There's no way I actually thought this was a joke.

My dad set up a meeting with the Park's company and Ni-ki and I are supposed to apparently go on a date.

It's been atleast about over four months now and in a month Jay and the rest —except Sunoo Jungwon and us —are graduating.

So they're gonna leave me here in the  same school with Ni-ki. Sunoo and Jungwon graduate in two months and Ni-ki and I graduate in three. So three more months with him—great ...just great.

Ni-ki has been at my house almost everyday after school—that's not just because of  Sunoo constantly having him come over but also because my dad wants us to 'get closer' so that the media doesn't suspect any hostility.

So we're going on a date. I'm gonna lose my fucking marbles if I see him again. Oh my gosh.

I got ready, putting on my ysl red bottom heels and a cute white dress with flails and patterns—you can already tell this isn't my style at all but what can I do....might as well rock this cute shit.

I hear a honk outside and I instantly stand up knowing Ni-ki is here. Why am I so nervous? Do I look pretty enough? You think he likes this dress? Wait why do I care— this is gonna be hard.

I got out of the house and caught a glimpse of Ni-ki leaning against his car. Of course he had to go all out—he brought out his lambo.

We made eye contact for a good 10 seconds and I could bet I heard him mutter something under his breath. Well I guess I look pretty judging from his reaction.

I cleared my throat and approached him leaning in closer than I should be. He stumbled back a little bit seemingly close to looking like he's about to blow.

"So? You gonna open the door for me or what?"  I asked him earning a little amused scoff from him. He moved to the side and opened the door for me, I got into the car and he headed to the other side and began driving off.

The ride to the restaurant was pretty quiet, just the amazing sound of the engine echoing all over the city. He broke some silence—finally.

"You....look.... pretty."  He said that taking such long pauses I thought I'd grow old by the time he finished the sentence.

"Thanks."  I said trying to force the smile off my face.

We went to this really cool restaurant with such rich dark decor and money vibes. We had a table reserved and now this makes me wish I picked a more elegant dress than a kindergartener's birthday party type of dress.

I pulled the chair to sit down—well he actually didn't let me do that, he pulled the chair for me.

"Couldn't you atleast let me treat you like my girl?" Ni-ki said with some slight frustration.

"No and besides we're only doing this because of our families nothing more. Don't get your hopes up" I said while scanning my eyes through the menu. I know I'm rich but why is the steak so expensive here—tf is it made of...gold?!.

I ordered that steak anyways because I'm not the one paying and I don't give a fuck about his wallet.

I hate small talk but it was comfortable with him. We ate in silence half the time—it was a comfortable silence though. One where it made me feel like the whole world disappeared and just left me and him.

I tried to talk to him alot too and well it went pretty good. I opened up too much about my past though but I think he'll be of  help maybe. It got me thinking that he's pretty decent when he doesn't open his mouth and just listens.....maybe he could even be a good friend.

We finally finished our food and I sat back waiting for him to pay.

"We split this shit in half by the way." He said and passed the bill over to me. Never in my life have I ever been this perplexed. Split in half?!... The fuck?!

"You took me on this date so YOU pay." Without much said I stood up and walked out into the cold night air. I just remembered he had the keys to his car and now I have to freeze.

He came out of the restaurant a couple minutes later. I heard him chuckle when he saw me freezing and he unlocked the door and ushered me inside. Finally some warmth.

He dropped me back home and surprisingly gave me a cute flower ring.

"Did you make this yourself?" I asked feeling more emotional than I've ever been in a while. Why does he make me feel this way?

"Nah got it from the trash." .....see what I said about considering him a friend—throw that thought out the damn window.

I let out a scoff and opened the door to leave. So much for a good date now he spoilt my mood. Before I could even step out, Ni-ki stretched over to my side—basically hovering over me.

I froze in my spot watching him, we made the most intense eye contact. The tension between us was so thick Kim kardashian would be jealous.

He broke the eye contact and unbuckled my seat belt and backed away faster than I could blink. I stayed there frozen realising that I was about to walk out of his car with the seat belt still on. I cleared my throat and got up. I waved awkwardly and walked into the house.

I closed the door and leaned against it—my heat is beating so fast I could go into cardiac arrest. I shrugged it off and hoped that he wouldn't come over this weekend. I can't stand seeing him yet.
