locked it then sat on his bed. 

" Why you so distant ma'?" He sat next to me, then place me in his lap.

" I don't think we should be doing this 'Tae." He kissed my neck.

" Why you think that?"

I bit down on my lip. " Because we're not together... You're still with Giovanna."

" Things ain't working out for us right now." He mumbled in my neck.

I closed my eyes " Soooom your gonna turn to me because, she won't give you what you want?"

" Nope, it ain't like I'mTurning to you... I want you."

As soon as them words came out of his mouth, I said fuck it and kissed him.  He laid me down on his bed and got between my legs. I could feel him getting bigger.

We continue to Kiss in sync. He move down to my neck, biting on it. I moaned as he kissed my spot. He gave me hickeys all the way down to my stomach. He tried to rub me but  I jump up. I was suppose to be back in her room 5 minutes ago... And it doesn't take that long to pee.

I sat up. " Davontae we can't do this right now." 1, I'm  acting dumb and 2 I'm moving fast.

He nodded " I know." He sighed.

I got up and walked to his mirror. I looked a hot mess. Davontae came from behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

" Your sister is gonna kill me." I mumbled as I looked at my neck.

He laughed. " It ain't like I didn't notice she was messing around with August, so I know she gonna notice... She probably gonna kill me for messing around with her bestfriend."

I covered up the Hickey's the best I  could with my hair. 

" Baby why can't you just say a Lil bit longer." He groaned. I looked at him like he was crazy. 

" Nah 'Tae you know we can't ."

He bit down on his lip " I need help though." He motioned to his boner.

I tossed his some lotion " There's your help right there." I walked out of his room.

I closed his door quietly and went into the bathroom, flushed the toilet, wet my hands, turn of the lights then walked into Daejahs room.

Ariana finally came back from the bathroom. She laid down next to me. I was on snap. 

" You finally got done." I laughed.

" Yep." 

I was messing around with the filters and Ibsaw Hickey's on her neck. She didn't have them before, when she change infront of me. And I know, I didn't put them there. I looked away quickly then put my phone down.  I sat up. 

Ariana was on her stomach. " Bestfriend?"

She put her phone down on my pillow and sat up. " Yes?"

I grabbed her and my phone and threw it on the chair. Then I pushed her down then I straddled her. She looked at me like I was crazy. 

" What you doin'?" She grabbed onto my waist.

I shook my head " Nah what you been doin'?"

" N-nothing."

I nodded. I removed all her hair that was covering her neck. I seen all of them. I lifted her shirt and saw more.

" Davontae!"

He came running into my room then stopped when he seen me. " Yeah?"

I patted down on my bed next to Ariana and I.

He sat down. I got off of her and sat next to him, and Ariana sat next to me.

" So is y'all fucking?" I asked them blunty.

They shook there heads no. " Nah we not."

I nodded." Mhm okay."

Iooked at Davontae. " Have you got further than Ariana stomach?"

Ariana eyed Davontae and he smirked." Nah, but I wish I gotta taste tho."

I shook my head. "Oh my lord." I mumbled, touching my forehead.

" Forreal bunny.."

" Okay, I don't need to know that. But if y'all keep it up, y'all  gonna end up like me and August 0 right now." I shook my head. " All I'm saying is that, we all better stop playing before somebody gets hurt."

They nodded, agreeing. " Now davontae don't get my best friend pregnant." I joked.

He smirked " I just might."

" No nigga." Ariana scrunched her face up, smacking his stomach.

" But me and your best friend will be fine and so will you and August ."

I nodded. He got up an walked to the door. 

" I'll talk to you later babyyy."

Ariana threw a pilliow at Davontae. " Bye davontae."

He walked out of my room and I laughed." I'm  done." Ariana shook her head.

" Yall something else." 

"Momma?" I walk inta' ma' house.

" 'Yung, I'm in the living room." She yelled. I walked into tha' living room. I saw ha' on that couch. I sat down across from ha'.

" Hey ma'."

She smiled " Hey."

I rubbed ma' temple, trying to prevent the on going headache, I was about to get. I was startin' ta' get a headache from all this shit that been happenin'

" Whats wrong?" She asked.

" Daejah.... She's mad at me to sum' reason and I don't kno' why." I sighed.

" Why won't you just talk to her."

" I would but she block me on er'thang and even if Itry she won't listen." I told momma.

" I told you not to hurt ha'." She shook ha head.

" I kno'... But I'll figure it out tho'."

" Yeah, but I know y'all can't stay mad at each other for a long time."

I smiled " True."

"Anthony, there's something bout Daejah, she way different then the other girls you dated or the one you are dating right now." She shook her head." But I'm  hoping your gonna make the right choice and choose with your heart .... Not your dick."

I nodded " shi' me ta'." I mumbled to ma self, stroking my beard. I got up off tha' couch." I'll talk ta' ya' Lata', I'm Finna go see if I can talk ta' ha'."

