Smg4 Fanfiction: Crystal Splezter - My new adventure

Plot: As Meggy sets off to find herself, everyone comes together to say goodbye.

(March 12th - 2021)

As the S.S Tortle was departing Mushroom kingdom waters, Meggy looked over the seas as she smiled to herself. She was looking forward to her vacation and some self reflection.

But that peace was disturbed as her shadow appeared next to her...

Shadow Meggy: You seriously think this trip will make a difference?

She turned away, trying to ignore her.

Shadow Meggy: Your just running away from your friends and family...like always.

Her mind wandered, going back to her departure...

Bob: Holy crap, that is a big turtle!

The gang stood by the docks to see Meggy off on her vacation, taking a moment to look at the turtle listening to headphones that would drag Meggy's boat their.

Mario: Imma stomp it!!!

Mario jumped to slam down on the turtle, but Saiko threw her hammer as Mario was hit and he hit the deck, getting back up angered.

Saiko: Mario, we're here for Meggy! Don't make trouble!

Mario: You want a piece of Mario B*tch?!

Away from their argument, Meggy had finished prying Luigi's bone crushing hug off of her when Tari and Crystal came up to her.

Crystal: Mommy, we're going to miss you!"

Tari: So am I!

Meggy: It's just a vacation you two...I'll be back before you know it!

Tari: Send us lots of photos! And call us everyday and get souvenirs and a holiday duckie...

Smg4: Cmon Tari, we already talked about this. Meggy needs some alone time on this vacation so she can figure out what she wants to do with her life.

Mario: (Cuts in) Yeah, cuz after she won Splatfest, she became a hobo."

Smg4 punched Mario away.

Meggy: Haha, it's okay guys. (Turns to look at boat) I wish I could bring you with me, but this is something I have to do on my own. I don't know what my next goal in life will be...but I know that this trip will help me get there.

By the side of the docks, Luigi stood with a camera.

Luigi: Alright guys! One last photo!

Everyone gathered together for a photo, Meggy cuddling close to Tari.

Meggy: Take care of Crystal while I'm gone, okay?

Tari: Alright, but I may need to check in with your parents now and then.

Meggy: Fine by me.

The two shared one last kiss before the camera flash went off, Crystal hugging Meggy's legs given her short hight.

Then when the boat was leaving, Crystal tossed her Mom a rolled up ball of paper as the boat was departing. Meggy caught it, then put it in her pocket as everyone waved goodbye.

Saiko: Kick some ass while your gone!!!

Bob: Get me a souvenir!

Mario: Thank-a-you so much for playing my game!

Axol: See ya soon!

Tari and Luigi: Meggy, we'll miss you!!!

Crystal: I love you Mommy!

Meggy: (Waving) I'll miss you guys too! I'll see you all soon!

...

Flashing back to the present, she looked at the paper Crystal had tossed her. On it, everyone had signed their names in a goodbye note. She felt a tear come to her eyes as she pocketed the paper, having her answer...

Meggy: My friends have my back, that much I'm sure of.

Meggy ignored her Shadow copy, walking right through her to the front of the boat as she looked on.

Meggy: It's time to start a new adventure. Time to find my new calling.

The winds picked up as the boat sped forward, right towards the cluster of clouds. Meggy was ready for anything as she yelled...

Meggy: LET'S GOOO!!!!!!!!!

And as the boat sped into the cloud cluster...

...

When it re-emerged, the whole world felt different. More colourful...Meggy included.

And as the wind blew through her hair, she announced...

Meggy: Bring on the Sunset Paradise!

One thing was for certain...she had no idea what adventure's awaited her.

(Unfortunately, I'm not writing up all of sunset Paradise, that would take freaking forever. Just a few sentence differences isn't worth it.)
