                                                                             Y/N

You looked back at Luke and he turned white. "What happened to Calum?" You asked. Michael hesitated before letting you in. Luke followed and you noticed his eyes turn black. You walked into Michael's  room and saw a shirtless Calum holding his gauzed up arm. The blood had soaked through the white material and it was trickling down his hand. His teeth were clenched and his eyes were screwed shut. "Calum, Luke's here. He'll look at it. Move the gauze." Michael said sitting on the chair next to Calum. Calum opened his eyes and you gasped. His eyes were a dark blue that looked striking with his features. He looked at you and set his jaw. "What is she doing here?" He asked nastily. Luke put a hand on your shoulder and sent Calum a look. Michael crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. "Just let Luke look at it would you?" Calum nodded and gently removed the gauze, revealing a deep cut sliced in his arm. The blood was still flowing, but the worst part of it was the skin around the gash. It was black and cracked almost like a charred tree from a lightning strike. Luke knelt down in front of him and placed his fingers around the wound. Calum hissed and clenched his fists at the pain. "Who did this?" Luke asked him. Calum and Michael sent silent and glanced at each other. Michael stood up and looked at you. "Y/N would you mind standing outside for a moment?" You nodded and Luke winked at you as you left them to talk.

You sat against the wall outside the door and tried to make sense of Calums' wound. How did it look like he'd been burned and cut by a knife at the same time? You chewed the inside of your cheek and thought about a flaming knife or a lightning bolt shooting him out of the sky. The door opened quickly after that and Michael stepped out and sat next to you. "What happened to Calum?" You asked. He rested his arms on his knees and leaned his head against the wall. "Palladium. It's like kryptonite to dark angels. There are weapons that are made of it and used against us. We thought we had disposed of all of them, but apparently there's still one of us that didn't get the memo." You listened and nodded. "Do you know who did it?" He opened his mouth and the door opened again and Luke appeared, wiping his hands off on a towel. "Am I interrupting?" He asked. Michael shook his head and stood up, offering his hand to you. "No we were just talking. Did you fix Calum?" Luke chuckled and smiled. "As much as I could. I'm going to have to grab my med kit back in my room to properly stitch him up. So I'll be back. Just make sure he doesn't punch through a wall or window again and he'll be good." Michael thanked him and you smiled at him. "I didn't know you were a medic." You said grinning. He smirked and played with his lip ring. "It's more of a 'hey my friends are idiots who always gets hurt so I should probably sew their arms back on' kind of deal." You giggled and watched him leave to get his arm sewing back on kit.

Calums' arm was held together with gauze and a sticky yellow substance that smelled sickly sweet. The blood wasn't running down his arms anymore and it seemed to be well contained. He glanced up at the two of you and blinked. "Why are you looking at me like I'm dying?" He asked. "Well you kind of got stabbed with the thing that kills dark angels. It's a little nerve wracking." You answered and Michael fought back a smile. Calums' mouth twitched and he winced. "Well it's good to know you're educated in 'How to Kill Darkies 101'." He joked. You smiled at his attempt to be kind to you. Michael opened a small box on his dresser and handed Calum a vial of silvery liquid. "For the pain." He said. Calum thanked him and downed the whole thing and groaned. "Why does it taste like sugar?" He gagged. Michael laughed and patted Calum on the back. "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down mate." You snorted and covered your mouth. Michael smirked at you and Calum looked confused. "It's a mortal thing."

Luke showed up with a red medical kit and set it on the bed, opening it up and pulling out a needle and the stitches. "Ok Calum, this is going to hurt." He said threading the needle. "Thanks for being blunt Luke. Really helps." Calum said sarcastically. Luke chuckled and began pushing the needle through Calums' skin. Calum breathed deeply and let his friend stitch him up. You took this time to look at the angels' wings and see the differences between them.

Calums' light and bright purple wings were bigger than Luke's, and his body was definitely more muscular than the others.

Luke was taller, but he was skinnier and lankier. His burgundy wings were beautiful and looked delicate. He was definitely a wonderful guy...angel thing.

