Part 42

16:11, 14 December 2025

Brooke invited Ryan to spend the fourth of July with her family since Ryan was going to be alone otherwise. Justine was going to her moms and Zendaya was going to meet Chloes family. Coco had invited her to go home with her but Ryan didn't want to feel like she was imposing. So Brooke kept asking her to come.

Brooke had this whole speech about how she shouldn't say no because then Brooke would be alone and she didn't know how her favourite cousin was going to react when he saw her baby bump and then she'd be forced to talk to her moms "weird white friend" who just started coming around, and she wanted Ryan to be there just for moral support.

Ryan said no and then she said no again. And then she said no a third time before Brooke handed her a plane ticket and said that she was coming.

They sat on the plane together, Ryan thinking about all of the reasons why this was a bad idea. Beyoncé would hate this. She was going to be so mad at her. They hadn't spoken one on one in months. Not in person.

Ryan went to Beyoncé's study reviews and Beyoncé said what needed to be said and then she left. It was the most professional things had ever been between the two. Ryan was just another study participant. Brooklyn was the only one Beyoncé gave her time to now.

The only times they'd spoken had been late at night mistakes that kept happening. Phone calls that usually ended in them having phone sex which was already awkward enough.

Ryan just knew this would be bad. But she'd gone because Brooke kept asking. And Beyoncé must've said it was okay to bring her. Right?

It was so hard to stay away from the woman. Especially since it wasn't just for the day. Brooke had them staying the entire weekend. She was going to find it so hard not to stare at Beyoncé. Oh god, what if Beyoncé had met someone new? What if Beyoncé couldn't even bare to look at her? Ryan felt sick to her stomach.

"You sure your mom's okay with me coming?" She asked, leaning over to look out of the airplane window.

"Yes Ryan she likes you," Brooke said exasperated. Ryan had asked this in 3 different ways now.

"Really?" Ryan's face turned uncomfortable. What made Brooke think that she liked her? Was Beyoncé really that great of a liar?

"Yeah she told me it was fine Ry stop stressing."

"What if—"

"Ryan, you're good."

"How do you know she doesn't secretly hate me?" Ryan asked. Brooke knew her mother but she didn't know about Ryan and her mother.

"Oh my god," Brooke rolled her eyes. She knew Ryan had anxiety but this was over the top. "I just know..."

"How?"

Brooke looked at her deciding whether or not to say something to her. Only Zendaya and her were there to hear it but no one had said anything to Ryan."You know that night? Parents weekend and your parents were being, well you know, at the dinner..." Ryan nodded still apprehensive. "My mom kind of went off on everyone at the table because of it — all the parents anyway."

"What? Why?" Ryan asked, her chest feeling a pang. This must've been when she went to the bathroom.

"She said your parents were being selfish and only making things worse for you. She said the way they acted was probably the cause of your anxiety. Told them how you're always fine until they show up and that if they truly cared about their daughter they would look at how they treated you but clearly they don't care because all they do is make your mental health worse. And," Brooke paused gritting her teeth. "She might've called them abusive."

"What?" Ryan's eyes widened.

"She was so mad Ry. Even when I asked her about it, she got mad and said she didn't fully say what she really wanted to say about how your parents are bullies, taking out their insecurities on you and that they don't deserve you. She was lowkey glazing you, talking about how great you are and parents like that don't deserve you."

Ryan blinked, breathing that in for a second. Had Beyoncé really defended her like that? To her parents.

No one ever said anything about how they treated her which only made it worse. People would just awkwardly look around and give her sympathetic looks, which only made her feel like she was overreacting by being so hurt. She had always been sensitive according to them. And the way people reacted only made that feel valid.

"She was really mad Ry, she said it was abuse because of how they keep going when they see how it's affecting you and how many times they've been the cause of your panic attacks. Like your anxiety is really not that bad, it's always worse when they're around or when they're on your mind. I don't know how it works but my mom was basically blaming them."

Ryan swallowed. Had Beyoncé really said all that? The conversations they'd had about her parents had always been limited. Beyoncé knew that she had issues with them but Ryan didn't know that she had seen completely through it. She'd seen exactly the dynamics they had and she didn't care about exposing it at a dinner table in front of everyone. "Wait you said she went off on all the parents?"

Brooke nodded, "she said they were enabling it. Everyone being silent instead of saying something when they were sitting there and bullying you."

