"tell me how helen keller was real and i'll let you kiss me" billie cut me off. "like how can she be blind, deaf, and mute and fly a fucking plane and write a book?!"

"i don't fucking know" i made a face and shrugged. "braille? the stuff that helps blind people"

"but how!" she groaned. "you expect me to believe helen keller out of all the other people in this fucking world did that shit?"

"what do you have against her?" i snorted while i looked at her.

"she faked it all!" billie sent me a look.

"you sound a lot like an ableist right now" i made a face. "do you hear yourself?"

"baby" she threw her head back and held her hands up while looking at me seriously. "a deaf person can fly a plane visually, a blind person can fly a plane through audio, but there's something sus about her being both deaf and blind to do that"

"there was people with her that probably h-"

"she is literally living in the void of nothingness!" billie cut me off. "how can she learn anything?"

"oh my god" i sighed while shaking my head.

"helen keller isn't real!" billie shouted. "she can't see the plane, hear the plane, let alone know that she's even on a plane!"

i just looked at her with a 'really' face.

"don't be a snowflake right now" she pointed at me. "i need to know because all that sounds suspicious"

"she obviously had a team of people to help her" i explained while rolling my eyes. "helen wasn't necessarily born deaf, mute,and blind. that happened later when she was a baby, so that caused her to learn and develop skills as she grows up"

"i'm not trying to be mean" billie held her hands up. "i just- never mind, forget about that bitch"

"are you done?" i giggled.

"yeah" she huffed while crossing her arms.

"so i can kiss you now?" i smiled while leaning closer to her face.

"i guessss" billie playfully rolled her eyes.

i grabbed her jaw and pecked her lips a few times. i was gonna give her one more kiss but madelyn walked into my room.

"what do you want" i glared at her.

"damn, i just wanna spend time with my sister" maddy made a face. "but it seems like you're too busy with your girlfriend"

"we're not dating bro" billie cackled. "you're funny"

"you are wearing my sisters clothes" maddy sent her a look. "you guys have matching rings, you're always together, the both of you have the picture of you two in the photo booth. i've seen the pictures and the way you two act around each other!"

"we're just best friends" i smiled while wrapping my arms around billie. "really good friends"

"mhm" madelyn snorted. "you two are in love, admit it!"

"bestie vibes only madelyn" billie squished my face with her hands and i nodded to agree with her.

"bestie vibes my ass" she scoffed and left my room.

"why is she so obsessed if we're dating or not?" billie chuckled after she left.

"because 'wE'rE sO pErFeCt fOr eAcHoThEr', that's why" i mocked what maddy said that one time.

"are you saying we're not?" she gasped dramatically and leaned away from me.

"no!" i laughed. "i'm not saying that! we are and that's facts"

"fuck yeah we are" billie smirked while putting an arm around me again. "we're so cute together"

"yeah, but no one will know" i giggled as i poked her dimple.

"we gotta have a secret code though" she told me.

"secret code for what?" i asked her.

"like to i love you or some shit" she smiled. "because i wanna tell you that without our friends knowing"

"okay" i nodded and smiled too. "what's the code gonna be?"

billie looked away from me to think. "hmm" she did that finger thing to her lip. "you look so cool"

"you always look so cool" i grinned. "wait i actually like that"

"or" she moved her finger around and smiled at me. "you're stupid"

"we always say that" i giggled while grabbing her hand to play with it. "you're an idiot"

"we have two ways to say it now" billie told me while holding her hand up against mine. "your hands are kinda small by the way"

"shut up" i said and closed my hand. "you just have long fingers"

"yeah, just so i can fi-"

"shush!" i covered her mouth. "ya nasty"

billie and i chilled in my room for a few until maddy came back in to bother us. she hopped in my bed and laid in between us.

"so what are we watching" madelyn smirked while putting her arms over our shoulders and pulled us closer to her.

"i was thinking" i mumbled while trying to get away from her but she kept holding on to me. "you leave my room!"

"why?" she raised a brow up. "so you can be alone with billie?"

"yeah?" i said with attitude and made a face. "get out"

madelyn let out a small giggle and left us two alone.

"finally" i mumbled while snuggling next to billie again. "she's so annoying"

"are you ever gonna tell her we're dating?" billie asked while wrapping her arms around me.

"yeah eventually" i told her. "do you want me to tell her?"

