" Chapter 2 - Dream "

Athannasia's Perspective:

"How was your day sweetie?" Mom asked.

"It's.... Great..." I answered, letting out an annoyed sigh.

"What's wrong? Did someone bully you?"

"Yes! I got scolded by the librarian because of that black-haired jerk!"

I wish I can say that but....

I can feel both of my parent's dark aura.

Hmph! He must be thankful that I didn't tell about what happened earlier or he will be in a coma for a month!!

"I-It's nothing mom... It's just... Ummm... I'm to tired... Hehe.." I stuttered, laughing awkwardly.

"Oh... If someone bullies my precious little daughter.... There'll be hell to pay..." Mom said as she clenched her fist.

Oh, no....

Should I tell them?

Nah...

"L-let's just go and eat some dinner!"

After we ate dinner, I helped mom wash the dishes, and cleaned the table. I walked back upstairs to my room after helping to finish my homework.

After finishing my homework, I decided to sleep early, since I don't know what to do and I'm bored~

"Finally, I found you..." I heard a man's voice.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw a man in a black robe.

I can't see his face, even if I tilted my head down it's still too dark for me to see. But somehow, I think I knew this person from somewhere..

"W-who are you..?" I swallowed nervously.

The image suddenly change, not giving the man some time to answer my question. I opened my eyes again and I was standing in front of a palace? It was burning in flames.

Where am I?!

"There she is!!" I heard someone but it's not the man in a robe but instead some men with weapons, running towards me.

The image suddenly change again. What is this?!

I was running this time and was holding someone's hand as I run. I look back and see the burning palace in the distance. Loud explosions can be heard from behind.

*Boom! Boom!*

"Athanasia!!!"

"Lu--"

I woke up, gasping for air. My heart was beating so fast as if I was running a marathon. But other than my beating heart..

What was that?!

I suddenly heard some pitter patter sounds, I looked down and saw my blanket slowly getting wet. It was my tears.

Am I crying?

*Beep, beep!*

I flinched as I heard the alarm ringing beside me. I immediately turned it off, and do my usual morning routine, ignoring the strange dream.

It's just a dream... Nothing's wrong...

I met my friends on the way to school and greeted me happily. I smiled back, running towards them. "Good morning!!"

"Hey! How about we hang out after school?!" Agnis suggested. "It's been a while since we hanged out together!"

"Sounds great!!" Helena agreed.

"Uhm.. I-I'll pass..." I said awkwardly.

"Eeeeehh?!"

"Why?!" Cass asked, pouting.

"Eh... Ermmm...."

If I tell them that I have to arrange the books of the library because of that jerk, they'll laugh at me!!

"It's because Athy is our class representative, she's so busy for the upcoming festival this month!" Jenny said, saving me. AN ANGEL!!

Ah! That too!!

Ugh... Why did I become the class represetative?

"Y-yes!! I'm so busy..." I exclaimed. "Waaahh, I really don't have time because of my responsibilities hahaha!"

"Is that so..." Agnis pouted.

"Maybe next time!"

"You promise!!"

Ugh... What a day!!

I just finished arranging the books after the meeting, and I'm really tired right now. My back is sore, thanks to that raven haird jerk!!

I wanna go home... But I'm tired!

Should I call dad then?

Nah, he said he will be busy with work today.

"Athanasia?" The librarian called me.

"Yes," I replied, walking towards her.

"Could you please lock the door for me after you're finished resting?" She said. "I have to visit my parents today."

"Yes miss!" I nodded.

The librarian gave me the keys and left, thanking me.

I gotta go, mom will be worried.

I walked towards the door and I saw someone laying on the couch near the librarian's desk. Who?

That person must be sleeping.

I walked towards the person who's sleeping on the couch but I wish I didn't

It's him... Again...

He must be sleeping soundly. I looked at his sleeping face, staring at every detail, I let ouy a giggle when I heard him murmuring something.

Oh! I don't know he has a beauty mark on the bottom of his left eye.

Cute....

....

..

.

WHAT?!

I flinched as I saw him shrugged, he must be cold..

I sighed.

Third Person's Perspective:

The raven-haired boy woke up and saw a blanket wrapped around him.

'Must be the librarian...' He thought.

As he sat up he saw a note on the table with the keys beside it.

He took the note and read it.

Morning Snorelax, could you please lock the door... I wanted to wake you up to go out but you looked to peaceful sleeping...

Huh?

He raed at the bottom of the note and his eyes widened.

Athanasia... Huh...

He smiled at the thought, and locked the doors as he got out.

Time to go home...
