22 - Misunderstanding

Next Day, in school

Felix's POV

Wow. Today is soo weird. Chan hyung not talking to Sooyun and the same thing versa via? Weird.. "Felix Lee!!! Where are you? Heaven??" I turn around to find Minhee, who was shaking me hard."What??" "What WHAT?! You have a lot to explain.""Let me guess, something about Sooyun and Chan hyung?" "If you know the reason why don't you do the reasoning as well?""The two are in a fight. That's all." Minhee's face showed complete astonishment. People find it hard to believe, so do I. "Wow, that is a first.." "What is a first?" We both turn around to see Sooyun, no smile on the face, basically the most blank face I have ever seen."You and--" "You making me Vegemite sandwich!" I stop Minhee midway. I know that she will blow up if anyone will talk about that fight. "Me making you Vegemite sandwich is not a first Lix. I do that to avoid you being in the kitchen. Otherwise well, the work load is on me I guess." "Um, excuse me? I am not a bad cook!" "Yah! Australian kangaroos! I am still here!" Minhee says, arms crossed. "Oh ya sorry MinMin." Sooyun says, not sorry at all. "MinMin is Seungmin's nick name!"Minhee replies with an offended look. "Then what shall I call you? Mouse?" "Why mouse? You are the mouse, not me!" "I am--" As if meant to happen on the perfect timing the bell rang, making kids rush to their classes."We will resume this later Aussie." "Same to you Korean...""Korean?! Whatever you do, please don't try to be sassy. Leave that to me.""Nevermind.." -----------------------------☆☆-----------------------Sooyun's POV

I swear, one thing I have learnt about this girl, sorry, TOMBOY is to not start a argument with her. Either she'll end up winning or you will just be fed up to the extent that you would give up yourself. "BOO!""AAAAAAAAAHH!!" I turn around to see YangYang, Mark, Haechan and Jungwoo laughing themselves out. I take Mark's arm and bend it. "Ow ow ow!!! Why why WHY ME??" He yells in pain. "Cause you, Mr. Mark Lee slash idiot from Canada, is always the mastermind behind these types of things!" "That is not *bends arm further more* THAT IS TRUE THAT IS TRUE!! PLEASE LEAVE ME!" I leave his arm. "Honestly speaking, I am not the one behind this one." "Then who is it, hunh?" "YANGYANG!" Everyone points at the Chinese guy who was pointing at Mark. "Sooyun-ah! He is lying!" 

"YangYang, YangYang my dear friend. How many times have I told you to, I don't know, NOT TO MESS WITH ME ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM ALREADY ANGRY BECAUSE OF A FIGHT I HAD WITH MY BROTHER WHO THINKS HE IS RIGHT ABOUT FRICKEN ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING?!?! HUNH?!?!" 

The boy seemed a little freaked out. "You and Felix got into a fight?" Jungwoo asks calmly. "Unhunh." "You and Chan hyung? Oh who am I kidding they cann--" Jungwoo stops midsentence as I nod slightly. "YOU GOT INTO A FIGHT WITH CHAN HYUNG?!?!" Everyone is shocked. "YA I DID!! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO BELIEVE!?!?! AND I AM PRETTY DAMN SURE THAT Y'ALL HAVE TO GO TO YOUR CLASSES... WHY DON'T YOU DO JUST THAT?!?!" Without another word I march away from the 4 boys who didn't exactly know what to say.

Now someone's in a mood. "They must've had a real tight fight that is for sure." Jungwoo states. "Definitely. She isn't the type of person to get angry quickly." "I know right? Her patience level is 10 times more than ours added up! If only someone could tell what is wrong with her--" Suddenly someone yells from behind;

"GUYS YOU ARE GETTING LATE FOR YOUR CLASS! THINK OF WHAT WE WILL DO LATER!!!" We turn around to see Minhee, gesturing us to head to class. "Hey Min!" "Ya hey me later! If you remember it is Mr. Byuns's class! I came here to call y'all. You know he doesn't like late people!" "Dammit.. guys let's go!"  

As we enter... 

"Lee Minhyung, Lee Donghyuck, Kim Jungwoo and Liu YangYang.." (Note- The gang has there 1st class of everyday together) Oh no. We are in trouble. "G-good Morning Mr. B-Byun.." We all say at the same time. "May I ask why you are late?" Now what are we supposed to say. See, Mr. Byun, we just found out that there was a fight between one of our friends and her brother, she is pretty sad and we were thinking of what can we do?! 

"Sir we apolo--" "Mr. Byun, I probably know why they are late and it is not their fault. Please don't give them detention." We turn to see who said and were shocked to find out it was Sooyun. "Okay Sooyun, but I will need a reason." "Don't worry about that sir. I will explain after class." "Okay then *Looks at us* you are saved for now boys. Next time no one would be able to save you from after-school detention." "You won't get a chance to sir." Donghyuck says in a confident tone. "I know I won't. I have faith in your words." He says giving us a small smile. "Now you may sit at your respective seats. We bow and go to our respective seats. Mine is next to Jaemin, Mark's is next to Sooyun, Haechan's is next to Minhee and Jungwoo with Lucas. We sit down quietly at our respective seats as Mr. Byun continues with the lesson no one cares about, Percentage and Comparison...

