Ch.31: ... to eternity!

As the days passed by, soon friends and families listened to the big news: Katsuki and Sisipho are engaged.

The Ashido's and Bakugou's were the first to know and they made a mess when, at a dinner between families, the couple announced that Katsuki asked Sisipho's hand. It was a loud celebration from both sides, full of advice and wishes for the better.

Next, it was time for their second family, the BakuSquad to hear about them! Knowing too well the chaos that it would be, Katsuki opted to tell them in his apartment, so they won't bring any unnecessary attention.

But it didn't work so well, because the squad not only destroyed his living room completely while celebrating but made Bakugou receive a fine from the liquidator of the building.

However, the world only discovered this years later, when the wedding was already happening. Not only that, they have no idea that actually that ceremony happening in Japan is the second one!

Indeed, Katsuki and Sisipho had two different ceremonies for their marriage. The blonde man insisted on doing it like this, so both sides of the family will be present and they can have a ceremony with each tradition.

Katsuki wanted to give Sisipho a proper and unforgettable interracial marriage.

The first ceremony was in Wakanda, being blessed by Queen Mother Ramonda. Only Sisipho's family, together with Mina and Eijirou, was present in this one. Also, Katsuki's parents came too, to participate in the rituals of the wakandan marriage.

Definitely, this was the moment of their lives, a true honor to be married in the palace of Wakanda. The party was unforgettable too, with a lot of dance and music.

Katsuki is glad of his decision of doing things like this.

So back in Japan, there was another ceremony, a traditional one from it. All family from Class 3-A was present to witness one more act of love from their friends. Surely is amazing to look back and remember how everything started.

To all of them, the most remarkable memory surely is when Sisipho accidentally revealed that she was dating Katsuki by giving a good morning kiss to him in the middle of the dormitories. What a day to remember.

In both ceremonies, the couple was breathtaking while using traditional attires. It was a remarkable experience for both sides. Katsuki had tried some wakandan clothes before, but nothing compares to the one made exclusively for his wedding.

Even though it seems a lot with the Japanese one, he liked the other better, it made him feel more powerful using it.

Yet both ceremonies were just the same at the start, with Katsuki breaking down as soon as his eyes met Sisipho. The black and white wakandan dress hugging her body, the big smile on her face, and the sunset of that magical place just made everything perfect.

But maybe he got more emotional by seeing Sisipho using the white and red kimono.Katsuki was just so happy on both occasions because finally, after eight years together, they were officially from one another. Forever.

"Now you're officially Sisipho Bakugou, beloved wife of Katsuki Bakugou. The gods may bless your union!" those were the words that sealed their pact of love and care forever, with the tender kiss they shared.

Probably the party in Japan was the most chaotic of all, thanks to their friends being present. It was a mess, with jokes and playfulness. The photographer of the wedding surely had a fun time registering all of it.

So only at that moment, when the couple shared a picture of both ceremonies and a selfie with the whole Class, that the world discovered their union. In an instant it was overall news around the globe:

Darklight and Dynamight are married!

After this intense month of preparations and emotions, the couple took a few weeks away from Japan for their honeymoon, traveling to cities they wished to get to know, going to worldwide famous attractions and having their little adventure. Just the two of them, without a worry in life.

When they returned to Musutafu it was to inaugurate their own home, where their new life will begin. It is a big penthouse with two floors, a terrace, a garden and a lot of rooms.

Why so many?

"Because I'll fill this house of babies, that's the fucking why!! Now shut up, shithead." he yelled to his best friend, that came with the squad to see the new place.

"Holy shit, how many do you two plan to have? Ten?!" Denki asked in shock.

"Dunno, does it matter?!" Sisipho shrugged at him. "Did you see the garden in the external area? We can even do a playground in there if we want."

"Damn!" Hanta yelled from the door that goes to the terrace. "You two are being paid very well, huh? To buy an apartment like this?!"

"Fourth and fifth best heroes from Japan. What did you expect?" Shinso said bored.

"I bet that most of the money comes from the commercials in couple they do. Do you know how fanatic their fans are?" Jirou beamed while admiring their high-tech home theater. "Surely it got worst now that we have a Mistress Sisipho Bakugou in town."

"Of course, they're the most powerful couple ever!! The world lives for this ship~" Mina always is enthusiastic about them.

"You better be careful, Shoto and Deku are trying to knock you down from this title." Eijirou smirked at the couple.

"NO FUCKING WAY! I'M ALREADY PISSED THAT THIS PIECE OF SHIT IS THE NUMBER THREE HERO! THIS HE'LL NEVER TAKE IT FROM ME!!"

"What happened to the "numbers don't matter" thing, huh?!" Sisi sweatdrops at his range.