Then there was Michael. His violet wings were stronger and bigger than the others' and his build was strong as well. They were all beautiful in different ways and you couldn't take your eyes off of them. "Ok I'm done. Don't do anything stupid to pull them out." Luke finished and closed his kit. "No guarantees. But thanks Luke. I owe you one." Calum said pulling his shirt back on. "Damn right you do. Y/N could you hand you hand me that towel right there?" He pointed to the white towel on the dresser. You picked it up and handed it to him. He smiled and thanked you and wiped his hands and Calums' arm. "No more palladium for you."

Michael walked with you up and down the halls of the castle as you talked. "Is there anything else that I should know about you? Or dark angels in general?" He thought for a moment. "We tend to be assholes most of the time? I dunno." You laughed. "Tell me something I don't know!" He actually smiled and stopped in front of a set of forest green double doors. "Well you haven't been in here yet. And I have a feeling you'll enjoy it." He pushed on the doors and exposed a full kitchen with steel furnishings and a black tiled floor. You were surprised that there were actual cooks and chefs. A girl about a few years older than you approached you and smiled at you. "I see Michael finally brought you down here. I'm surprised you aren't dying of hunger." She said glaring at him. Michael chuckled and grinned at her. "Y/N this is Alessa. Alessa is the best chef in Doalim." She rolled her eyes at him and took your arm. "He's just sucking up to me now so I don't spit in his food. It's lovely to meet you Y/N. It must be exhausting dealing with Michael. I only see him a few times a day and I still want to smother him with a pillow." You giggled and looked back at Michael. "I like her already."

"Is there any specific food just for dark angels?" You asked Alessa. She brought you and Michael to a table for two with a black tablecloth, purple candles, and one ivory rose. "Not exactly. Darkies eat the same food as drearians do, but I will admit that we have a special twist that we specialize in." She explained and ruffled her short auburn hair. You raised your eyebrows as she handed the two of you menus. "And what would that be?" You asked. She winked and left you to decide. You picked up your menu and it was quickly snatched away. "Hey! I was reading that." You pouted and Michael chuckled. "Just trust me." He said and waited for someone to come take his order. A boy about eighteen years old waltzed over and looked to Michael. "The usual Michael?" He asked. Michael shook his head and motioned for the boy to lean down and whispered in his ear. The boy looked your way, smiled, and nodded and took the menus. "Alessa will have that right out for you guys." You nodded and smiled. "What'd you order Michael?" You asked playfully. He shook his head and took a sip of his water. "A magician never reveals his secrets." He smirked. You rolled your eyes and giggled. "Dark angels."

Twenty minutes later, Alessa returned with a tray that had two plates covered with the metal covers. She grinned and set down the plates in front of you. "I can't believe you made me make this Mike. But because I'm a romantic, I had to. I hate you. Enjoy." She lifted the covers and you snorted. Michael laughed with you and his eyes turned green. "This looks......" You started. "Bad?" Michael worried. You scoffed and picked up your fork. "Are you kidding? This looks freaking amazing!" Michael's smile returned and he also picked up his fork. "Bon appetite!" You dug into your big bowl of mac and cheese and took a bite. The golden French fries on the side were heaven as well. Alessa was right. There was something about the food here that was way different than the drearian world. It was so much better! "Is it to your liking?" Michael asked. You nodded with your mouth full and gave him a thumbs up. He laughed and shoved a handful of French fries in his mouth. It was the perfect meal, especially for being in a dark angel dimension. After you swallowed, you asked Michael what made the food more special than others. He smiled and set down his fork. "It was made by Alessa."

You and Michael strolled down the hallway his room was in, talking about childhoods, likes and dislikes, and about life in general. He listened to everything you had to say and commented and asked questions. He was better than any girl you've ever talked to. You stood in front of his door and looked up at him. "I guess you should probably go to bed now." He said softly. You nodded and fiddled with your fingers. "I probably should. Thank you for taking me to dinner. I had a really great time with you Michael." He smiled and bit his lip and bent down, his lips were close to your skin. "Goodnight Y/N." He whispered and pulled away. His eyes stayed green the whole night.

You lay in bed and smiled at the kids meal you just shared with Michael. He was definitely growing on you. You fell asleep with the picture of Michael's purple hair and black and purple eyes in your mind. It was quickly replaced with bright blue hair and green eyes and a black angel holding a dagger.

(Chapter 6! I hope you liked it ;) I've finished the eye color charts! I've made a slideshow! Hopefully it works! :) and they're not the best, but at least you'll know what the eyes look like xD)