"well since your mom already knows, why not" she shrugged while pressing her cheek against mine. "plus i kinda told my brother already"

"you did?" i smiled.

"... and his girlfriend... and my mom.... and my dad" billie told me. "i hope i didn't like... mess up or get you upset because i did"

"i'm not" i giggled while nuzzling my face into her neck. "i find it cute that you already told your family"

"well yeah" billie let out a small laugh. "since i'm always talking about you, i just had to tell them"

"i love you" i mumbled against her skin.

"you're stupid" billie said when maddy came back into my room.

i pulled away and looked at her with a smile. "you're an idiot" i giggled and put my head on her chest. "what do you want maddy. this is the third time you come into my room to bother us"

"i'm just bored" she shrugged and walked over to my bed. "i'm joining you two love birds again"

billie and i both let out giggle.

"so how long have you two been datinggg?" maddy joked while propping her head up and looked at us curiously.

"for a month now" billie told her.

"what-" madelyns jaw dropped. "you- you guys are actually dating?"

"yeah" she nodded. "why are you so surprised?"

"yeah, what my girlfriend said" i smirked.

"you guys are fucking with me" maddy narrowed her eyes and looked at us. "y'all are just playing... right?"

"definitely not" billie shook her head no. "we're not messing with you"

"you're act- you two have been dating for a month?" maddy raised her brows up. "without anyone finding out?"

"mom knew immediately" i snorted. "but other than that, yeah nobody else knows besides our families"

"wow" madelyns eyes flicked between us. "who asked who out?"

"all i'm gonna say is that your sister is fucking stupid" billie chuckled. "i've been dropping hints that i wanted her for a while but she's clueless!"

"raelyn is stupid" maddy agreed with billie and sat up to get closer to her. "now billie, if you do anything to my little sister, i will hurt you"

"shut the fuck up madelyn" i pushed her away from billie who was giggling. "leave her alone"

"yeah, leave me alone" billie said while laying her head on my chest and held onto me like a baby.

the three of us ended up watching a random movie on netflix. it wasn't really interesting and maddy left after the first ten minutes.

i feel kinda relieved i told her because now i don't have to hide the fact that we're together around her and mom.

the only people i have yet to tell is my friends.

i don't think so honestly. i like keeping us a secret because it's fun and we don't have to worry about any bitch trying to break us up.

i saw billie lift her shirt up and grab my hand. she placed it on her stomach and turned to me.

"what?" i made a face while taking my hand off.

"rub my fucking stomach" she grabbed my hand and put it back. "like you always do"

i got on my side and began rubbing her stomach while i laid my head next to hers. i placed a kiss on her cheek and nuzzled my face in the crook of her neck.

i closed my eyes and let out a content sigh because i felt comfortable.

"dudee" billie said loudly which startled me.

"whats up baby?" i yawned while looking at her.

"i was just staring at you sleep and i literally felt myself melt or some shit" she told me. "like... that was a weird but comforting feeling"

"you're whipped" i teased her.

"nah, i really am" billie giggled while wrapping her arms tightly around me. "i know we've been together for a month, but i'm so in love with you raelyn"

"keep it like that" i chuckled and kissed her jaw a few times. "i'm really in love with you too"

i felt billie smile and hug me tighter.

i was still rubbing my hand/fingers up and down her stomach. she always makes me rub something of hers whenever we're cuddling.

"apparently helen keller w-"

"you're still with that?" i cut her off.

"yes the fuck i am" billie made a face at me. "i'm still going on about helen keller"

"shhh" i put my finger up to her lips. "nap with me"

"baby" she groaned. "helen keller i-"

"no!" i cut her off again. "stop talking about her and nap with me!"

"fine" billie huffed. "you always wanna nap though"

"and?" i said with attitude. "we're napping and helen keller isn't part of our nap"

billie pulled the covers over us and continued to hold me. she was quiet for a bit which kinda surprised me because she doesn't usually give in this easily into taking naps with me during the day.

i opened my eyes and saw that she was on her phone.

"what if i work at jamba juice" billie asked me when she noticed i was awake. "i'll be able to get you free smoothies"

"do whatever you want" i sighed and closed my eyes again. "do whatever you want my love"

"say my love again" billie told me. "call me that again"

"my loveee" i giggled while looking up at her.

i watched a smile creep up on her lips and her cheeks turn pink when i said it again.
