Olivia and Brenna came out of the bathroom 20 minutes later. Olivia had put her daughters hair up nicely. Olivia walked in to the kitchen as Brenna went to play with baby Jessie. She seen elliot making the dinner foods for the party and she kissed his cheek."Thank you." She said.

"Of course. I've got this you go spend some time with your daughter on her day." He smiled as he watched Olivia leave the kitchen.

Soon all of brennas school friends and some more of the squad showed up to celebrate.

As Brenna was blowing out her candles a knock came to the door and Olivia sighed but went to check it unsure who it could be since everyone seemed to be there. As olivia opened the door she froze in shock. The man at the door smirked and said "hello persephone. Or is it olivia now?"

Olivia glanced behind her to make sure no one but her could see him as she shoved him out the door and stepped out with him "get out of here now." Olivia said trying to stay calm. "I don't think so. I came to wish my daughter a happy birthday." He replied with a grin.

"She is not your daughter she's mine and you won't be going near her." Olivia seethed as her anger was forming to the surface.

"Oh I will be seeing her. I just thought I'd inform you I'll be filling for my parental rights since you never gave me the option before detective." He said.

"You raped me. You have no rights to her at all and I'll do everything in my power to keep it that way Kenny." She glared.

"We'll see." He said with a sickening grin then shoved a small wrapped gift in to her hands before walking away just before elliot opened the door. "Liv? You ok?" He asked as he noticed she was shaking and holding a small gift in her hands.

She shook herself out of her transe and turned to look at elliot with a fake smile. "I'm fine...um...let's get back to the party."

"Want me to stack that with the other gifts?" He asked.

Olivia shook her head and tossed it in to the trash shoot across the hall. "No it's not important." She said and went back inside putting on her best fake smile.

Elliot looked down the hall and seen the back of a man getting in the elevator and began to wonder if he was the reason olivia seemed so shaken but he let it go for now.

Everyone sat around and watched Brenna open her gifts as the kids squealed and laughed. Brenna opened fins gift and was so excited "look mama uncle fin got me a laptop."

Olivia faked a smile at Brenna then gave fin a look of disapproval "well...thank you uncle fin." Olivia said slightly sarcastically but Brenna didn't catch on.

After all the gifts were open Brenna began to play with some of the toys and olivia took the laptop and stored it in the hall closet for now hopeing Brenna wouldn't ask for it for a while. Olivia then began cleaning up. Avoiding the adults especially elliot not wanting to talk about what had happened earlier.

After everyone had left she helped get Brenna in to bed and kissed her forhead "happy birthday my love."

"Thank you mama. I has fun. Can I maybe play with my laptop tomorrow?" Brenna asked.

"We will see but for now you sleep ok." She smiled and stroked her hair before shutting out the light and closing the door. As she walked out to the livingroom elliot was just coming through the front door since he had got to go get the pregnancy test from the corner Bodega. "I got the test." He said handing her the bag "now are you going to tell me what really happened at the door today?" He blurted.

"It was nothing. Don't worry." She said taking the bag.

"Come on liv you were shaking like a leaf and you threw out a gift addressed to Brenna." He continued.

She sighed "it was brennas biological....father." she said not looking at elliot.

"Wait...you mean the man who raped you?!" He said in shock.

She nodded "yes elliot but can we just let it go?"

"No liv. For one how did he find out who you were?" He asked.

"He probably saw me and Brenna all over the tabloids when all this first came out." She said with a sigh.

"And now he knows where you live and he's dangerous liv." He sighed.

"I'm a big girl El I can protect myself and my daughter." She said as she headed for the bathroom.

Elliot grabbed her arm gently "I never said you couldn't liv but just ... please be careful."

Olivia looked at him and nodded and kissed him softly. "I will be I promise. Now can I take this test?"

He sighed and nodded "yeah lets."
