Attack on Titan: A new discovery at the Libary

It was another day in the world of Attack on titan. Mikasa was working out earlier but decided to take a break and head to the library

She isn’t really the type to read but she wanted to go there for a reason.

She stepped in and saw a person a little ways away inside holding a mountain of books!

They were wobbling around, trying to keep the pile of books balanced and prevent it all from collapsing but suddenly…

“Mi-Mikasa, l-look out!!”

“Ah-!!”

CRASH!!!

THUD!!!

The pile of books scattered across the floor and some of the books landed on top the two.

Mikasa and the one who had tried keeping the books balanced, were laying face front on the ground.

Mikasa slowly began to get up and she glanced over to the one who made this mess.

“Hey, are you ok?”

“Ah...yes, Mikasa. I'm sorry. Its just….I saw so many books i was interested in! But…..it was way too much for me to carry.” apologised the blonde who was no other than the bookworm Armin.

“Would you like me to help you put the rest of the books you decide to return back?”

“I-I’m ok, it’s alright, really. No need to trouble yourself--”

“It’s no trouble, really. I can help you out, Armin.”

Mikasa grabbed the books Armin wanted to return and began to walk back to the book shelves and put them back.

“Ah….thanks Mikasa.”

“Armin, do you have any idea where Eren is?” she asks while finding the correct shelf to put back one of the books.

“No iea. He’s been away recently. He’s probably with Levi or some other higher ups.”

“Yeah…” replies Mikasa.

Well, Eren is humanity's last hope. So no wonder he’s with the others most of the time now. They are probably all questioning Eren about all his abilities and planning future experiments he can try out with them.

Eventually Mikasa hd put all the books away and she spotted Armin from afar, with fewer books, but was checking them out.

“You really like to read Armin.” Mentions Mikasa with a smile as she approaches him.

“Ah...yeah. I still enjoy it whenever I have the spare time.” smiles back Armin.

“What are some of the books your reading?” she asks out of curiosity.

“Well, some are biographies of other people’s past lives, some are just documents over past expeditions outside the walls….and there's a hidden book I found that tells about what lies beyond the walls!” Armin’s voice grew louder in excitement upon telling about the last book.

“There is? But...wouldn’t that be illegal?” Mikasa raises her brows, a bit astonished by the fact that there is a book covering about the outside world in the soldier's library.

“Once anyone finds out about someone checking it out, they will probably get rid of it once I return it….but at least I can spend the time and read about what all else is out there!” Armin’s eyes light up, just thinking about what else is outside.

“So...that book covers more than your book your grandfather had?”

“Well….probably. The world outside is so big….with so many different places and life. There's enough outside the walls, it’s impossible to be able to fill it all up in just one book. So i'm gonna read this and see what all’s in it that wasn’t in my other one.”

“That sounds great, Armin. I hope you enjoy that book.”

“I will!”

Eventually, once the two finished their conversation, Armin left.

Nobody really is busy today. So Armin will probably go and find himself a place either outside or in his room to read his new books.

Mikasa loved being able to check on the boys. Now the only one who was left for her to find and check on was Eren.

“Now...time to continue my search for Eren.”