"Oh wow..." Ryan couldn't help but feel a warmth in her chest. Did Beyoncé really care about her? Or maybe it was something she'd do for anyone. Ryan couldn't be sure but she knew it mattered to her.

"Yeah she was in her element honestly, analysing people and telling them to do better," Brooke giggled.

Ryan cracked a smile. Beyoncé did like to do that.

But no one had acted weird when she got back to the table. Though her parents had been leaving her alone lately. Did Beyoncé really start all of that? Ryan wasn't sure she could really process what that meant.

When they got off the flight they had to wait for Brookes luggage since she insisted she needed more than a just carry-on for the four days. While they waited, Ryan was going over how to act in her head, what to say to Beyoncé, if she needed to apologise for showing up in the first place, how to thank her for letting her come.

Beyoncé closed the door to her Range, stepping out to help her daughter with her bags. "Hi baby, how was your flight?" she asked, briefly glancing at Ryan before looking away quickly.

Ryan just shyly nodded, hands sweaty as Beyoncé all but ignored her. Ryan had spent so much time on her makeup trying to look presentable today, but it didn't even matter because Beyoncé wasn't paying any attention to her at all.

"It was alright mom, how was the drive?" Brooke actually seemed happy to talk to her mom so Ryan just sat in the back listening and trying not to focus on the woman driving the car. Beyoncé kept adjusting her glasses, trying to focus on the road and listen to Brooklyns stories.

Brooke was talking about some people at her school with Beyoncé inputting every so often. With Brooke, Beyoncé liked to provide anecdotes. Those stories that didn't exactly give advice but offered it gently instead of telling her what to do. She'd been told she was too pushy when she gave advice so instead she did this and hoped it worked.

Brooke was already getting irritated but Beyoncé ignored it and tried to just listen to what she had to say instead. This was supposed to be a fun and happy weekend. Beyoncé had asked her to come for the whole weekend instead of just Monday so they could actually spend some time together. That was probably why Brooke wanted to bring Ryan, so she'd have an excuse to not be around her mother so much.

Ryan tried to go on her phone and ignore the conversation, but the phone wasn't helping. Her ears were listening to every word Beyoncé said, clinging to the small information about the woman. It wasn't the conversation, it was Beyoncé. She'd missed her, missed hearing her voice, missed knowing every little thing about her. Missed her presence. Being stuck in a car with her was not helping her to forget.

And Beyoncé looked so damn good, all cozy and wrapped up in her sweatsuit, her hair a little messy. She looked both cute and sexy. Ryan couldn't stop thinking about having Beyoncé wrap her in her arms. If this was months ago, Beyoncé would've been thinking the same.

Ryan noticed Beyoncé talked a little differently when she was talking to Brooke, her voice was lighter than Ryan was used to. Still deep but it was the voice she used only when she spoke to her child. Brooke would always be her little girl and it showed in how she talked to her.

When they got in, Beyoncé tucked her bottom lip between her teeth. "You should show your friend around," she said hoping Ryan would play along, acting like she'd never been there before.

Ryan made an excited face, "your place looks so big." She said remembering early thoughts she'd had of this house. It was as big and gorgeous as she remembered it, but definitely messier than she'd seen it before.

Beyoncé left them both alone as Brooke showed Ryan around the home. Beyoncé had a lot of work to do before she could get started on getting the house ready for guests. Everything had to be perfect but the past months had shown that she was not the tidiest person and relieving the cleaners had probably been a bad idea.

She hadn't noticed until she saw the flash of surprise flash across both their faces but now she was regretting her decision to not hire cleaners at least just for the weekend. It was a very big house that needed a lot of maintenance but by the time she finished working, she was mentally exhausted.

Beyoncé lay back in the pool. She needed a break from all of this, and how better to relax than outside in her pool. She loved water and she loved to swim. It was what she did when she needed to get away. Ideally she'd be on a yacht in the ocean somewhere. But she settled for the pool in her backyard, along with a cocktail as soft music played over her speakers.

She had on an all white bikini with gold embellishments, that clung to her skin the second she touched the water. The sun beat down on her and she closed her eyes breathing it in.

Sometimes she just needed to find her own peace. And the best place to find it was on your back swimming through water.

A voice calling "mom," broke through her peace but she ignored it hoping it would go away. She could see the birds forming a pattern in the sky above her. It was beautiful how they did that, she could understand why Ryan loved nature so much.

