Chapter 23

They arrived at their destination an hour after they had lunch at a restaurant when they did their second stop.

It had to be two stop overs because:1. Lam would not stop whining that he needed to pee every 20 minutes and it annoyed the hell out of Forth because he didn't pee on their first stop because he was asleep the whole time.

2. Beam was annoyed that Forth didn't let him eat anymore chips because he had it for breakfast and he was eating the whole time and Forth reminding him time and time again that it was unhealthy, and just like Lam, he needed to pee and buy drinks and chips and chocolates again.

3. Like Beam, Wayo asked for food because he and Beam ate everything they bought on the first stop. Yes, only the two of them.

4. Pha and Ming and Kit would not stop bickering about trivial things and Forth needed to step out of the car to stretch his cramped muscles and breath some fresh air because the whole ride was a total riot and it's taking a toll on his very thin patience.

It was his first time being with the illegal doctors gang not just as a friend but as Beam's boyfriend and he had no idea that these three were a handful of trouble. Plus Ming and Pha would not stop bickering because the two predators were both competent and if he wasn't focused on driving, he too might be arguing against them.

"Good news!" Announced Ming as he sat upright from lounging on the couch holding his phone in front of his face. "Turns out we'll be staying here for another night! Monday classes got cancelled. It says every faculty members were attending some convention or something."

They were supposed to stay there for only one night but since it's a long weekend, they agreed to stay for another night.

The room they got was the penthouse and was damn expensive but they got it for free since the manager learned that two of the seven clients were sons of the stocks shareholders namely Panitchayasawad Group and Wongphipat Industries.

It overlooked the sea on one side and the whole resort on the other side. Their unit looked like a house with a wide living room space and a kitchen. There were four rooms down at the hall. The space outside that is the terrace has a swimming pool.

"Forth."

"....."

"Oyy." Beam pokes him on his right cheek.

"Uhmm..." He stirred.

Forth plopped facedown on the bed as soon as they entered their respective rooms. He needed to regain his energy since he was drained out from driving for more than four hours plus babysitting six fully grown men who acted like three year olds for the whole ride.

Beam sat crossed leg on the bed and leans his face near Forth. "Why are you sleeping?"

"Five minutes." He grumbled.

"Huh..! I'm going out for a while with Kit and Ming okay?"

"kay..."

*Forth only slept for an hour. He went to the living room to check if there was anyone left. No one was there except for Lam who just got out of the shower and looked fresh.

"Where is everyone?"

"Went out i think. Miss your wife already?"

"And where are you heading off to?"

"I saw nearby pub just outside earlier. You don't expect me to rot in here do you?! Wanna come?"

"Eh? No. I'll wait for them here."

"Suit yourself then. I'm off!"

*Everybody arrived just when Forth was out of the shower. He heard voices from the living room.

"Kitkat! It was P'Pha who started it. Please don't be mad at me kha." A pouted Ming was following a grim faced Kit into the room.

Kit didn't know who he would be pissed at.

Phana and Ming were still on to their  challenge of annoying the hell out of each other. He wanted to smack both for being so childish. At times like this Campus Moon titles don't suit them at all.

Wayo slightly hit a smirking Phana's arm and glared at him for being a jerk to his best friend.

"They will be okay later. Trust me." He ruffles to shorter guys hair.

Apparently, Phana told a girl ogling at him that he was already taken and pointed at Ming and said he was single. Kit saw the girl making a move on Ming and Ming being a sweet talker politely declined the girl's offer but Kit had misunderstood plus Pha had him in headlock so he can't walk over to Ming and the girl. This all happened when they visited a souvenir shop while Beam and Wayo were busy looking at the items that they didn't notice Pha being jerk to Ming. It was Phana's revenge about earlier.

There were times when Pha would lose his cool and mature side and just act like a crazy airhead. This was one of those times.

As soon as they arrived back, Beam went to the room to check if Forth was still asleep.

