"Chiara!" Gia called out in school hallway, jogging up to the blonde, pulling her into a tight hug. "Last night was fucking crazy!" She exclaimed with a laugh. "Did you see Ludo?" She asked, concern overcoming her features.

Chiara shook her head, "I hoped you would've seen her."

"I didn't. Neither of you answered my text last night, I was worried," Gia said, pulling away from her friend.

Chiara explained Gianna the situation with Damiano showing up in the club and Ludo helping her distract him so that he didn't see her. What happened with Ludo and Damiano after she has no idea.

"Where did you go?" Chiara asked after she ended explaining her evening.

Gia bit her lip, blush creeping onto her cheeks. "Um.. I met a guy at the club. He took me home," she said with a smile.

Chiara raised her eyebrows. "You'll tell me more once we find Ludo, come on."

Walking past the toilets, Chiara pulled Gia to a stop as she caught a glimpse of their missing friend.

"Hey," Chiara greeted as she and Gia walked towards Ludo. Ludo stood straight and pulled both the girls into a hug.

"Why did you disappear like that?" Chiara sighed.

"Where did you go?" Gia asked.

They pulled away from each other, "let's sit down," Ludo told them and sat by to sinks on the ground.

"So Damiano showed up," Ludo started, looking at Gia to see if she knew.

"Yeah, I know. Chia told me," Ludo nodded and continued her explanation.

"I tried to distract them to go outside, which worked, but once we were outside for some reason they wanted to drive me home I guess," Ludo explained, herself not completely certain what exactly happened.

"They told Damiano to drive. He was drunk. He lost control of the car.. I don't know," Ludo furrowed her eyebrows, anxiousness on her face.

"Why the fuck did they let him drive?" Chiara angrily asked, not expecting answer.

"We got into a car accident, Fiore told us to get out of there. Said he's gonna take care of it."

"What does that even mean," Gianna wondered out loud. She bit the inside of her cheek in anxious habit.

"Why was he even there? Why?" Ludo asked them, her voice breaking towards the end of the sentence.

"Could he be friends with Fiore?" Chiara wondered.

"No, I don't think so," Ludo answered, deep in thought like Gia and Chiara.

"No me neither," Chiara shook her head.

Looking the look on the dark haired girl, Chiara said, "What matters is that you're okay."

"Exactly," Gia nodded. "Look, Fiore said he's gonna take care of it. It'll be fine. It's not your fault," she tried to comfort her friend.

"I'm so sorry Ludo." Ludo's phone started to ring, looking at her phone, the name Saverio on her screen.

Giving the girls a look, she answered the phone.

"Finally you picked up," came from the phone, not Saverio's voice, but Fiore's.

Ludo quickly hung up, shutting her phone off, taking a deep breath.

"Fiore?" Chiara asked with wide eyes.

"He must have taken Saverio's phone," Ludo said, fear coming out of her.

"Wait, Fiore's got Saverio's phone?" Chiara started to freak out, Gianna confused as to why.

"It's got everything in it," she started to explain, looking at Ludo with wide eyes. "Photos of us," at this she looked at Gianna too. "The chat with the dentist, everything!" She whisper-yelled.

"I get it. But Fiore has it, not your mother!" Ludo yelled back at Chiara.

"She's right," Gia said, calm unlike her friends.

"So what?" She asked looking at them. "He's nuts, he's not right in the head!"

"He wouldn't do anything with the stuff!" Gia raised her voice this time at Chiara.

"He doesn't even know how to use a phone," Ludo quietly said, defending Fiore.

"That," Gia pointed at Ludo, "screams not normal, so not helping to beat Chiara's allegations."

Chiara put her head in her hands, muttering something to herself.

Gia put her hand on Chiara's shoulder, "Chia, calm down. It'll be fine. He won't do anything stupid with it," she tried to calm her friend down, hoping she was right.

"I tried to unlock it but there's a password," Chiara said as the trio sat on a couch at Ludo's home.

"Of course there is," Gia said from where she sat, her eyes trained on her own phone where she had pulled out Eliseo's contact thinking about what to text him.

"Who are you texting?" Ludo curiously asked her friend, looking at her.

Looking up from her phone, she looked at Ludo, then Chiara.

"I met a guy last night. He drove me home and gave me his number. I don't know what to text him," Gia confessed, giving her friends a shy smile.

Ludo whistled and Chiara asked, "is it like our situation?" She gestured to herself and Ludo. "Does he pay you for things or are you doing it willingly?"

Gia gave her a look and rolled her eyes. "It's different. He's nice. Really handsome, too. And I'm not doing any things.." she trailed off and after seconds started again. "But if I were, it would be because I wanted to," she gave them a sheepish smile.

Chiara laughed and threw a pillow at her, "you whore!"

Gianna laughed and threw the pillow back at her.

"Did he give it to you?" Ludo's question made the two laughing girls stop laughing and look at Ludo with a serious look.

"No," Chiara answered, making Ludo and Gia both look at her. "I grabbed it," she told them with a grin.

"What?" Gianna exclaimed. "You're crazy," she shook her head.

"Couldn't you have just asked him to delete everything?" Ludo asked Chiara.

"What if he said no?" Chiara retorted. "Sorry, but aren't you two curious to see what's on it?" She said taking the phone from Ludo's hands.

"Well, we'll never find out if we don't figure out a way to unlock it," Gia told them.

Seeing the unease Ludo was in, Chiara started talking, "relax, he didn't even notice. I'll delete everything and then return it. He was too busy asking about you."

"He needs to back off," Ludo told Chiara, annoyed.

"But you did kiss him at the party."

"So what?" Ludovica grew angry.

"Welk, it's normal that he would call you," Chiara shrugged. "He also covered for you about the accident."

"Sure, he covered for us," she sarcastically said, rolling her eyes.

"If you don't want him calling you, then you shouldn't have messed with him," Chiara said, also growing angry like Ludo.

Gianna just watched, not getting involved yet.

"What should I have done? Run away, like you did with Damiano?" Ludo snapped at Chiara her jaw tightening.

"Guys," Gia finally got involved. "Don't fight right now," she frowned.

Chiara ignored her and so did Ludo, "this isn't about him," she said in low voice.

"You're right. It's not!" She raised her voice. "But if you hadn't panicked, we wouldn't be talking about this damn phone now!"

"Ludo, it's not Chiara's fault," Gia said in soft voice.

Chiara stared at Ludo for a moment, before getting up, picking up her backpack and leaving.

"Chia!" Gianna stood up and called after her. Looking at Ludo who sat on the couch, hopeless look on her face.

Sitting down next to her friend, she placed her arms around her shoulders, giving her a side hug.

"Look, Chiara just tried to help," she tried to resolve the fight.

"Whatever."
