Chapter 15

(huge time skip, 6 years later. Jc is 9 years old and going to school.)

Me n Johnny woke up at 6am, "ugh..morning baby" johnny said kissing me to wake me up, "morning" I groaned, I forced myself up and went to the living room, Jc slept on the couch last night, then I woke him up "bud get dressed You gotta go to school" I told him tapping his head. He jumped up quick excited n went to get dressed. He grabbed his bag n ate cereal. He grabbed Johnny's and my hand and pulled us outside, the school bus came by n stopped, Jc hugged me n Johnny Then ran off to the bus getting in, he waved as they drove off

Me and Johnny went inside and watched tv together til pony got up, then we walked to the park

Jc's pov

I got to school n hurried to my cubbie hole thingy where I hang my bag. I was walking to my seat but the teacher wasn't there yet guess she's late or something? I don't know

I almost had a good morning..i got dragged into the hallway, I turned around and saw those dumb rich people mom n dad calls them soc's..

"Don't you know school is for kids with at least Some IQ little grease" the taller one said

That's my nickname around here..little grease..

"I-I'm s-smart you dumb soc's.." I told them trying to sound uh..what's the word for it..oh! Trying to sound tough

They laughed and shoved me into the well "don't bother fooling anyone with that shit little grease" he said lightly laughing, they walked off and I walked back into my classroom holding my side..the closet door handle hit my side when they pushed me..I guess it will leave a whatever you call it..A bruise? I think..

The teacher walked in, the rest of the class came in too

"Early bird again ain't ya Cade, I'm glad one of my students take first grade serious" she said smiling, I smiled back "mom says it's important so I always come early" i said

"Since your my early bird, You want to read the first page of the social studies book, it's mostly about economy and all, I nodded yes happily since I loved reading like dad does with uncle pony, I opened the book. I finished reading it, and I handed her the book back "well done Jc, you read perfectly" I smiled and continued paying attention while she kept teaching.

Finally..lunch time..i mumbled to myself while walking outta the class.

I sat alone sometimes but today a girl sat across from me she was in my class

"H-hi..my names Scarlett, we go to the same class" she said smiling

"Mines Jc, cool to meet ya" i said smiling back,

Lunch was over sadly and we continued class.

Johnny's pov

"Think Jc's ever had problems with them soc's?" I asked Ailee

"I don't know..I hope not, he don't need to go through that" she said shaking her head sighing

"Yea I know, that's why I'm worried about him" I said

"Maybe he don't get bullied, i don't see why he would..except for the fact he's a greaser" she said looking down

"I think we should talk to him, just to see and make sure he's alright" I said honestly

She nodded and we walked torward the house hand in hand.

Jc's pov

Finally school is over! I ran out the doors and started walking back home. I was like..halfway there then that stupid red car stopped in front of me i walked around and 4 of them got out, I started running but one grabbed my shoulder and knocked me to the ground.

I groaned holding my shoulder, the blond one stepped on my chest

"Get off me!" I screamed but he put something over my mouth.

I saw him grab a blade from his pocket, and i started freaking out. The blackish haired one punched me, I felt blood coming from my lip

"Leave him alone Paul" some guy said from behind, after a minute i thought I knew the voice. The guy pinning me stepped off and I rolled over coughing, Paul shook his head then him n his friends drove off

"You alright kiddo?" the guy asked me

I groaned in pain as he helped me stand up. "Yes..I'm just peachy.." I said sighing

"I-i think I know you" I told him

"Yea, you do. My names Randy..I'm a soc but i changed my ways" he said sounding honest

"Mom told me a couple stories about you, bout how you hurt her n all but made up for it. She says you changed so i believe you" I said as we walked to the house.

Mom n dad was sitting on the front steps. Randy walked me up to them, dad stood up. "What are ya doing here-", he stopped himself and looked at me..his eyes went..calmer?..

"What happened?" he asked me as mom tilted my head up looking at my face "I got beat up..by them dumb soc's I'm okay.." i said.

"But dad..don't Get mad at Randy for being with me, he saved me from them" I said

He sighed and nodded

"Thank you randy, I'm glad you were around..ain't no telling what them no good fools woulda done.." mom said

"Couldn't let them hurt a kid..I gotta talk with them about this. They've gone way to far now, I drew the line at them hurting girls purposely, i ain't letting them hurt kids, especially not Jc. I hate to fight the boys but I gotta." he said

"Hold on..don't fight" i said looking up at him

"Well..that's how they show who's tougher kiddo"

W-well I know you are cuz they ran from ya" i told him

Randy's pov

"I ain't really got a choice buddy" I said honestly.

