Nothing!

*Ashton's p.o.v*

I walked home, still thinking over mine and Luke's conversation. I wasn't going to lie, I was kinda regretting saying the things I said; I mean, it was true that I wanted one of my best friends and twin sister to be happy, but I didn't want them going out. I won't tell Luke that though, not only does it look hypocritical, I didn't want to be the one to stand in the way of their happiness. I would have to keep this to myself and if Luke wanted me to help him ask out Alyssa like I offered, then so be it. I would just have to suck it up and deal with it.

I arrived back at home and walked in the front door.

"Hey," I said, walking in the front room

"Hey," Alyssa replied. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, it's fine," I said, and sat down next to Mike and Cal

"Hey, guys," I grinned

"We need to talk, Ash," Michael said, seriously

"What's up?" I asked, confused because Michael was never serious.

"Listen, we've got something to tell you, but I don't think that you're going to like it," Calum took over

"Yeah, it's about L-" Michael began

"About Luke and how he likes Alyssa and how Alyssa likes Luke back?" I interrupted

"How did you know about Luke?" Calum asked

"And how do you know that Alyssa likes Luke back?" Michael chipped in

"Okay, so I know that Alyssa likes Luke because I heard her talking to Phoebe about it this morning in the kitchen. I know that Luke likes Alyssa too because that's what we were just talking about!" I explained

"Are you okay with this?" Calum asked

"Yeah, sure," I replied, swallowing my earlier feelings. "I even offered to help Luke ask out Alyssa because if she's like me, then sh-"

"She would want a big gesture," Michael finished, grinning at me

"Exactly!" I laughed

"Text him and tell him that we'll help too!" Calum said excitedly.

"Will do," I replied, pulling my phone out to reveal that I already had a text. I opened it up and saw it was from Zoe.

1 text from: Zoe <3

Hey, how are you? Guess what? I'm coming home tomorrow so I would love to see you! Love n miss you lots xxxxxx

I smiled at the text and replied.

1 text to: Zoe <3

Hey, I'm good thanks, you? I would love to see you, come over whenever, me and the lads have the whole of next week off. I've got someone I want you to meet! Love and miss you lots and lots xxxxxx

I sent the text and then started a new text to Luke.

1 text to: Luke

Hey, you alright now? I told Cal and Mike our conversation and they say they want to help if you want. Oh, and Zoe's getting home in a couple of days so you wanna come over and we can all hang out? Talk to ya in a bit x

Luke replied almost straight away.

1 text from: Luke

Hey, yeah, I'm okay, thanks. It would be great to have all of your help, but PLEASE don't tell Alyssa - I want it to be a complete surprise. Text me the details for when Zoe comes over x

1 text to: Luke

Don't worry, I won't tell Alyssa and I'll get Mike not to tell Phoebe because the two of them have gotten pretty close. Will text you when I know x

1 text from: Luke

Thanks mate. I'll talk to you later x

"So Luke says that he would love the help from us three but he doesn't want us to tell Alyssa," I explained

"I wasn't going to," Calum replied

"Neither," Michael added, "but can I tell Phoebe?"

"Nah, we didn't think it would be a good idea, considering that Phoebe and Alyssa have gotten pretty close," I said

"Yeah, that's true," Michael agreed, looking over at Alyssa and Phoebe.

God, what were they talking about?! They had been talking for about an hour!

*Alyssa's p.o.v*

"So anyway, what are you going to do about Luke?" Phoebe asked me

"Nothing," I sighed

"What? Why?!" Phoebe cried

"Because the band is becoming really famous, the have their own headline tour next year, for crying out loud! And Luke is so popular with the girls, I've seen loads of different fan accounts and ALL of them say how hot Luke is. Besides, I'm also not going to ask him out because he wouldn't go out with me anyway!" I explained

"And why wouldn't he go out with you? You're pretty and funny and nice and you deserve to date someone like him!" Phoebe said, pulling me in for a hug.

"Thanks, Phoebe, that means a lot," I said, hugging her back.

"You can call me Pheebs if you want?" She suggested

"I like that," I smiled, thinking of 'Friends'. "You can call me Liss if you want,"

"So, are you going to make your move with Luke?" Phoebe asked

"I don't know, I think I'll spend more time with him, get to know him a bit more, y'know? I've only known the guy for a few days!" I said, thoughtfully

"That's true," Phoebe said. She checked her watch. "Crap, is that the time? I'm meant to be home in 15 minutes!" Phoebe stood up.

"Awh, that's a shame! We have to hang out again sometime!" I replied, also standing.

"We definitely will considering my boyfriend and your brother practically live together most of the time!" Phoebe laughed

"True!" I replied and Phoebe walked across the room and gently nudged Michael with her foot.

"Hey, babe, what's up?" Michael asked, smiling up at her. I couldn't help grinning at the two of them, you could see in his eyes just how much Michael loved Phoebe and just how much she loved him back.

"We have to go, Mum's expecting us for dinner in just under 15 minutes!" Phoebe explained.

"Oh, shoot, I completely forgot, we really should get going," Michael replied, standing up.

"Thanks for everything Ash and Liss!" Phoebe said, smiling

"Ooh, can I call you Liss? I like that!" Michael said

"Ooh, ooh, me too!" Calum added, making us all laugh

"Course you can!" I replied, smiling at the two of them

"What can I call you?" Ash asked

"What do you mean?" I replied

"I want to call you something different to everyone else!" Ashton explained

"How about Lyssa?" I suggested

"Lyssa... I like it!" Ash smiled

"Good," I smiled back

"We really should get going," Phoebe said

"Yeah, we should. Thanks for everything, you two!" Michael said

"I should probably get going too, thinking about it," Calum added

"See you guys later!" I grinned

"Oh, Mike, Cal, text me later?" Ash said suddenly.

"Okay," the two chorused

"Bye," me and Ash said in unison. The three waved and left. I flopped down on the sofa.

"That was fun, wasn't it?" Ash said, also flopping.

"Yeah... What was up with Luke earlier?" I asked

"Nothing..." Ashton replied

"Ash...?" I said

"Nothing!" Ashton said again

"Okay, then..." I sighed

"Oh, guess what?" Ashton asked, suddenly

"What?" I replied, interested

"Zoe gets back in a couple of days so you can meet her!" Ashton said, and I could tell how excited he was

"I can't wait!"