Seungmin's POV

I didn't wanna go to school. Minhee forced me to. I just felt like being alone today. I know, I have to move on, but it is just hard. But I have to start fresh don't I? As Minhee said, I will get who I meant to be with. But why does everything I think of makes me think of her? Seungmin, you are fine, so act normal. We are still friends, aren't we? I have to move on. Have to move on. 

Here I was. Talking to myself in mind. I was scared of facing her. Why? Because it is hard to think that she is happy with him. Not the being happy part, but the with him part. I hate it that I am not the reason for her happiness, someone else is. Taking a deep sigh, I turn to my locker, unlock it and take out my Chemistry book. What scares me is a big BANG!!

I look at from where the sound was coming from to see Chan with a somewhat expressionless face. The sound was from his locker door, which he had closed pretty loudly. "Hi Channie! Good Morning!" I greet him with the most cheerful voice I could. When you say good morning, put on your best smile and use your cheerful voice, no matter what or how your mood may be, it may just end up brightening up someone's day, this is what my father always says. And judging from his face I think he really needs a little cheering up. "Nothing is good in this morning. It is just like any other week day, get up, go to school, go home, eat lunch, do homework, watch something on TV, eat dinner and then sleep, just to wake up to another meaningless day. That's all." Now that is not the Bang Christopher Chan I know. "Chan, what happened?" "Don't be bother to know." "But Chan, at least tell me why are you so upset. I may be able to do something." "You can do nothing about it so leave it." "At least--" "WHAT DO YOU WANNA KNOW SEUNGMIN? THAT I GOT INTO A FIGHT WITH A REALLY ARROGANT SISTER WHO HAS NO CARE AND CAN'T WATCH HER MOUTH?! STOP EATING MY BRAINS AND GET LOST!!" Before I could say anything else he marches away to his class. I still can't believe my ears. Chan and Sooyun are not talking to each other. I could've asked him how and why did they got into a fight, but the topic seems sensitive. Is today Universal This Day Sucks Day? I think it is. Everyone has a reason to have a terrible mood. "Hey MinMin!" I  turn around to see Jihyo waving at me with a smile. "Hey! Good Morning!" I say returning the smile. "What is up with him today, any idea?" "Who?" "Chan, who else would I be talking about?" "Oh, him." "Oh nothing just--"

The bell rings, indicating the start of the first class of the day. "I will tell you later. What do you have?" "Chemistry." I reply. "Same! Let's go. Does Chan have Chemistry too?" I shake my head. "No, I saw him taking out his Spanish textbook, so probably he has Spanish." "Oh well, let's go I guess." 

As we two were walking to our class in silence, Jihyo breaks it. "Seungmin, will you mind if ask you a question?" "Of course not! We are best friends after all!" "You sure?" "Affirmative." 

"You don't like those two together don't you?" I stop walking. I knew who 'those two' were. Dahyun and Jimin. "Absolutely not! They look good together." I was slightly stuttering while saying these words. "Don't lie Min. I know you like Dahyun." Just then the seakers go on.

"This announcement is for the students 11th form who have Chemistry. Please go to your homerooms as the Chemistry teacher is absent today. Sorry for the inconvenience and have a nice day. Thank you!"

"Great." "I guess let us go to our homeroom and talk?" "Hmm.."

Minhee's  POV

First half of the day, done. "Well, that was great, wasn't it?" I turn to YangYang who seemed to be lost in thought, slightly worried. "YangYang to Earth! Are you there?" No response. "LIU YANGYANG!!" I practically yell, waving my hand in front of him, which startles him. "Wait, what, where?" "Ya, where were you lost?" "Nothing." Something's up. 

"The way you said it gives away the fact that you are thinking about something. Now tell me what's up." "It's nothing, Min. Really!" "I tought we wew best fwiends!" I say pouting which makes him chuckle. "Please stop. That's annoying!" "Not more than you!" We both laugh. 

"Now tell me." I say. Finally saying something he says, "It is about Dahyun noona.." "What about her?" "She has been acting weird since yesterday.." "Hmm... she might have something on her mind. Tried talking to her?" "She won't talk to anyone, not even our parents!" "Well, there might be something..." "What are you all talking about?" We are interrupted by Sooyun, followed by Jungwoo, Haechan and Mark. "Nothing..." I reply, noticing the 'please-don't' look on YangYang's face. 

SY- "And by the way, sorry for yelling at you early morning China boy, I was not in a really good mood and I shouldn't have let it out on you. You were just trying to have a little fun." 

YY-"Naah, it is fine Aussie girl. It happens. And sorry for scaring you like that." 

MK-"Guys seriously, you two have names don't you?" 

SY- We like calling each other like that. 

YY- Ya.. don't judge dude.

Okay, I can speak Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish and bunch of other languages, but English is just not my jam. So I was not getting a percent of what they were saying. "Let us get out of here before they drive us crazy with their English.." Haechan whispers into my ear. "Agreed." Jungwoo says, whispering back. "Let's go.." And we tiptoe our way to the cafeteria. "Good escape." I say as soon as we were out of their sight. We high-five each other "Hey guys!" We look behind to see Felix. "Hey Lix!" I reply back, waving my hand. "Let us grab a seat." Even though I was trying to ignore there was still a noticeable amount of fangirling. Very noticeable. As we eat, Jungwoo raises the question. "How did Chan hyung and Sooyun get into a fight?"