"Will you be hurt?", he asked me

"Eh, not too too bad" I said lying of course, I knew I'd get fucked up pretty bad.

I heard footsteps behind me, before i turned around i got knocked to the ground

"Ugh..." I groaned

"Uncle dally! Don't be mean to him" Jc said

"Yea Dallas..don't be mean" I said chuckling

"Yea yea, don't expect nice" Dallas said

"We know we know, you don't do nice", Jc said smiling innocently

"Oi kiddo..you act like your mother" Dallas said smirking

Johnny's pov

I could tell Ailee was worried about something,  she was awful quiet.

Jc ran out in the yard hollering at dal to watch him.

Dally's pov

Jc told me to watch him, i don't know why but I leaned against the fence and watched

Jc's pov

I went to the left end of the yard and ran to the middle, when i got to the middle i did a front flip, "see that??" i asked excited

"Whered ya learn that bud" he asked me smirking

"I watched you do it so i asked uncle soda to show me, I been practicing for a couple weeks now!" I told him grabbing his arm

We got this thing where i hold on to his arm and he lifts me up super high!

I giggled n climbed on his shoulders when he got me high enough. He flipped me upside down on his back while he held on to my legs

"Dally!!" I giggled yelling

Mom n dad were watching us smiling, Randy was leaned up on the house smiling too

Uncle Blaze walked through the gate

Blaze's pov

I walked in the curtis's gate n saw dal n Jc being such children

"What in the world are you kiss doing" I said smirking

"Uncle dal is being crazy!" Jc yelled, hanging upside down on dal's back

Dal laughed and spun around

Once he stopped spinning a tickled Jc's sides he laughed like crazy, i saw his bruises, I instantly knew who hurt him. So I'm just playing with him, and I know dal's doing the same.

Soda came walking through the gate from work with Steve.

Soda's pov

I saw blaze dal and Jc horseplayin around

"Uncle soda!" Jc hollered hanging upside down on dal's back

"Hey lil buddy" i said smiling

I saw his bruises, I figured the soc's fucked with him, I reckon no one wants him to know it's obvious he got hurt so I played along like I didn't see nothin wrong.

Jc was laughing so hard his cheeks were red as a tomato, dal flipped him back up on his shoulders, n set him down. He ran to me n hugged me i hugged back, "missed ya uncle soda!" he said happily

"Missed you too lil buddy" i said smiling

He crawled in my lap n sit down with his head leaned on my shoulder.

Dally's pov

I leaned up against the gate again just chillin then fucking hell showed up..

"Dallas Winston, why do you always choose this bitch, her boy toy and fucking beat over me!?!?" Sylvia yelled as she walked up to the gate

"Yea yea yea m, why the f- Why do you follow me you two timin broad" I questioned pissed off but tryin to watch my mouth cuz of Jc.

Jc ran over to me n hugged me

I swear this boy can sense when I'm about to lose it. I ruffled his hair smirking at him, then I looked back at Sylvia, she stepped in the gate glaring at Jc.. I shoved her back, "watch it Sylvia" i warned

"Or what winston, I know your to fucking much of a pussy to hit me" she said with a smirk

I clenched my fist in pure anger

"Don't do it dal, not while Jc's here" soda said

"Stop treating me like I'm still 3 or 4..i can handle harsh things, I got beat up earlier this ain't new to me." Jc said

I looked at Jc then at Sylvia she smirked n punched my jaw, I grabbed her arm before she hit me, that was her plan..she kicked Jc in the dirt

I knew I was about to do something ill regret.

I punched her n shoved her out the gate harshly.

The others helped Jc up.

"You alright buddy??" i asked, "yep. It didn't hurt me." He said

"You gettin to much like me pal" I chuckled

"That ain't bad, cuz your tuff n tough uncle dal, and dad says tough people are survivors!" he said smiling

"Yea that's true bud, but I've been in some trouble before, don't no one want you caught up in trouble like me" i told him

"Yea pal, you don't needa be like me n ol Dally here" blaze said with a smirk

Ailee's pov

"Oh you boys think to low of yourselves, y'all act like your bad as it gets, and need i remind you of my record with the fuzz" i said chuckling

"You been in trouble before mom?" Jc asked me

"Yep..it wasn't good either" I told him

"Thats cuz you were wrecking the streets with us back then" blaze told me

"Exactly, we're equal. Aint no one sayin otherwise, y'all ain't a lost cause k?" i said

"Fine fine ya softy we got it" dal huffed

Jc ran around the yard doing what he calls a cartwheel repeatedly.

