Chapter 7

*No-ones POV*

Three weeks had passed and it was the day of the final exam. Yuki, Umi and Ryuua were lounging on their sofas just killing time before the academy started.

"Have you guys cracked the shadow clone jutsu?" Yuki asked while eating a strawberry.

"How do you know it will be on shadow clones?" Umi asked looking a little confused.

Ryuua and Yuki looked at each other before laughing.

"Just a wild guess!" Ryuua assured.

Really though, they knew it would be on shadow clones. When they lost their memory of what happens in naruto they only knew 5 things.

1. They remembered sasuke for some reason and knew about what itachi did.2. They knew all the ranks of ninja from genin to ANBU.3. They remembered what the chuunin exams are, but not who fights who and who wins.4. They knew what the final exam at the academy was going to be.5. And lastly, they remembered kakashi for another odd reason.

That was all they remembered.

"Well, answering your question Yuki, I can preform the shadow clone jutsu and I'm guessing you guys know as well?" Umi replied.

"I do." Ryuua grinned.

"Uh, I think I got it, I'm still a bit off on the looks though." Yuki scratched the back of her head laughing embarrassedly.

"Well do it now and we can rate you!" Umi suggested and Yuki nodded while performing the hand signs.

"Shadow clone jutsu!"

With that another Yuki appeared but without a tail and with no ears.

"See what I mean! They never ever seem to have ears or tail!" Yuki flopped back onto the couch as the cloned poofed away.

"Well there might be a reason. Anyway we better go or we'll be late." Ryuua stood up and left the house while the others followed.

*Umi's POV*

When we arrived at the academy everyone else was scattered around the classroom talking.

"Hey Umi!" Kiba called and I turned to see him making his way over.

We had gotten closer since we had been training with them and we hung out a bit as well.

"Hi Kiba. Ready for the final exam?" I asked and he just gave me a Wolfy grin.

"You bet!" He replied and akamaru barked in response.

"Well, class today is the final exam! First though we are going to review the transformation jutsu so line up!" Iruka called and we all groaned while shuffling into a line.

Ryuua went first and got it exactly right by transforming into a perfect copy of Iruka, followed by sasuke, Ruka and ino.

"Yuki your up next" Iruka called Yuki and she took he place in front of him.

She made hand signs and muttered something under her breath.

"Transformation Jutsu!"

*Yuki's POV*

"Here goes nothing." I muttered under my breath.

"Transformation Jutsu!" I called out and transformed into a copy of Iruka Sensei.

I got it spot on, except for one minor detail. He was wearing a pink frilly dress.

"Uh, well done, just next time, try not to make me look like a woman" he said writing something on a clipboard but dropped his pen.

He bent down out of sight and at that exact moment another ninja walked in.

"Hey, Iruka when are we starting the ex- Oh! Iruka, finally came out of the closet I see!" He commented. I flashed a peace sign and winked.

Everyone (for the exception of some. Cough *sasuke* cough) cracked out laughing as Iruka jumped back to his feet as the ninja left.

"No wait it's not-!" He reasoned but the ninja was already gone.

"Ugh! I'll be right back!" And with that he left the room to probably explain what happened.

I poofed back to normal and made my way over to Ruka and Ryuua who were laughing uncontrollably.

"Omg! The look on his face!" Ruka laughed and I just flipped my hair and tail.

"Well, I found that pretty awesome! If I do say so myself" I said smugly before cracking out with laughter.

"Humph, you immature." Sasuke sighed leaning back onto the table. I shot him a look but shrugged.

"Yeah, yeah! At least I didn't turn into you, now that would be scary!" I shuddered which earned me a glare form sasuke and all his fan girls.

"Okay, now all that's cleared up," Iruka Sensei returned while glancing towards me making me hold my hands up in defence.

"Anyway, naruto your up." Naruto stepped up and did his sexy jutsu which gave Iruka Sensei a nosebleed.

I couldn't help but laugh and high five my blond friend.

"Narutooooo!" Sakura growled while punching his head.

"Hey Sakura!" He whined before getting a lecture from Iruka Sensei.

"W-well it's time for the final exam" Iruka informed us as one by one we went into another room to prefer the shadow clone jutsu.

"You were right." Umi whispered from beside me but I was just a bit nervous to reply. She noticed and placed her hand on my shoulder reassuringly.

"You'll do great!" She smiled and I smiled back at her while nodding.

"Hatashi Yuki." Someone shouted form outside and I made my way to another room.

"Go ahead when your ready. Create 2 shadow clones." They informed and I began to make the hand signs.

*Ryuua's POV*

I stepped outside with the others and waited for Yuki and Umi to appear.

I completed the jutsu perfectly and was now figuring out where to tie my headband. I decided to tie it around my neck into what end.

I sighed as I waited for them to come out. I wasnt worried about Umi and I wasn't all that worried about Yuki.

I hope they let her off with her clones not having ears or a tail. I thought to my self but got brought back to reality by someone sitting beside me.

"What a drag, being a ninja is just troublesome." They sighed and I knew who it was immediately.

"Everything's a drag to you Shikamaru." I teased and he rolled his eyes.

"I see you passed as well." I gestured to my headband around my neck.

"Yeah and I'm guessing you did too?" He nodded and I smiled.

"Well what were you sighing about then?"  He asked and I just sighed, again.

"Well, Yuki can preform the jutsu but when she does, neither of the clones have ears or a tail" I told him.

"That won't matter, she'll be fine. Don't worry it's troublesome" he smirked and I shook my head.

"Yeah, your right."

As I said that Umi appeared with her head band on her left thigh. I smiled and congratulated her and she did the same.

We just needed to wait now to see if Yuki passed.

"RYUUAA! UMIII" I heard a familiar squealing and I looked to see Yuki grinning like a child as she held her headband out to us proudly.

"Nice one!" Umi chimed.

"I knew you could do it!" I said as she pulled us into a hug.

"Well, can we get celebratory ramen?" She smirked excitedly and I just rolled my eyes and nodded.

"Yay!" She grinned while tying her he's and to her arm as the class was let outside.

Everyone's parents were there congratulating them. Umi looked down and Yuki sniffed a little. I squeezed both of their hands before noticing naruto sat on a swing, alone.

I motioned for Yuki and Umi to stay there while I walked over to him.

"Hey, naruto." I said softly. He looked up at me with a confused expression.

"Shouldn't you be with your family, instead of with a loser who didn't pass" He asked sadly.

"Uh, we kinda don't have one."I mumbled as he looked up agin shocked.

"O-oh I'm sorry." He apologised and I shook my head.

"Your not a loser naruto, you will defiantly be hokage one day. Hokages aren't  losers" I smiled sincerely and his eyes lit up.

"You really think so?"

I nodded and he grinned determinedly.

"Hey, we're going to head to Ichiraku's for ramen, wanna join us?" I asked pointing to Umi and Yuki who waved and smiled back.

"Heck yeah! Believe it! I just got go see Iruka Sensei first but I'll meet you there!" He beamed before getting up and heading back inside to find Iruka Sensei.

"Is he coming?" Umi asked as I made my way back over to them.

"Yeah, he needed to see Iruka Sensei first though."

"Well let's head home first so I can change. I wanna at least put something nicer on that my ninja gear" Yuki whined before setting of for our house.

"Yeah same." Me and Umi said in unison making us all laugh.