Momma nodded. I walked upstairs into my room and laid down on my bed. She still got me blocked so I texted Ariana.

August- Can you please tell me why daejah mad at me.

Ariana- its not my place.

August- yes it is Ariana.

Ariana- no its not , you better stop texting me before you ' girlfriend 'get mad again.

August- What you mean ???

She never responded back.

I knocked on the door and somebody opened it up. It was Hailey sister, Tatiyana. She was only a year younga' then Hailey.

She smiled. " Hey Aug."

" Wassup Tati',where ya' sista' at?" She closed the door, after she let me in.

" She's upstairs in her room."

I nodded and walked up that stairs, into her room.  She was on ha' bed scolling through ha' twitter or sum'. I sat down on tha'edge of ha' bed. She looked up when she when felt the bed dip.

She smiled and sat up. " Hey baby."

" Hey " I said dryly.

She walked ova' ta' me then sat on ma' lap, wrapping her arms around ma' waist. 

" I'm sorry 'bout earlier in practice. I just been missing you ." She kissed ma' lips.

"That's that problem Hailey."

She furrowed ha' eyebrows. " What you mean?"

" Hailey... We ain't been working out and ya' kno' tha' so why keep goin'?" I asked, looking at her.

" What you trying to say?"

" I'm breaking up witcha'." I said blunty. I removed ha' from ma' lap as she clench ha' jaw. She smacked me across ma' face. I rubbed ma' cheek as she went towards ha' dresser. I looked at ha' like she was crazy.

" Wha' tha' fuck wrong witcha' !?"

She start throwing all ha' shit at me. Lotion, shoes, perfume, books, pilliows, you name it.

Her momma came into her room and rushed over to Hailey. Hailey was in tears, which cause me to shook my head.

Ray came into the room. " Nigga what the fuck did you do!?" 

" Broke up with ya' crazy ass sista', is what tha' fuck I did." I stood up.

Ray pushed me toward that mirror, which came crashing down on me. Tatiyanna  walked into the room " What's happening!?"

She looked at me then ran toward me. I stood up.

" Oh my gosh August, are you okay?" I had blood  coming out ma' arms. She looked me in ma' eyes wit' worry.

" I'm fine." I clench ma' fist.

" Boys, Boys, calm down." Momma urged us.

Tatiyana pushed Ray into the hallway. " Go Aug!" She yelled.

I walked into the hallway,where they was at. 

" Go on, run like a pussy nigga." I clench my jaw and fist again. I gently move Tati' out my way and punched Ray.

" Wassup nigga let's go!" I pulled my pants up.

Taityana got between us and pushed me toward the stairs. " Go!"

I shook my head and walked downstairs, out that door.

I looked down at my arms and they were dripping with blood. I started walking towards Davontae and Daejahs house. I looked at ma' phone, it was 7:44.

There momma worked at the hospital and I know she would be home by now. I kept walking 'till I got there.

My head was hurting like hell. I knocked on tha' door a couple of times then their momma opened up and gasp when she was me.

" Oh my lord August come in." She motioned me to come in.

" Momma D...."

" You staying for dinner?" I asked Ariana.  

She nodded. " Yep, you already know, I can't miss your dad cookin'." She smiled.

I laughed. Her fat ass. "Everyone knows you can't."

"Right." 

My room door flung open. It was Davontae. " Come downstairs now."

I looked at Ariana and she did the same to me. We quickly got out of bed. We walked downstairs with Davontae behind us. I stopped dead in my steps when I  saw August. 

" Aug what happened?!"

" I'm fine." He groaned.

" Daejah go get me some towels." Momma instructed.

I ran upstairs into the closet and grabbed some. I ran downstairs and almost bust my ass.

Ariana laughed. I mugged her as I handed the towels to momma. She wiped and cleaned up the blood that was on August. He winced in pain as she got the glass out. 

" You okay Aug'?" My dad asked. He nodded. " You can stay and eat dinner with us if you want."

" Okay, thank ya'."

He walked back into the kitchen. I looked at Ariana and Davontae and they nodded then walked upstairs. Momma finished up and went into the kitchen with my dad.

I looked at August and he looked at me. " I thought ya' was mad at me."

" I'm still am. But what happen ... How'd this happen?"

" I went to Hailey house." I rolled my eyes. " Hol' up lemme finish befo' ya' start jumping ta' concusions." 

He explain to me, to be honest I did feel sometime of way because I do actually care about August. Ray actually did this to him, that was just another thing.

" I'll be fine ma'." 

I nodded and got up off the couch .

" Where ya' goin'?" He walked behind me.

" To make sure Ariana  and Davontae ain't doing something they aren't suppose to ."

" They better not be!" Momma yelled.

We laughed as we walked upstairs, towards Davontae room. I opened the door and saw ariana laying on Davontaes chest. It wasn't even 5 minutes and she was asleep.