"Boys gonna be like the rest of us" blaze said

"Yep, better then him bein like a soc, supporting the difference in money n shit" i said honestly

Blaze nodded in agreement, we watched Jc for a bit

"Supper kiddies!" darry hollered from the kitchen, Jc Steve and soda were the first ones in and sittin down. We all finished eating in a few minutes n headed to bed, Jc slept on the couch with dal since he spent the night. I put on Johnny's shirt which was way to big, I layed down on the bed as he went to get a shower. After about 10 minutes he walked back in here from the shower n put his boxers on that's all he sleeps in, he layed down next to me. I signed as I laid on my back. I moved over to him and wrapped my arm around him as I laid my head on his chest. He wrapped his arm around me n softly kissed my head

"I love you babe" I told him yawning

"I love you too baby girl" he told me sleepily as we both fell asleep

Dally's pov

I woke up on the couch with Jc in my lap sound asleep, today's saturday so he ain't got school. I was gonna head over to bucks but I decided not to, I'll chill with Jc today, the rest of the gang is too. Once everyone was awake n ate we headed down to the park just to be out, all of us.

"Uncle dally watch this!" Jc hollered I looked over at him then he jumped over the park fense

"Not bad buddy, ya look real tuff with your tricks" I smirked happily

"You two are like siblings I swear" Two-bit said

I put him in a headlock, fore he could do anything else Jc watched us laughing "see there bud, this idiot is to slow n lazy to fight back" i said laughing

"Such children, what are y'all 5?" Ailee said

"6 thank you" Two-bit said getting outta my grip everyone shook their heads.

We walked in a comfortable silence watching Jc run around.

I heard the engine of a mustang, I knew it was Paul n his buncha bitchboys.

They pulled in front of us..then a greenish stingray pulled up. They all stepped out in front of us, there were 10 of em

"The hell do yall want now" I asked annoyed

"Just the little bitch you got here" Paul said

Ailee's pov

"Oh so you want yourself? That's a bit odd for such fancy white trash wouldn't you agree" i said smirking, stepping face to face with Paul

He glared in my eyes and punched me back, I pretended it didn't phase me n a kicked his side rolling my eyes

"You hit like a child" I said in a sassy tone

Dal stepped beside me as did blaze n Johnny.

"Boys, let me fight him will ya" I said raising an eyebrow, they backed off as i grabbed Paul's neck n threw him to the grass. He stood up n punched me to the ground I wiped the blood from my busted lip n tackled him pinning him to the ground. I repeatedly punched him as he kicked me til I rolled over groaning in pain, he punched my gut n face. He pulled his blade from his pocket i saw it n kicked his side while he had me pinned, it didn't help I could see the boys busy with the other socs so they couldn't help me

I felt the blade pierce my flesh on my stomach I wanted to cry but I wasn't about to give him that satisfaction. He got off me and i swear he stabbed me so many times it hurt like a bitch..

Johnny's pov

"Ailee!" I hollered I saw Paul's blade before i got punched to the ground what felt like hours passed. The guy got pulled off me by dal, I was watching Paul get off Ailee she was breathing hard n coughing he kept kicking her side as she was spitting up blood but the others were busy with Paul's gang and I couldn't catch my breath

Randy's pov

I drove by the park just looking around then i saw Paul n his gang jumping Ailee's group. Ailee was on the ground coughing and Paul was still kicking her I hopped outta my car n ran straight to Paul, I grabbed his neck from behind i threw him back he and his gang ran off

Ailee's pov

I ain't ever been so happy to see a Damn soc..Randy

"Saving my ass again..I owe ya" I said in between coughs of blood

"We're cool kid" Randy said, Johnny ran up me panicked I kept coughing n spitting up blood. "C-can't t-talk.." I mumbled between coughing suffocating because of the blood i felt someone carry me to a car and what I guess is the hospital

Dally's pov

I carried Ailee to Randy's car i didn't trust him but I had to for Ailee..we got to the hospital told the nurse what happened to her. They took her from my arms. Jc was looking around cluelessly unaware that his Damn mother is fatally injured..

"Whered mom go?" he asked looking up at me he looked passed me seeing the doctors take her away on a bed thingy

Johnny had his arms wrapped around his knees and his head burried in his legs crying all while being pretty beat up himself

The whole gang was in tears I..i Couldn't because of Jc someone had to be there for him.

"I-is she gonna die??" he asked starting to cry

"No buddy she's not don't think like that pal" i said hugging him as he hugged me We all slept in the waiting room that night no one would let us see her.

I slept with Jc in my arms after everyone went to bed I was the last one awake. I kept quiet but I cried for what seemed like hours fore I fell asleep.
