Olivia took the test and found it was positive. Both elliot and olivia were extremely happy. They decided to wait to tell Brenna.

Elliot had made a secret plan and decided to get Brenna involved. So that day while Olivia was at work he took Brenna with him to the mall. The two walked over to the jewelry store and went inside. "What are we doing here uncle elliot?" The 9 year old asked.

He knelt down closer to her level and said "well sweetheart I wanted to bring you with me to help pick out a special ring for your mama. I'm going to ask her to marry me." He said hopeing she would be happy about it.

"Really?!" She asked excited "so your gonna be my daddy?" She asked.

"Yes sweetheart at least I hope so if your mama says yes." He smiled "but you know what we have to keep this our secret atleasttill tonight after I ask her ok? Can you do that?" He asked.

She smiled excitedly and nodded "ok."

He then stood and walked her to a counter where a man showed them several different rings in elliots price range. Brenna looked at one and pointed "that's one is very pretty. Mama would love it."

Elliot picked it up and looked it over smiling at the significance of the Jewish on it and he touched brennas shoulder "I think it's perfect sweetie."

He paid for the ring and put it in his pocket. "How about we go bring mama some lunch?"

Brenna nodded excitedly as they left together.

Elliot and Brenna walked in to the svu squad room with a couple bags of burgers and fries. Olivia smiled as she seen them come in.

"Mama!" Brenna smiled and rushed to her hugging her as olivia quickly closed the file of photos on her desk. "Hey my love. Have you and uncle El had fun?"

"Lots of fun we..." she was about to give away the surprise but managed to stop herself.

"You what hunny?" Olivia asked.

"We played at the mall" she replied saving the secret.

"Well that does sound like fun." Olivia laughed slightly.

"We brought you lunch." Elliot said as he passed her a burger and fries.

Olivia smiled as she put Brenna in her lap and started eating "thank you both" Olivia said.

Elliot smiled and winked at Brenna and the looked at olivia "so how about dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant tonight?"

"What's the occasion?" Olivia asked with a smile.

"Nothing just a nice dinner." He said kissing her cheek.

"Alright I'll be ready by 7." Olivia said and kissed brennas head as fin and Amaro were dragging in a yelling man.

The man yelled "I didn't fucking touch that kid!"

Olivia sighed as they dragged the man down the hall. "I should get back to work. See you both at home ok?"

He nodded and kissed her softly and took brennas hand as they left together.

"Mama is gonna be so excited." She sasaid as they got in the elevator.

"Just remember it's a secret till I ask later ok?" He ruffled her hair.

"I know I'm sorry I almost ruined it." She said with a sigh.

"Your good kid don't worry."