Davontae smiled. " Ya' bestfriend something else."

I chuckled. " I know.... I'll Tell you when it's time to eat."

He nodded. " 'Ight." I walked into my room. I saw August sitting on my bed. I laid down and got on my phone. "So ya' still really mad at me ma'?" He questioned. I ignored him and scolled through my timeline.

He moved towards me. " I kno' ya' can't get enough of Aug'." He smirked.

I laughed " Aug really?" I pushed his face away from mine. 

" I'm forreal." He confidently smiled.

I smacked my lips. " Aug, just 'cause you broke up with Hailey,  that don't mean nothing. I'm still mad at you." I shrugged, getting up.

I walked out of my room into Davontae. August walked behind me. They were both asleep. " It's time to eat." I shook them.

They nodded. Ariana got up and rubbed her eyes. " Girl I'm still sleepy." She groaned, stumbling a little bit.

" You always are." I laughed.

We all walked downstairs, into the dining room. Ariana and I hickeys were covered, so we're good. Mine was just about gone.

Once we got situated, It was so quiet that, the only thing that was heard was the silver ware hitting our plates.

Ariana stood up, with her plate." It's so dry at this table, right now I'm finna go upstairs and get lit. "

I grabbed her arm and pulled her back into her seat. " Girl sit your a- butt down."

Momma eyed me " Girl you better watch your mouth."

Ariana and davontae  laughed. I shook my head, grabbing my fork. I could tell it was alot of tension at the table .

August cleared his throat. " Momma D, I wanna say thank ya', for helpin' me out. I kno' if ma' momma saw me like that, she would've went crazy."

She smiled. " No problem Aug'."

" So what even happen, if you don't mind me asking ." My dad asked.

He shook his head, no, then explain what just went down.

" Dang bruh." Davontae mumbled, putting down his fork.

Ariana and I sat there in silence. " I didn't think that, that would've been a problem." August stated.

" When you break up with any girl, it's going to be a problem." My dad told.

" Well, its never been a problem to me." Davontae shrugged.

Thats cause your a man hoe. " We all know Davontae, you have sides instead of mains."

" Exactly."

" Davontae you better not be treating a girl like that." Our dad warned him.

He glared at me." I'm not."

" That's some bullshit ma' and you know that." Ray yelled. Momma held me in her arms, as we sat in bed. " Watch your mouth boy."

He smacked his lips. " He probably is going to go with Daejah, she the one who did that to her."

Momma looked at me. " She did this to you?"

I nodded.

" Why?"

" She just came out of nowhere ...... When I was with Danaejah and Giovanna..... Her and Ariana jumped me, when I didn't  do nothing wrong....I thought we were best friend but I guest not." My voice cracked.

" Aww my baby." She hugged me and kissed my forehead.

Momma stood up. " Imma talk to there parents." She  walked out of my room.

Tati' came into my room with a broom and dustpan and started to clean up. I wiped my fake tears away.  " Why you lie on them like that?" She closed my door. " You know they didn't like you since... Forever."

" Okay and... She was talking to my boy-"

" Ex."

I rolled my eyes. " What ever. My ex-boyfriend so imma get her back." I smirked.

She shook her head.

I walked August to the door, since it was getting late. I wanted him to low-key spend the night, but then I don't want him to know that.

He glared at me for the 1000th to tonight. " Take a picture it'll last longer." I flipped my hair, smiling.

He took his phone out of his pocket then took a picture. He slipped it back into his pocket. " So ya' gonna fa'give a nigga, and unblock ma' numba'?"

I shrugged. 

" Ya' shoud tho'." He smiled.

" I really shouldn't  tho."

I wanted to forgive him but at the same Ididn't. Even though we weren't together at the time, I'm still hurt. He led me on while he was still with Hailey.

I stood there for a minute  then took out my phone. I unblocked him on everything and my phone started blowing up. I turned off my notifications.

" So ya' gonna tell me why ya' was mad at me fo'?" He asked.

" You asking for a little bit to much right now." I crossed my arms.

He flashed me his smile. " I kno'."

He stretched his arms out. " Come on ma', ya' kno' ya' can't get enough of Aug." He smirked again.

I poked my cheek with my tongue, trying not to laugh. I gave in and gave him a hug. We pulled away. " Bye Aug, be safe."

" I'll fo' sho', bye ma'." I closed the door, when he walked out. I walked upstair into my room and saw Ariana laying in my bed.

" I'm surpise your not with Davontae." 

" Same."

I shook my head " Bruh." 

" So what you a-" She stopped when we heard my dad yelling.

" Daejah Diamond Robinson!"

I looked at Ariana  and she shrugged. I got up and walked towards there room. " Ooo you Finna get in trouble." Davontae told me, as he peeked his head out of his room.

" Shut up." I mugged him.

I walked into there room. " Yess?"
