Teenager.4

Mark stepped out of airplane he had been stuck in for the past 14 hours. He stretched out his numb limbs and walked towards the luggage area. He patiently waited for his suitcase to pop up and when it did he walked toward it and grabbed it.

He hailed a taxi and gave the driver the address of his family house. Once there he walked towards his front door and unlocked the door. He was met with dust and spiderwebs from everywhere.

He coughed from the dust being shoved on his face. Mark walked upstairs to his bedroom and set his suitcase there. He noticed something reflecting light off of it and stepped towards it. Once he came into contact with it he noticed it was a long lost bracelet from his teenage years.

Mark and Jinyoung were walking around the forest talking about random things they could think of. Their school had held a mixed field trip between their juniors and sophomores and seniors. Some were setting their tents while others were getting other things ready for their one week stay.

Jackson had seen the two boys walk into the forest side by side and felt something heavy happen in his heart. It had been almost 3 years since the time Jackson had seen Mark and Jinyoung at the ice cream parlor.

Jackson had distanced himself from Mark as he didn't want to be a third wheel between the two, but mark noticed and reassured Jackson that him and Jinyoung were only friends. Jackson told the older he was okay with them dating and when he did he noticed the frown the made its way on Mark's face. The older only said okay and the two never spoke about the matter again.

There were times in which there was some tension between Jackson and Jinyoung, but it was never given any attention. Jackson wouldn't call Jinyoung his enemy, but he also wouldn't call him a friend. They were acquaints if their relationship had to be given a name. Jackson knew that Jinyoung liked Mark, but he hoped the others didn't know he liked Mark as well.

All of the students were sitting down. Their teachers were taking roll making sure no one had died yet. After roll was called they were served dinner and they made s'mores. They were each given a partner and Jackson was hoping with all his will that Mark would be his tent mate.

"Okay Kim Namjoon and Park Jimin."

"Lee Taeyong and Jung Jaehyun."

"Byun baekhyun and Park Changeol."

"Tuan Mark and Wang Jackson."

"Lastly  Lim Jaebum and Park Jinyoung."

Jackson silently squealed and happily walked towards Mark. Mark smiled at Jackson and grabbed his backpack filled with his belongings. They both searched around until they found their tent, it was the last one at the very end of the line. They got inside and set their things.

"I'm tired."

Jackson dropped himself dramatically on top of the mat on the floor. Mark started giggling and placed himself on top of Jackson.

"Mark get off of me. You're so damn heavy."

"You hoe. How dare you say that about me."

Mark got off of Jackson and crossed his arms while pouting. Jackson melted at the sight in front of him and made his way over to mark. He placed the older softly down on the mat and got on top of him.

Mark noticed the position they were in and turned red. The light dusty color decorating his beautiful face. Jackson smiled at him and pressed a kiss against his forehead. Another one on his right cheek, left cheek, and nose. He looked at Mark for any signs of discomfort and didn't find any.

He slowly started moving towards his lips. He gently placed his on top of Mark's. He left their lips pressed for about 5 seconds until he started moving them. This being their first kiss wasn't your usual make out. The two started finding their own pace and soon enough, they parted their lips to catch their breaths.

Jackson adored the boy under him. His face was beet red. Jackson started playing with the bangs on the others forehead and placed a kiss on them. He got off of him and turned on his side of the tent. He turned the lamp lights off and wrapped himself in their shared blanket.

"Good night Mark."

Jackson was met with silence. He waited a bit longer, but he never heard anything from Mark. He sat up and turned around to check on the older. When he did Mark wrapped his arms around Jackson giving him a tight hug.

Mark felt a bit bold, so he grabbed the blankets in between them and got under them. Their bodies were now fully next to each other. Mark grabbed Jackson's face in between his hands and leaned down to kiss the older. When their lips met, Mark felt a tingly feeling on his heart.

The two started making out. Mark had his hands snakes around Jackson's neck, while the other had his hands on Mark's waist. Mark started to slowly grind himself on Jackson making the younger groan. Jackson pressed his hands harder on Mark's waist gripping the other's shirt.

"M-Mark we should- shouldn't do this."

"Why? I want to. I want to... I want you to touch me."

"M-me?"

"Yes you."

Mark leaned down and started kissing Jackson a bit rougher. Jackson had to admit he wanted to be with Mark, but not in this way. Not before dating.

Jackson pulled away, making Mark confused. He lifted the older and sat him next to him. He moved and reached inside his backpack; looking for a special present he had bought for Mark. After a bit  of searching he found the box he was looking for. He took the box out and showed it to Mark.

Mark looked at the box confused and looked up at Jackson.

"Open it."

Mark did and inside was a silver bracelet with the date June 1, 1997 and the letters MJF engraved in it.  Mark gasped and looked at the bracelet in hand.

"J-Jackson this is beautiful. What does the F stand for?"

"Forever. It's the date we met at the park and our initials forever."

"So June 1, 1997 Mark, Jackson forever?"

"Yeah. Happy anniversary of being best friends for 12 years."

Mark smiled " Happy anniversary bestie. I got you something too. It's not as good as this bracelet, but it's something."

Mark reached for his bag and pulled out a squirtle plush along with a squirtle keychain and squirtle phone case. He noticed the twinkle that sparked in Jackson's eyes at the objects in his hands. The older gave the things to the younger who snatched them and squealed. Mark giggled at the sight in front of him before getting tackled by Jackson.

The two laughed until their stomach hurt. Mark noticed Jackson's wrist and saw a bracelet exactly like his. He felt something in his heart like a heat wave.

"Mark thank you so much for always being here with me. In the good and bad times, you've always been there and it's a blessing for me to have you."

Mark blushed at the words said by Jackson.

"I'm happy you're here with me too Jacky. You're always there to protect me and take care of me. You've been there for my worst moments and I don't know what I would have done without you."

"Markie let's promise each other something."

"Okay. What?"

"Let's promise each other that we'll try to always be there for each other. No matter what and that if life separates us then we'll try to get back together."

"Okay. I promise."

The two said in unison as they held each other's pinky fingers. The two giggled until they saw a flashlight turn on. Jackson got off of Mark and they wrapped themselves in their blanket. Jackson being the big spoon and Mark being the small one.

"Jackson?"

He didn't hear anything, but he still spoke up.

"我爱你。"

Jackson heard what Mark said and smiled.

"我也爱你 白痴。"

Mark smiled and closed his eyes. The two fell asleep. Dreading for their moment to end.