She sighed again, telling her mind to change the subject. It was quiet out here. She literally had no worries, no distractions. Out here, she was just Beyoncé and the water. No one looked to her for answers or to fix their problems. She could just relax and not think about anything.

The ripples on the water were soft and held her up against the surface, and Ryan was watching her. She'd come outside to get her for Brooke but got caught up in the sight of this woman. Her painted toes splashed against the water. Her chest rose and fell, skin glittering above the water. Her breasts bounced on top of the pool covered only by the small fabric of her swimwear.

Ryan's mouth grew dry and she just stared for a moment at the other woman. Beyoncé was so beautiful. Bathed in sunlight like that, she looked almost fluorescent, her beauty marks on full display. And then finally Beyoncé looked up. Sunglasses still on, and their eyes met softly over the water. Beyoncé was still floating on it and she smirked tucking in her bottom lip and looking back at Ryan. See something you like, she wanted to ask.

Ryan's eyes trailed over her again. Neither of them spoke, just looked at each other, acknowledging that the other one was there. Ryan swallowed watching her, seeing the water droplets on her skin, her belly ring twinkling.

She looked so damn good, her inner thighs trembled remembering her touch. Remembering all of those nights they'd spent together. Her body felt almost drawn to Beyoncé.

And Beyoncé watched her too. Completely focused just on Ryan, on the way her lips curled and her eyes narrowed. She looked cute in her crop top, all summery with the braids in her hair. Beyoncé couldn't help the way her eyes trailed down her legs. She bit the inside of her lip, her mouth remembering the taste and how much Ryan turned her on. How much she secretly still wanted Ryan.

Then Beyoncé watched Ryan's dark eyebrows come together and her heart rate picked up. The little bikini bottoms were useless against the fire building inside of her. She just wanted Ryan to taste what she was doing to her, to feel it, to know that it was there. Just for her.

And Ryan looked like she wanted to peel open her legs right then. She would've ate her right there under the water if she could've. They both wanted it. Like a quiet fire burning inside of their veins.

Eventually Brooklyn opened the door and they both broke out of their daze and looked away from each other, feeling like they'd been caught doing something bad. "Mom do we have any Nutella? I wanted to make a cake."

Beyoncé swallowed blinking back to her daughter and away from Ryan, "if we do it'll be in the back, probably behind the cereal."

Brooke and Ryan disappeared into the house and Beyoncé found herself still flustered in the sun. She adjusted the sunglasses and went back to trying to relax. Only now her mind was filled with images of Ryan. Those braids really suited her and she couldn't stop imagining dragging her nails through Ryan's scalp, listening to the sounds she'd make. How much she wanted to touch her.

Brooke and Ryan ended up baking together. Ryan sat on a stool by the counter, setting timers on her phone and offering her company whilst Brooke got to work on baking a cake. She was testing out different recipes so each cake had a slightly different chocolate flavour. One thing she'd seen was using hot water to help the cocoa bloom before she baked it.

While the cakes baked in the oven, the two watched a little tv. Ryan noticing Beyoncé still hadn't reappeared as the sky got darker. She wasn't outside anymore but Ryan had no idea where she was. She was probably in her room or something but Ryan wished she'd come down. It was weird being in this house without her. Sure it was Brooke's house but it was also Beyoncé's.

Finally it was time to take the cakes out of the oven. As they cooled, Brooke made a Nutella buttercream and a chocolate ganache while Ryan waited so she could eat the remains from the bowl.

"What's up with you and Levi by the way?" Ryan asked, getting comfortable in her position on the counter.

Brooklyn shrugged. Nothing was up.

"What does that mean?"

"It means nothing." Brooke handed her the empty bowl.

"Come on, you don't tell me anything about your love life," Ryan pushed. Brooke had been in her business for months so it was only fair that Ryan could ask the same questions.

"You don't tell me nothing about yours either. No way you was fucking Gabby all that time and we only just met her."

Ryan swallowed. Everyone had just assumed whoever she'd been with all these months was Gabrielle and she didn't correct them. "I wasn't," she said giving her a tiny piece of information so she could ask about Levi like she wanted to. "That was someone else." She said licking the chocolate from her finger.

"That actually makes sense."

"Why?"

"Y'all just didn't seem locked in for real. If you'd been together all that time it would've shown."

Ryan shrugged, "so about you and Levi?"

