Chapter 15

Hermione's POV

I was standing in front of the Malfoy Manor feeling concerned.I wasn't sure if I'll be comfortable here.Draco noticed it too."Love,are you okay? If you're not we can go back at your house and then I'll tell my mother that you can't stay on this house" he said worried.

"No Draco,we have to get in"

"Are you sure?"-I nodded."Okay then"

Draco knocked on the door,and after a moment the door was open.Right in front of me was standing Narcissa Malfoy with a smile on her face.

"Good evening mother"

"Good evening Mrs.Malfoy"

"Good evening Hermione...I couldn't wait to see you" she said with a smile on her face."Shall we have dinner?"

We followed her to the dining hall.The table was filled with every kind of food,the plates & goblets were golden.Of course the chairs had the symbol of a snake...Every member of Malfoy family,as everyone knows,was placed on Slytherin house.We started eating.

"I hope you're better Hermione...Draco told me what happened to you"

"Yes,I'm good Mrs.Malfoy" I said with a smile.

"Oh please,call me Narcissa...So how are your parents?"

I just stood there watching her,the words didn't seem to come out of my mouth.

"Er...mother Hermione's parents are.. er..."

"Oh...I'm...I'm sorry for your loss"

I managed to say thanks...

"Hermione I...I didn't had a chance to say that I'm really sorry about everything my family has done to you and your friends...Lucius you see...made a mistake and was one of his followers...When he came back...he had no other choice...Er...I'm really sorry"I nodded.

"You're a muggle born,but there most be someone on your family that was a wizard,or else you wouldn't be able to do magic.Do you know any of your relatives that was a wizard?" she asked.

"Well,once Professor Slughorn asked me if I was related to someone who was a Granger as well,I said no,but now that I'm thinking,once I heard my parents talking about someone who was a wizard,but I don't know if it was a dream or it was real"

"Very well...Do you know their name?" she said

"Yes...Hector...Hector Dagworth Granger"

"Hector Dagworth?" she said surprised

"Mother? Do you know him??" asked Draco

"Yes! Hermione,Hector Dagworth Granger is the Founder of the Most Extraordinary Society of Potioneers...Did you know that?"

"No..."

After that Draco changed the topic and started talking about his childhood...

"Remember that time when I tried to change the colors of my curtains?

"Oh yes" said Narcissa

"They were green,and I wanted them to be gray" Draco told me

"He was very young,not even 6 years old and insisted that gray curtains were better,we promised him that we'll buy them,but he was impatient and tried to change them with a spell...When I entered the room the curtains were destroyed.Who knows what kind of self-made-up spell he used" said Narcissa laughing.

I smiled but I didn't felt like smiling...I didn't felt very well,this place holds horrible memories of mine,I still remember my screams,I still remember Bellatrix torturing me.I'm feeling weak,I'm feeling tears on my eyes

Draco's POV

Hermione's eyes were shinning,I looked closer and noticed that she was crying.

"Hermione? Are you okay?"

She didn't say a word...She got up and started running.

"Hermione??" I said as I followed her worried.She opened the door and got out of the house.She was running so fast,then she fell on the floor crying.

"Hermione"

"NO! NO! NOOO! STAY AWAY FROM ME,I DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING....AAAAAAAAAH" she screamed.I realized that she was remembering that night.

"Hermione,it's me,it's me...Shh baby calm down...It's me,Draco"She looked at me

"Draco don't send me there again" she said sobbing.I wrapped my arms around her.

"Shhh it's okay princess,I won't.You're safe.I won't let anyone hurt you again" I said wiping her tears from her eyes"Come on,we'll go home"

"Draco? What's going on?" said my mother coming toward us.

"C'mon baby.Get in the car"After Hermione got in the car I said

"This house brings horrible memories for her mother...She can't stay here,it'll drive her crazy"

"I understand" she said with a sad look on her face

"I'll send her home,I don't know if I'll come back tonight,she needs me"

"Okay honey.Inform me for everything"