"Anyways, when are you two starting to fill the house with babies anyways?!"

"Be sure that we're trying a lot~" Katsuki sent a dirty look at them, making the group groan in disgust.

"UGH! GROSS!! SPARE US FROM THAT!" Denki screamed.

"We just married, guys. Calm down, will you?! One day it'll happen, naturally."

"Yeah, we're not that hurried. I still have my baby brother Keitaro to take care of and a chart to beat."

"Ow, I saw him this week with Orion at the mall. He's the father again!" Denki commented.

"I just adore his skin color. Is such a beautiful dark blue~"

"Of course you do, Jirou. It's your favorite color, duh~" she only rolled her eyes at Denki, showing her middle finger to him.

"Well, now or later I just know about one thing..." Shinso started, stretching lazily. "If they took after the father they'll be fucking ugly."

"Come here you son of a bitch! I'LL KILL YOU!!" the blonde exploded his way to Shinso.

"Ah~ Things never change..." Sisipho sighed, watching the two adults running around like kids.

However, in one thing Sisipho was completely wrong. Things do change and quickly. A few months before that night Sisipho just had the most strange experience in her life.

She was doing her routine as a hero, doing some research about a group of villains that are taking advantage of a poor area in the city, enticing people desperate for money to do some shady work.

It's stressful to find the necessary proof to arrest them, so she sighed tiredly, leaning against her chair and trying to relax a bit, letting her mind go blank.

Then she started to feel something changing in her... More precisely, within her! That's when she saw, thanks to the Perception, her body adapting itself to hold a life.

Before her eyes happened all stages of fertilization, detail by detail. Sisipho watched the whole thing in awe for hours, forgetting about everything around her.

"Welcome, my usana (child). I'll love to meet you." she smiled, already calling her baby in isiXhosa, caressing her inexistent pregnancy belly.

However, Sisipho didn't tell her husband right away, deciding that it'll be for the best to keep it quiet for a while. When the baby starts to grow strong and healthy she'll share the news.

So as the weeks passed by, Sisipho turned more cautious about the missions she accepted, focusing more in do jobs for the throne, where she works more like a volunteer than a hero.

In the second month, it started to get hard to hide her growing belly. Even her costume is starting to get tight since Sisipho has an athletic body. So Sisipho decided that this is the perfect moment to tell Katsuki.

She wants to do it funnily and naturally, just dropping the bomb out of nowhere to see his reaction. So she did a plan.

Meanwhile, Katsuki is dedicated to his hero job, beating the shit out of the villains, doing some impressive job in hostage situations and living for his name.

It seems like his performance got better after the marriage, all due to the happy state of mind he is in. Everything is working out so perfectly that he's in frenzy. Katsuki couldn't ask for a better life.

When he takes some time to relax, like now when he's laying on the couch of his office, his mind always goes back to the past. Katsuki likes to rethink his path and choices to learn from his mistakes and be grateful for what he achieved.

Even though he still being the hot-headed Bakugou from always, he changed a lot. Mostly in the interpersonal matter. He still hates everybody, but learned how to live with that and don't act recklessly. Today he works with some heroes that he would never agree with it at his young age.

But this is what being a hero means, abdicate from what you want to do what you need.

Sighing, he smiled content and proud of himself and all his improvements. Standing up, he walked out of his room to go see Sisipho in hers. However, he frowned at seeing the office empty.

"Oi, where is Darklight?" he asked their secretary, that has a station outside the offices, in front of the elevator.

"Sorry, Mr. Dynamight, but she took the day off." the young woman answered.

"And she didn't tell me?" he said to himself. "Whatever, thanks. I'm out too."

"Goodnight, mister!" she bowed, going back to finish her work.

Taking his car to go back home, he quickly checked his phone to see if Sisi sent something to him, but nothing. He's founding this odd since the black woman never misses work without a reason and she was just fine earlier in the morning.

He only hoped that she was doing some mission to the throne and nothing more.

When he parked in his building's garage and saw her car in there Katsuki felt a bit more relieved. As he arrived at his floor and opened the door of the penthouse, the man could already tell that something is wrong.

Silently moving around the first floor, no signal from his wife. Taking the stairs he heard some movement in the empty room beside the master suite from the couple, with Sisipho humming happily.

Frowning Katsuki opened the door to see his woman dancing around the room, organizing things in the closet.

"Hi, my boo~ How was your day?" she walked to him, giving a sweet kiss on his lips, and he immediately corresponded, hugging her.

"I missed you today, love. Why didn't you go to the agency?" he asked worried, caressing her face.

"Oh, I needed to solve some things, so I just took all day out."

"Hm..." he eyed her suspiciously. "What exactly? And why the fuck there's so many bags in this room? Did you buy the whole damn mall?"

