Jung Eunji

I walk towards him slowly. Showing a genuine smile. Then pulled him to a headlock "In guk! I missed you much where have you been!" I messed up his hair while he's trying to get out of my arms. I let go of him and laughed.

"Eunji! I did my hair for 1 friggin hour!" I laughed even more and watched him fix his hair sticking out his lower lip. Seo In Guk is my cousin. We've been friends since I was a child, but I needed to study here at seoul and have to leave him. He visited sometimes and hang out with me and chanyeol. One time it was summer and he surprised me.

I heard a knock on the door and Chanyeol opened it up for me. Which was a bad idea because he wasn't wearing any shirt and In Guk thought we did something even I can't imagine. But they're good now we call ourselves the three musketeers.

I reached up and help him fix his hair still laughing. "Look what you did.." he said. Still fixing In Guk's hair when I hear someone call my name. I looked where it came from and saw Chanyeol and Joohyun together.

I waved at them and Chanyeol waved at us back but Joohyun only looked at the ground. "Who's that girl with him?" In Guk asked with his head a little tilted. "Oh..she's the girlfriend of Mr. Kim. My boss" "Huh...if so..what's with the..uhh hands?" In Guk secretly pointed at their hands that is tangled together. Why are they holding each other's hands?

I shrugged. They came to us and invited us at the cafe. "You've never been there?" Chanyeol asked me and In Guk. We both shook our head. Although I saw the finish product of the cafe I still want to see how it looks with the customers. How packed it is.

"Alright!" I clapped my hands together. "Let's go tomorrow?" I said. "Yeah sure." In Guk said. I looked around and watched the snow fall into the ground. "Oh yeah it's the first snow tod— Oh hey! It's Junmyeon." My eyes widened and looked where Chanyeol was facing and saw him walking alone.

Why is everyone out at this late hour? I gesture to Chanyeol not to call Junmyeon over which he didn't understand because he said, "Hey! Junmyeon over here!"

I pinched Chanyeol's sides. "Oww!" "We're not okay! why did you call him over!" I whispered shout. "What!" He looked at Junmyeon who is jogging towards us. "Just act normal!".

I saw his eyes landed on me and his smile faded a littel bit. "Hey..what are you all doing here" he asked. God I miss his voice.

"And who is the new guy?" He asked not looking interested. "Hi I'm In Guk. I'm with Eunji." They told him that we would visit tomorrow and he just threw a smile and nod at them. "I'm gonna head in now...see you all tomorrow" I said just to get out of this conversation.

They all agreed and went on their own ways. Me walking to my apartment, In guk taking the cab to the hotel he rented which by the way is a little far away from here. I really appreciate him going here so I gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek before he leaves. I don't know if I'm seeing things but in my peripheral view I saw Junmyeon staring at us. I don't know maybe I'm seeing things.

Speaking of seeing things I didn't know what to say to Chanyeol or if I should ask him but he and Joohyun left together and not with Junmyeon. I just didn't mind it and went the other way.

I passed by the bridge that connects to the road that has all the stores, including Moon meets Darkness. Hearing all the cars pass by is kind of relaxing. Maybe it's because it makes you feel like you're not alone. I pass by the store and stare at it for a moment. All the memories crossed my mind.

The first time I took a good look at the store it was a total blank bond paper and now it's alive. The first time I met Junmyeon. All of it. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I froze. I gathered all my confidence and looked back.

Junmyeon is standing there. His eyes looking deep on mine. For a moment I want to fall to him again. To own him again. But I can't. So I looked away. I cleared my throat and said, "Uhh Hi, thought you're on your way home?" I said trying to sound casual as possible.

"Yeah no." He said and hesitates for a sec "I followed you.." he's face turned bright red and he itch his head. "Ohh.." I said and give a slight nod. "Why?"

"Just wanted to make sure you're safe" my heart raced and it was like a sign that I should go or I'll kiss him now. "Okay, uhh go home safe too. I'll...go ahead now" don't follow me please or I'll jump on you. Ofcourse I didn't say that but I wanted to. Maybe I shouldn't I would scare him away.

"Sure see you tomorrow." I turned away feeling relieved but he called me again. "Eunji!" I faced him. "Can I know..who is the guy with you earlier?" I raised my eyebrow at him. "Oh..I just wanted to know..be friends with him or whatever." I wanted to laugh but I just held it in. Why is he so cute?

"Seo In Guk..he's my cousin.." "oh..okay. Your cousin.." he said while nodding. "Alright see you tomorrow—oh and! I uhh break up with Joohyun. Last week. Just thought you wanted to know." He flashed a smirk at me and turned away.

I'm left alone. Cars passing by. Wind pushing my hair away from my face. Watching him run away from me. He broke up with...Joohyun.

Well...shit.