Brooke groaned opening her mouth to answer. Then Beyoncé walked in, to check on them, and caught Ryan with a finger in her mouth. Her eyes dropped to Ryan's lips watching as her finger dipped into her mouth swirling around her tongue. She was sure it happened fast but her mind lingered on every detail of Ryan's lips. So sexy.

"Y'all okay?" Beyoncé asked, blinking the image from her mind, and looking at the cakes cooling on the rack, alongside the mess Brooklyn had made of her kitchen.

"Yeah mom, I made three. I'm gonna finish decorating and then decide which one to make for Monday."

"You know you don't have to make a cake." Beyoncé tilted her head. She made them for every event but there was something about seeing her pregnant kid over a stove that made her frown. Beyoncé didn't want her to feel like she didn't have a choice.

"You don't like my baking?" Brooke frowned scrunching up her face.

"I didn't say that Brooke, you know we love your cakes," Beyoncé sighed. "I'm simply saying you don't have to go to all that trouble if you don't want to." Things had been awkward between them since she'd told Levi that Brooke was pregnant and filed that restraining order against her father.

"Okay thanks mom," Brooke rolled her eyes and Beyoncé did the same turning away and catching Ryan laughing. She still had chocolate on her finger.

"What?" Beyoncé asked.

"You're both so similar," Ryan smirked to herself.

"Huh?"

"What?"

Ryan burst out laughing, "see how you both made the same face?" Ryan giggled. "You're like twins it's crazy." She said putting her chocolate covered finger back into her mouth.

"Whatever," Brooklyn rolled her eyes.

Beyoncé did the same, rolling her eyes, though she loved the sound of Ryan's voice, smooth and silky and too far away. Ryan pulled her finger out, her tongue flicking it as Beyoncé forced herself to look away and be normal.

When they'd been sexting it had been just that: messages with innuendo and straight up pornographic content. But, still, they were just messages and the occasional phone call that left her struggling to breathe or think clearly.

She hasn't expected Ryan to be back in her home ever. Now here she was in her home, in her kitchen, sitting on her stool, licking buttercream off of her manicured fingers. Beyoncé's eyes lingered for a moment too long, feeling that familiar warmth rising inside of her chest and unfortunately between her thighs.

Ryan watched her. She didn't know how Beyoncé would react to her in person. But there she was, acting completely normal. It was nice - unnerving - but nice at the same time. Ryan just wanted things not to be awkward.

Brooke and Ryan ended up going to bed early, still a little messed up from having to wake up so early to catch their flight. Brooke's chocolate cake also hadn't helped.

Beyoncé stayed up watching tv downstairs. There was a documentary on penguins and it was fascinating to her, the way they'd care for the eggs from the moment of conception all the way up until they were fully independent. She watched the birds waddle on the tv and it occurred to her that Ryan might like this. She was into fish and stuff, right? She liked nature.

She thought about calling her, checking on her, making sure her room was comfortable. She wanted to tell her about this documentary or show it to her and to talk to her. Maybe Ryan would still be awake. She could knock and see. Maybe that wouldn't be weird.

Ryan was in the guest room nearest to Brookes room. She was probably sleeping. Beyoncé was being stupid. But then she heard a door click open. It could've been Brooke but the footsteps went to the bathroom and Brooke had an en-suite so it probably wasn't Brooklyn.

And before Beyoncé could think about it, her legs were carrying her upstairs, feet padding along the hardwood floors. When she got up there the door was opening and she managed to catch Ryan in the hallway, where she silently ushered for her to follow.

Ryan went with it easily following Beyoncé into her bedroom. Ryan didn't know what this was about. She figured maybe Beyoncé wanted to talk ground rules, maybe remind her that things were over between them, maybe have a conversation.

But then Beyonce locked the door behind her and Ryan felt hands push her onto the bed. Before she could talk, her lips were trapped inside of the other woman's mouth. She'd been thinking about this all day, getting her lips on Ryan's lips. This kiss was something she'd needed all day.

Beyoncé wanted to moan just from a simple contact, but she didn't, instead she just breathed as Ryan ran her tongue along her lip. She felt like she was yearning now, silently asking Ryan to touch her, to make her feel good.

Ryan tugged her lip between her teeth, not thinking, just feeling. Her body had missed the blonde woman too, the way she kissed her, touched her, held her. Then she heard her little whimper fail against her.

Ryan let herself sink into Beyoncé and no one said a word, both hurriedly undressing each other through passion filled kisses, Beyoncé slipping her tongue into her mouth. Ryan had been horny since she'd seen her earlier. The way Beyoncé looked at her, like she felt something, like she wanted to completely devour her. Even if she couldn't see her eyes, she could feel the essence of what she wanted. What they both needed.