"Ai'Forth?" He called when he didn't see him on the bed.

"What?" Said Forth as he immerged from the shower with only a towel wrapped around his waist. He was busy drying his hair with another towel.

Drips from his hair streamed down across his chest and stomach. Beam stood frozen in his feet as he couldn't take his eyes off his boyfriend. Seeing every curve on his muscles and those abs makes his mouth dry. It was the first time he had seen him barely dressed.

"What are you looking at? You want to touch it?" He smirks.

Beam gulps. "H..huh?! No. Just...hurry up. I'm hungry."

Beam almost stumbled as he made his way out of the room.

He sat down beside Wayo and Phana who was watching television.

The door opens and out goes Kit followed by Ming. They seem to have made up already.

Pha leans in and whispers into Yo's ear. "See? I told you so.." Wayo giggles.

"What are you staring at?" Kit threw a look at Pha.

Phana chuckles.

Whatever happened in that room (in that short amount of time) only Kit and Ming knows.

They did not bother having dinner outside since the hotel staff had prepared a meal for them. There were only six of them since Lam didn't show up for dinner and Forth was sure his friend was fine somewhere.

"Ai'Forth. Where is Lam? I haven't seen him since we arrived back from downtown earlier."

Beam asked out when they were on their way back to the room. The two other couples walking behind them. They planned on using the swimming pool outside the glass door in their unit.

"In a bar somewhere downtown, probably with some woman making his tenth baby by now."

Beam rolled his eyes.

He turned to his friends walking behind them.

"Oyy! Lets go drinking!"

His idea has raised eyebrows from his boyfriend and best friends.

"Whaat? Can't i drink alcohol now?!" He whines as he drops himself on the couch.

"Meds." Pha said flatly staring down at him. Forth and Kit behind him.

"I'm not taking meds anymore. I forgot to tell you. I already told my doctor i won't be taking any meds from now on." Beam's defends.

"When?" Pha and Kit were confused. They don't remember accompanying him to his doctor.

"When all of you were so worried waiting for me in Kit's room. Such drama queens."

"Last time you got drunk things didn't go well."

"I'll behave now. I promise. And nothing happened when i got drunk last time, right Ai'Forth?!" He stared up at Forth eyeing him to agree with him.

He still doesn't remember anything. Forth internally rolled his eyes.

"Whatever you want."

[The Next Morning]

Beam opened his eyes as his hands didn't feel warm someone beside him when he reached the side of the bed where his boyfriend was supposed to be. The bed was cool which indicates that Forth was gone for a while already.

He groggily got up from the bed and went for the door while clutching his head which felt like breaking.

With heavy eyelids and dishevelled hair, he went outside the room and into the living room to see where everyone is.

"Feel better Beam?"

It was Phana who asked. He was in the kitchen holding a glass of cold water, an evil grin on his face.

"I don't feel so good. My head might break any minute now. Where is Ai'Forth?"

"Gym, downstairs." Replied Pha as he gulped the glass of cold water and handed Beam a glass of water and a pill for his headache.

"Oh hoh! The sulking drama queen is awake!"Kit greeted as he saw Pha and Beam near the kitchen counter as ge immerged from his room, freshly showered.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

Beam was completely unaware of why he is being teased early in the morning.

Kit gaped at him. "You don't remember?! He then turns to Pha, asking the same question with the same confused look. "He don't remember! Unbelievable!" Pha only gave him a shrug.

"Remember what?!" Now he was confused too. And mortified. He was completely clueless.

"You forgot that you flirted with Ai'Forth? IN FRONT OF US! Man, we're your best friends but we did not sign up to see that sort of drama." Kit ended his sentence with shaking his head in disbelief.

"How drunk were you to not remember anything?" Pha added.

"So what?! he's my boyfriend! And you flirt with your boyfriends all the time so don't you guys dare to come clean!" He retorts, thinking that maybe it wasn't that bad and these dumbass were just over reacting.