"Oh, talking about that, can you help me? I needed to go buy a few things to help me out when I stop my hero job."

"WHAT?! Sisipho what the fuck?!" his face is pure confusion. "Are you giving up? Why?"

"No, no! Never! I love to be a hero, but I'll need to do a break, but only for some months." she smiled at him, crouching down to search inside a bag on the floor.

"Wait, babe, explain this to me. Why do you need a break? Are you sick? Wakanda needs you?"

"Nope, I'm just getting ready for an event that'll happen in nine months." she gazed at him with a small smile on her face, waiting for him to catch the hints since he was so tense that didn't even notice that all bags over the floor are from a baby shop.

"Nine? Why so damn precise?" he crossed his arms with an annoyed expression. "You're talking nonsense, woman."

"Sorry, it's that I'm too stuffed and there's a bun on the oven, so my mind is going crazy!" Sisi is trying so hard to not laugh at his extremely confused face.

"Stuffed? Bun? Doll, come here." he holds her by the shoulders, keeping the woman still in front of him and looking into her eyes. "What the actual fuck?! Why are you being so weird and why are you putting your things in this room?! Is this a storage room now?"

"Of course not, here I'm keeping the most important things of my life." he sighed in frustration. "Okay, okay. I'll explain better, but first can you please grab me a gift a bought for you in the closet? Is on the first door!"

Eyeing the woman, who just crouched again to mess with the begs, Katsuki rubbed his eyes in defeat, turned around, and went to do what she said.

As soon as he opened the door, thousands of shoes fell over him, like an avalanche. But not any shoes, baby shoes!

Katsuki at first was stunned by the number of items that now are over the floor, with some still inside the closet. Only after a few seconds that the penny dropped and he understood what are those things.

His heart started to beat extremely fast and he felt like a bomb exploded inside his stomach. With his breathe quicken up, he started to cold sweat. Katsuki turned to Sisipho again and his eyes went wide seeing what is in her arms.

Two plushies, using a baby version of DYNMT and Darklight costumes, are sitting side by side with their arms interlocked. The free ones are holding a small plaque with a positive pregnancy test glued on it and the question:

Is a hero or a heroine?

"Sisi..." his eyes started to drop fat tears with the realization. "You... Are you pregnant, Choco?"

"We are, my boo~ I'm expecting our first little baby!!" the woman is just in the same state.

Katsuki ran to her immediately, hugging her torso and spinning both of them around the room, yelling in euphoria.

"I WILL BE A FATHER!!" the blonde screamed from the bottom of his lungs, laughing hard between his cries. "WE GONNA BE PARENTS!!"

"THE BEST PARENTS IN THIS FUCKING WORLD!!" Sisipho celebrated too. "OK STOP SPINNING ME OR I'M GOING TO THROW UP!!"

"Oops, sorry, my love!" he said putting her down, gazing at her golden eyes in awe and wiping his tears. "Are you sure? How many tests did you do?"

"Kat, do I need a test?! Think, babe."

"Holy shit! Did you percept your pregnancy?!"

"Since the moment the baby was fertilized. It was so weird and so magic at the same time!"

"I can't believe... I... I love you so much, Sisi. When I thought that I can get happier you just do this!"

"We did, this is the result of our love! Look~"

Rising her thick hoodie up, Sisipho exposed her growing belly, that's starting to get bigger. Katsuki is surprised again, his wide red eyes analyzing it in awe. He kneels to get closer, touching her skin lovely, melting once again.

"How I didn't notice that your belly is this big already?! Oh my..." chuckling he laid his forehead gently over her belly, happy tears falling again. "Hi, my spicy bun~ Daddy loves you so much!"

Sisipho brushes her fingers into his blonde locks, watching with her heart overflowing with love the man nuzzling and talking to their baby. 

This moment took her back to the day when Sisipho was only a young girl and decided that Katsuki should be the one to share her first time. She remembers the exact same words she told to him: "I trust you're the right boy for me."

Katsuki proved this every single day of his life, even when he hurt her due to his jealousy, the blonde was rumble to assume his mistakes and ask for forgiveness. Always caring for her well-being, contentment and safety, surely Katsuki Bakugou is the right one for her.

No more the right boy, but also the right man for her life. His reaction just now, the life in his eyes and the happiness on his face is the proof that once again he's the right, also to be the father of her children.

"I know you'll be a great father, Katsuki. I trust you're the right man for it." she smiled sweetly at him, gaze full of adoration.

"Be damn sure that I'll give my everything for them, no matter what! Just like I do to you, I'll protect them with my life!"

"I know you will, love... You always did, you keep doing nowadays and surely will keep going like this."

"For eternity, Sisipho Bakugou. I'll always love you and our family."
