Chapter 6
19:05, 3 July 2015We heard a knock on the door. "I'll get it." Caitlin said, and walked to the door. "Hi Audrey." I suddenly heard behind me. I turned around and saw a very happy looking Cisco. "Hi Cisco." I muttered and turned back to the spaghetti I was cooking. "We are going to the dining room." Caitlin told me. "I'll be there in a few minutes." I said. I poured the spaghetti off and put the bolognese sauce on it. When I walked into the dining room they were arguing about something. I couldn't hear were they were arguing about because they all stopped talking the moment I walked in. "Dinner is ready." I said and I put the pan on table. They all ate their food in silent. From the corner of my eye I saw Barry stare at me with a concerned look. "Something wrong, Barry?" I asked annoyed, not looking up. "You look tired." He muttered. I sighed. The rest of the evening Barry was extremely nice to me. "Shall we go to the living room?" Caitlin asked. "Sure." Cisco agreed. Caitlin and Cisco walked out the room and Barry stood up awkwardly. "Barry, can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked. "Yeah." He murmured. I closed the door. "I don't like you, Barry Allen." I stated, he looked shocked. "You are hiding something." I told him. "Why do you think that?" He asked confused. "Are you guys coming?" Cisco asked. "I need to get some air." I said and walked out the room.
Central City is beautiful at night. But not when you walk trough the wrong neighborhood. A mistake I accidentally made and hopefully never make again. "Hey there, pretty girl." A drunk man shouted. His friend whistled at me.
To: Caitlin SnowI'm lost, scary guys are shouting @ me. Help.
"Hey bitch, don't ignore me." De drunk man shouted at me. I started to walk a little bit faster. I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder. It was the drunk man, he tugged on my shoulder. "Let go of me." I hissed. "You are even prettier when you are angry." He slurred. He dragged me into an alley, and he forcefully pushed me against the wall. "You are so pretty." He whispered, his breath stinking like beer. I was trying to kick him but a petite girl like me couldn't win from two grown men. So I turned to plan B. I started to scream. "Help!" I shouted twice before he put his hand over my mouth. I felt a hand touching my boob. I bit his hand. "If you touch me one more time, you drunk son of a bitch. I'll make your life a hell." I angrily said. He laughed at me. "That's adorable." He laughed. Suddenly in the blink of an eye the guy was lying on the ground. "What the hell?" I whispered. "We should go." Someone said next to me. It was the Flash. "I was wondering or I would ever see you again." I smiled. "Come with me." He said and started running, in human speed. Several minutes later I saw the normal streets again. "Flash?" I asked. "What's wrong?" He asked. "Who are you?" I didn't want to know, I needed to know. "You don't want to know." He said. I sighed shacking. "Are you okay?" He asked. "I'm fine." I forced a smile. I walked a bit closer to him. "Thank you, for saving me." I whispered, he was just a few inches away. He still kept his face blurred. I placed my hand on his cheek. His skin vibrated so fact, I almost didn't feel it. It tickled only a bit. I smiled. And the next second he was gone.
"Are you okay?" Caitlin asked worried. "I'm fine, Cait." It was a lie, I wasn't fine. I didn't worry about the drunk guy, I was worried about the Flash. It was the only thing I could think about. I walked into the living room, not expecting that Cisco and Barry would be still there. "Are you okay?" Cisco immediately asked. I nodded with a small smile. Barry didn't say anything. He just sat there. Staring into nothingness, all his muscles tensed. I felt guilty about what I said to him. But this wasn't the time to apologize.
