Now they want us on TV together....how fun.

My dad's been setting up tons of interviews and TV programme stuff. Anytime we go together me and Ni-ki have to act like some close couple or something.

Luckily mom has been very helpful with the situation and so have my brothers.

"Hyeon ju, this really isn't as bad as you think you know? Ni-ki is a nice guy."  – Sunoo

"You're only saying that cause he's your friend Sun....he annoys the fuck out of me."

"Yes but give him a chance...."  – Sunoo

"Wait— why do you sound like you're tryna put in a good word for him. Did you guys talk about this?"

And with that, he walked out of my room and left me there with a half zipped up dress and confused. Wow ,now who's going to help me zip the rest of this tight dress.

The dress was pretty it was simple yet elegant. It had pretty rhinestones lacing all the way to the bottom on the silk black slit. I paired it up with some pretty heels that my birth mom gave me as a birthday gift one day.

Never thought I'd use then for today but I guess things change. I walked out of my room, my dress is still half way zipped but I'm late so I have to get going.

I pass by my older brother's room and ask him to zip it for me—and he's always of big help.

I walked down and head to my car. I chose to drive myself to the place where the interview was being held because I didn't want to draw attention—even though I always do.I got into my car and sped off to the venue.

Well Ni-ki's here too, so is my dad and his dad doing rich people talk. I walked out of my car and locked it. I clutched my purse in one hand and my jacket in the other—I was smart enough to bring it with me this time.

I walked over giving a 90 degree bow to Mr. Park. He's always been better than my dad, more caring and actually treated me like a daughter when my dad stopped giving a fuck about Sunoo and I. He gave me a big hug and some encouragement. That made me feel less tense.

The interview started faster than I expected and the questions weren't even that hard. The hard part was acting like a complete softball for Ni-ki....if I could I'd drop kick this bitch in the balls. Although he kept checking on me incase I get anxiety again—based of the last encounter with the reporters.

Throwing me off my track the reporter directed the hard question to me.

"So Hyeon ju, what would you do if Ni-ki found out about the true story of your life as a famous child?"

Oh fuck, way to go. My face froze—all the memories came back to me like a flash before my eyes. Suddenly everything was too loud, too fast, too much. I didn't wanna see anyone—my eyes are getting blurry.

I felt Ni-ki squeeze my hand asking if I'm ok. He knew I wasn't so he answered the question for me. My dad looked at me with a grin but that grin only came out when he was mad. I'm definitely cooked when I get back home.

The interview ended and Ni-ki was still holding my hand, his thumb was rubbing comfortable circles at the back of my hand. Our fingers were  intertwined and our bodies close to each other.

Suddenly he turned to me after getting a clear view of our fathers going somewhere else to talk.

"Are you ok?"  He held both my hands in his and looked at me in the most sincere way. I got lost in his eyes for a second before answering him.

"Yea I'm ok now....thank you by the way, for helping me out." I avoided his gaze from me otherwise I might want to kiss him right here right now.

He nodded and kept holding my hand heading towards my car. He made me lean against it while he towered over me.

"I want you to know that you don't have to ever tell me anything you're uncomfortable with. Don't let them pressure you—plus I promised to help you find out the truth behind your mom's accident, so I got you ok?"

I nodded feeling relieved at the reassurance he gave me.
