☆Elphaba's POV☆Fiyero was brought back into the military with the title of major. He made sure he was allowed to be by my side when the babies come. Glinda had brought in Dr. Pichler for me. Despite my pardon, I spent most of my days hiding at Glinda's place. As for the babies, they're eight months along. Dr. Pichler said they would arrive any week.

One day, there was a knock at the door. Ione answered the door as Glinda was with me for my appointment with Dr. Pichler and Fiyero was away. Ione ran and got me.

"Auntie Witch," Ione stated. "It's for you." Glinda looked at Ione confused.

"Auntie Witch?" Glinda asked her adopted daughter.

"Must be from the kids at school." I stated as I stood up. "After all, I am still 'The Wicked Witch of the West' despite what you told the Ozians." I walked over to the door to be greeted by a man in a guard's uniform.

"Mrs. T- T- Tigelaar?" The soldier asked.

"Yes?" I questioned. The guard gulped and cleared his throat. I was prepared  to cast a spell on him if he tried anything.

"Y- Your h- h- husband has been kidnapped." The soldier stuttered. I dropped to my knees and began to cry.

"No!" I screamed. "No!" I dropped to my knees and cried my eyes out. This, somehow, caused a storm outside. Glinda ran downstairs to see what was wrong.

"Ms. Glinda," The soldier stated. "Major Tigelaar has been kidnapped by the Nome King. Glinda, we don't know what to do."

"The Nome King?" Glinda asked. "What does he want?"

"His ransom note says he wants The Scarecrow's twins." The soldier replied. I placed my hands on my bump and turned away.

"No way in hell." I hissed. "I will take down the Nome King myself if I have to save Fiyero, but I will never hand over Liir and Orla. I'm protecting my babies." Glinda hugged me and gave me a small peck on the forehead.

"Nothing will happen to those babies." Glinda stated. "And this rain storm is giving me an idea.... However, it looks like you'll be teaming up with Dorothy."

"The girl who attempted to kill me?" I asked. Glinda dismissed the guard and turned back to me.

"Yes." Glinda replied. "Don't worry, Chistery will make sure nothing happens to you." I sighed.

"If you insist." I grumbled.

"I know you don't like the idea," Glinda stated. "But, if we have to save Fiyero, we need Dorothy Gale."

"She thinks she killed me." I stated.

"And as soon as we explain everything," Glinda stated. "You two will team up and save Fiyero. You both love Fiyero, even if you two absolutely hate each other."

"Who could have told the Nome King about the twins?" I asked. Glinda thought for a moment.

"Mme. Morrible," Glinda stated. "I'm going to interrogate her. Dorothy should be in the Deadly Desert tomorrow morning inside a broken carriage. Stay here until the sun rises, okay?"

"Alright," I stated. "Be careful with Mme. Morrible."

"Don't worry." Glinda stated. "I'll be back later." Glinda left. I looked over at Ione.

"Shall we make hot chocolate and watch the storm?" I questioned. Ione nodded and went went to make hot chocolate.

☆Dorothy's POV☆We had just finished rebuilding the house after the tornado swept me into Oz almost a year ago. My Aunt Em and Uncle Henry didn't believe me at first, thinking that it was a result of me falling. However, Hickory, one of the farm hands, found the silver slippers not to far from where I landed.

One morning, it began to rain. It was almost flooding.

"Not again," Zeke stated. "We can't afford to build another house." Zeke ran and hid inside.

"Would this be enough to melt Almira Gulch?!" Hunk called out as he and Hickory attempted to get all the horses into the barn. I got all the pigs into the barn.

"The Wicked Witch of the West would have died ten times by now." I stated. I rushed into the house, only to see Toto run outside and jump into the carriage. I ran to the carriage, only to feel it moving.

"Dorothy!" Uncle Henry shouted. "Dorothy!"

"Uncle Henry!" I called out. "Help us!" I felt myself and Toto being swept away. Toto began barking and crying. I looked over to see Penny, one of the newer chickens from the coop.

"Penny!" I called out. "What are you doing here?!" I grabbed Toto and Penny and held them tight, praying I would survive the flood.

The next morning, I woke up to find myself in the Deadly Desert. Toto knew better than to jump into the sand, but I had to hold onto Penny.

"Penny," I asked. "We're in the Deadly Desert. You can't jump out, I'm sorry." Suddenly, the carriage began to levitate and floated into the Land of Oz. I looked around to see who was nearby. I got out of the carriage and walked over to a lunch pail tree.

"Hello?" I asked. "Who are you?"

"I'm over here." A woman stated. I looked over to see a with [Favourite Elphaba skin tone] and green hair. She looked heavily pregnant.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"My name is Elphaba." The woman stated. "Elphaba Tigelaar. My husband, your friend, The Scarecrow, has been kidnapped by the Nome King. I have been told to summon you as you can help me save Fi- I mean Scarecrow."

"What did you almost call him?" I questioned. Elphaba took a deep breath.

"Fiyero." Elphaba stated. I remembered "The Wicked Witch of the West" screaming Fiyero as she melted.

"Well," I stated. "I hate to say it, but Fiyero was sleeping with 'The Wicked Witch of the West.' That's the name she called out as she melted." Elphaba sighed.

"Funny story...." Elphaba mumbled. "This story is very complicated."

"Really?" I asked.

"Oh," Elphaba stated. "Trust me, it's extremely complicated.... For starters, I'm in disguise..."

"What?" I asked. "What do you mean?" Suddenly, Elphaba transformed into an old nemesis.