"Maybe we do. But not in the way you did." Pha and Kit were trying not to erupt in laughter before they can recall what happened the night before.

"What do you mean? Did i do something stupid?" He was now mortified than before.

Pha snorts. "It was pretty stupid."

"And damn funny!" Kit added.

"What the fuck happened?!"

[Flashback]

After Pha, Forth and Ming had arrived back from buying alcoholic beverages, they set up their table near the pool. Wayo had planned to go on swimming but decided to just swim in the morning since it's cold and pretty windy.

It was a round table. Beam sat on Forth's right while Ming was in Forth left because he and Pha were still in their little game. Beside Ming was Kit then Phana then Wayo who sat beside Beam.

Wayo was busy playing with his phone while his P'Pha was discussing something with Forth.

Beam was busy picking on every chips and food served at the table.

Ming was busy poking his boyfriend's dimple and showing him his angelic face whenever the older guy would narrow his eyes at him and while sipping in his glass of beer.

They would drift into small talks with anyone at a given time whenever a new topic for conversations would arise.

Wayo called on Forth's attention when he noticed his seatmate wasn't moving.

"Uh..P'Forth. I think P'Beam is asleep."

They all looked at the person who had his head hung low.

"I think he had enough beer." Said Pha who stopped leaning on his boyfriends head to watch him play on the phone.

Wayo was sober since he wasn't drinking much as he was busy finishing some mission on the online game.

Kit didn't drink much as Ming would drink from his glass whenever he's not looking. Ming didn't want him drinking so much since Kit was conscious of his body.

Beam was the fastest one to empty his glass and refill.

"Look at him. Is he that thirsty?" Kit comments clearly unimpressed of his friend's behavior.

Forth puts his right arm around Beam to make him lean against his body. He gently shook him to wake him up and used his left hand to hold his chin to see his face.

"Beam, wake up. Let's go to your room."

Beam opened his eyes and looked at him straight in his eyes and the distance in their faces makes his heart pound. Every one around turned blurry in his periphery.

It was another heart pounding memory for Forth and another unremembered encounter for Beam.

"Who are you?..." His eyes narrowed and his manner of speaking clearly confirms that he is drunk.

Forth was taken aback by his silly question."Uh..."

"You're so handsome.........and hot..."

Everybody gaped at Beam, including Forth.

"Uh....Beam?...."

"...do you have a lover?.....i like you.." Beam chuckles.

"Oh my god!" Kit utters in complete disbelief while clutching Mings forearm and stared at Phana who was gawking at the couple.

Beam fondles Forth cheeks with his palms and pressed them make his lips pout. Now Forth looked like a fish and Beam chuckles.

".....answer meeee..."

"Uhh...yes ...I'm already taken and it's —

"What?!....you don't like me?... Why?!" Beam pouts.

"But you're —

"No!" Beam removes Forth's arm around him."I'm hurt cause these handsome man beside me is already taken!"He picked and raised his glass. "Lez drink some more!"

It took two guys, Phana and Forth, to stop him from drinking more.

As Forth guided him to their room, he was sliding his free hand all over Forth and his face planted in his neck, sniffing. Forth was basically carrying him while they're walking.

All the guys left outside were blinking in this disbelief as they witnessed Beam's naughty side. Then they all erupted to laughter. Beam will be the hot topic in the morning.

Forth joined them after he tucked Beam to sleep, which wasn't easy since Beam won't let go of him even when he was lying on the bed.

[End Of Flashback]

"Fuck no! Stop making up stories!"

Phana and Kit were now out breath from laughing so hard. Beam sending death glares at them as he still did not believe the story.

"This is so fucking embarrassing!" Beam grumbles as he pulls his hair in distress.

How will i face him now?! He internally added.

He walked towards the room to take his shower and reprimand himself in front of the mirror.

"Hahaha! Don't think about it too much Ai'Beam." He hears Phana as he closed the door behind him.
