Chapter 6: Training Camp Is Exciting!

It was monday morning. Yesterday, the new coach which name was Ukai announced that they're going to training camp this week. Hinata opened his eyes excited to play volleyball for a whole week. He thought about the food, the teams they were gonna face, the warm sleeping bags and his teamates. Hinata jumped out of bed without thinking of how tired he was. That night he couldn't sleep because of the overwhelming excitement, and when he woke up his body turned from sleepy time to I've-been-awake-for-several-hours-now time.

Even on the bus he couldn't sit still. He jumped up and down on his seat. Kageyama could sense the shiny orange aura that Hinata gave away. He sat next to him, annoyed until he couldn't take it.

"Stop being weird dumbass!" Kageyama pushed Hinata's face away from him torwards the window. He looked at the small boy searching for a response and all he got was a smiling Hinata starring into his blue eyes. Kageyama's face felt a little hot.

When they arrived the team went to unpack their stuff and then the training began. Daichi and Ukai also announced that they had 3 practice matches at the end of the week. And Of course Hinata was extremly excited for that. Though that didn't last long after a while he got tired of waiting and just complained now and then. "Kageyamaaaa, is it friday yet?" He groaned tilting his head to Kageyama's back.

"Still no, if you can't wait then count the days left it's only monday you know and stop touching me you idiot!" Hinata stumbled back with the help of a light push.

"But I feel like counting the days makes the time go even slower."

"I don't care just stop bothering me." He turned around to see that Hinata left. Ugh where did he go now?

Later that day they ate dinner. Curry was on the menu. Hinata and Kageyama ate a lot, and they ate fast. Both looking at eachother like they were competing of who could eat the fastest or something like that. And after, they both fell into a coma. Daichi scolded them for eating too fast and then they went to the swimming pool outside. Hinata's body was small and not that muscular while Kageyama's body was big and quite ripped. Hinata was amazed that Kageyama was in such a good shape. Must be because he went to the powerhouse school Aoba Johsai.

Hinata got really tired that day and still felt impatient for the practice matches from friday to sunday. He didn't sleep a lot before they got here, plus he kinda released to much of his energy when being in his excited-to-play mode. He searched for his clothes in the dressing room when he finished swimming, he was the first one to get out of the cold pool. He was too tired to know what he was doing. Hinata felt like he could fall asleep right on the cold floor. And then he went to the room everyone on the team were sharing. His bed was at the corner next to the window. Kageyama's bed were to his right and above him was Suga's bed. He was glad he wasn't sleeping beside Nishinoya or Tanaka, Hinata could only imagine how hard it would be to be sleeping beside them as the loud characters they are. Closing his eyes he fell asleep.

It was now morning and the curtains covering the light outside didn't do a very good job. Hinata was blinded by the sudden light making him unable to fall asleep again. A little more than half of the team were already up eating breakfast and waiting for the remaining to come down. When he turned his head to his right he saw something he didn't expect."GWAH! Where did your shirt go Kageyama?"

"..huh? Oh yeah..." Hinata backed up until he hit the wall, Kageyama following him. Hinata was shaking of how intimidating the tall boy could be, and then Kageyama put his hand above Hinata's head. The only thing in Hinata's vision was Kageyama's shirtless body. He tried to look away casue he could tell he was blushing pretty hard. What he didn't see behind that intimidaing face was that Kageyama blushed as well.

"Dumbass Hinata! Don't take my shirt idiot!"

"W-what do you mean?" He looked down ar himself and realized the T-shirt he was wearing was a lot bigger than he was. Oops. He practically drowned in it.

"A-ah I'm sorry Kageyama I-I didn't do it on purpose I swear!" Hinata said taking it off and gave it to Kageyama. Kageyama looked at him on one more time before he left the room. Hinata then exhaled in relief after the taller boy was out of sight.

Why did I blush so hard? Why is Kageyama so... I don't know how to describe it...
