" Chapter 1 - Transfer Jerk "

Third Person's Perspective:

"'???'!!" Athanasia called for her beloved as she faced the portal in front.

"Go! I'll come after!!" Her husband yelled, covering her from the bandits, running towards them.

"No, I don't want to!!"

He held her hand, kissing it so tenderly. "There's no time, I'll follow you..."

Athanasia was about to protest, until she saw tear in his beautiful ruby eyes, showing all his worries for her.

She let out a sigh, a tear escaped from her eyes."You'll come back, right? Promise me..."

He nodded and smiled at her, kissing her hand again. "I promise..."

They pulled into a passionate kiss before pushing Athanasia inside the portal.

"Where are they!!!"

"Don't slack off!! Find them!!"

"Please be safe...."

He let go of her hand and said, "I love you..."

-Athanasia's Perspective:

*Beep, beep*

Hrm..

I woke up at the sound of my very loud alarm that is stabbing my ears to bleed.

A dream...?

"Athy!!"

Ah! No time for daydreaming!!

I quickly got out of my bed, and do my morning routine. I ran down the stairs, and met my mom at the kitchen.

"Good morning, mom! Good morning dad!" I greeted them, giving them a sweet kiss on their cheeks.

"Good morning," mom greeted back, while dad sat down for breakfast, I followed also. "Oh, look at my precious Athanasia! In a very cute uniform!"

I giggled, blushing in embarassment. "Hehe, thank you mom."

"Do you want me to take you to school?" Dad asked.

"No need dad, I promised Jenny to walk with her to school," I answered, shaking my head.

He hesitated at first but then he said, "Okay, just be careful..."

"Yes daddy!"

We sat down for breakfast, after eating, I gave them my goodbye and walk towards to Jenny's house.

"Athy!" Jenny called as she got out of the house. She ran towards me and gave me a big hug which I happily accepted it and hugged back.

"Good morning Jennette!" I greeted. "Let's go now or we will be late in school!"

"Okay!"

My name is Athanasia Obelia, and I am now 15 years old, my parents are Claude and Diana Obelia. Jennette is my childhood best friend. We are now currently studying in Arlanta Academy.

On the way to our classroom after seeing what class are we, we saw Helena and the others waving at us. We talked for a while, sharing our stories and such while we're on our way to our rooms.

We all split apart when we arrived in our respective classrooms and decided to continue our talk later in lunch.

AFTER CLASS(Beacause I'm lazy)

It was lunch time, a lot of hungry students ran out of their classrooms to go to the cafeteria for their lunch. I walked with my friends to the cafeteria and bought our lunches together.

After we bought our foods, we walked around to look for a empty table. Moments after, we finally found one and happily sat down and ate our lunches.

I saw Agnis and Cass, my two other friends, walked towards us and sat at our table.

"Hey! I've got some great news," Agnis said with a smug look on her face. that face..

"What is it?" Helena asked, tilting her head.

"A new guy transferred here in our school, and he's so handsome!!" She exclaimed, blushing so happily and jumping up and down on her seat.

"Woah, calm down Agnis!" I huffed, stopping her from breaking our table. "What's so good about having a handsome transfer anyway?"

"What was he like?!" Helena asked, interested about this new transfer.

Of course, what do I expect?

"He- Oh!! There he is!!" Agnis pointed out as she saw someone familiar walking in the cafeteria.

We turned and looked at the person Agnis was talking about.

What the-

This guy looks normal! Where's the handsome one they are talking about?! Jeez, what a scam..

But..

Why does this guy looked familiar to me? Have I seen him from somewhere..

"Oh! He's with Kiel," Cass said, pulling me back to reality and looked away from the new guy.

Suddenly, I felt someone staring at me, making me look up and see who was it. My eyes widened as I caught the new guy staring at me with relief and happiness in his eyes.

HUH?!

I immediately look away from him, and finished my food in just one gulp and huffed, not giving him a glance anymore.

"He just looked at me!!" I heard Helena gasped.

"No, me!!" Agnis protested.

"It was definitely me!!" Cass chimed in.

Then they continue to argue, Jenny let out a sigh and finished her lunch acting like it was normal.

"They never changed..." Jenny said, shaking her head.

"You're right.." I sighed.

AFTER LUNCH

Since we have time before class starts, I decided to go to the library alone, to study.

But no!

I just said that so no one will distract me while reading my favorite romance novels!! YIEEEEEEEE!!

I walked happily to the nearest table after finding a lot of novel books and began to read.

Little did I know, I lost the track of time, that I skipped class.

"Heh, I thought I was the only one skipping, but I'm glad to have some company," A voice behind me said.

I flinched and slowly turned to the person talking behind me, frowning. I deadpanned as soon I saw the person's face.

Oh.... It's you...

"I did not ski-- WHAT?!"

I looked at the time at the top of the middle shelf seeing that I stayed here for 2 hours. Ugh!!

"Ow! You're so loud, my ears are bleeding!" He exclaimed, covering his ears.

"Do you think I will believe that?"

"Oh, so you're interested in this kind of book?" He ignored my question and casually sat beside me.

Ignoring me?!

"Who said you could read others books?!" I exlcaimed, pulling my book away from him before he could even touch it.

"I don't know...." He replied with a shrug and leaned on the back of the chair.

This guy....

"What are you even doing here?" I huffed.

"Skipping, obviously...." He said sarcastically, rolling his eyes.

"I mea-- tch... Nevermind..."

He smirked as it was his victory. Ugh..

I immediately stood up and about walk out of the library, then he said, "Leaving already?"

"Yes, I don't want to be close to the likes of you!" I yelled, still walking.

"Rude..."

"WHAT!?"

"QUIET!!" The librarian yelled.

I immediately apologized to the librarian, bowing so nervously. I glared at the new guy who is laughing at me.