Beyoncé let out a shaky breath as Ryan positioned them so that she could be on top of Beyoncé. Then her leg swooped over and in between the other woman's legs. Then she lifted her other leg so their bodies could click together. She wanted to moan the second she felt Beyoncés wet clit touch her. Their bodies perfectly matched each other, clits throbbing in perfect harmony.

Ryan slid over Beyoncé and she swore a cool sweat broke out across her skin. Beyoncé held her body between her hands. Those long fingers resting on her waist. Just like that, the moans settled in her throat. But she didn't say a word, just rotated her hips causing Beyoncé's breath to hitch in her throat.

Ryan's head fell back and her mouth opened.

"Don't make a sound," Beyoncé warned as Ryan's lips parted. The walls were soundproof but she didn't trust them that much.

Ryan's eyes darkened as she closed her lips. She could do it. It wouldn't be like the first time when she couldn't help it. The room filled with the sound of their bodies slapping against each other, wetness hitting wetness as they both remained silent.

It was understood that they both needed this. Beyoncé dragged Ryan's body slowly over hers. She wanted to moan, but instead her mouth hung silently open. "Shit..." she hissed. Ryan felt so good on her body. She'd missed this feeling, the weight of her, the way her damp skin felt pressed into her. And she smelled so good.

Ryan was perfect. Watching her struggle not to moan was an even bigger turn on than Beyoncé remembered. She ran a hand along her stomach getting lost in how good her skin felt against her. Ryan rolled her hips and thrust her clit harder into Beyoncé.

And the blonde one saw stars. She was going to cum. And Ryan was going to get her there no matter what it took. Ryan's eyes trailed over her sexily, watching every little expression that lit up her face. When her brows slightly knitted Ryan knew it was coming.

She placed a hand over Beyoncé's mouth and the older one's eyes rolled back as she moaned silently against her flesh. Ryan felt her breath hot against her skin, soft and rapid, taking care not to bite her hand. And she helped her ride it out, thrusting against her as Beyoncé came down from her orgasm.

Beyoncé hummed as Ryan watched her, staring at her carefully. She had cum so fast. Ryan did that to her.

Breathing out, Beyoncé then flipped them over. She wanted Ryan unravelling too, she could see the sweat forming on her skin. Beautiful, she thought as she brought their lips closer together. Something about this kiss didn't feel like the others. It felt like an acknowledgment, like it was bigger than just a kiss.

And Beyoncé continued to roll her hips over her. She wanted the control but Ryan didn't want to give it fully. So Ryan held her still, her hands controlling the pace of Beyoncé's thrusts.

"Fuckkk," Ryan moaned out, her eyes rolling back.

Beyoncé's breath hitched. "Shhh— oh god please be quiet baby."

Ryan hummed, eyes rolling back a little. Beyoncé looked unimaginably good on top of her like this. Her whole body reacted to this lady, watching her breasts bounce, her skin glisten, and her entire body move in step with Ryan's. The two shades of brown were perfect together.

"I'm close," Ryan whispered. She could feel her body reaching its peak, as Beyoncé's clit rolled over her own.

Beyoncé opened her mouth to speak, but instead she stayed quiet, watching Ryan come undone. She kept thrusting, making her pussy wetter. Faster. Faster. Watching Ryan fall apart beneath her.

Then the dark haired girls eyes slammed closed and she was twitching beneath her. Beyoncé came again right after she did, her body just couldn't help reacting to Ryan.

The younger one panted, coming down from this orgasm as she rolled over onto the bed beside Beyoncé. "Bey I—"

"Shhh baby," Beyoncé bit down, stroking over Ryan's face with her thumb. She'd missed that, touching her in that way. Feeling so close. Nothing compared to that after sex moment when they were alone. Just Beyoncé and Ryan.

Ryan rolled her eyes, she wasn't about to be shushed into submission again. "Bey stop shushing me."

"Sorry," Beyoncé planted a kiss on her lips.

"We need to talk, what did this mean?"

Beyoncé got comfortable, pulling Ryan closer to her. She could tell Ryan was tired, even if she wanted to talk that would have to wait. "We'll talk in the morning I promise. Just get some sleep honey." She said planting a kiss on her lips and holding her tight as Ryan drifted off to sleep.
