The calm before the storm "1"

Deep underground the  guild building , a platform stood at the center of a secret Hall , surrounded by Inextinguishable torches that burnt for a long time. Ouranus sat at his throne like he always did for thousands of years . He looked down at the ground , his eyes were focusing on something far away deeper than any mortal or other gods could see, He was looking through the dungeon.

A black robed skeleton walked out of the shadows , even under the light of the torches the darkness of his hood hid any detail of his face. The God eyes turned to the mage waiting for him to speak :" we ve sent your orders to Freya familia , they should be able to get us the information we need and solve this issue , the only problem is ...." Fels trailed off letting Ouranus deduce himself what's left " what does Freya wants in return ? "Ouranus spoke in a deep voice that reverberated in all the wide room.

" She wants her familia ban from the dungeon to be lifted totally " Fels replied in his monotone inhuman voice as the skeleton doesn't have any organs anymore .

Ouranus closed his eyes ,  seemed to be in a deep thoughts ( its actually can be a good option now, with those anomalies that I ve kept noticing in the dungeon , having strong members like her familia back there would make us get more progress , but we cant let her have it her way , not like nothing happened , ) he finally opened his eyes as he made his decision " ask her to come here, I believe we can reach a new contract that can keep her in check , at least for now "

" As you wish " Fels replied

" what about the xenos ? have they reported anything about those new monsters ? " Ouranus spoke again as he leaned his head to rest on his hand

" Lydo and the others kept scouting the Areas near their floors , its seemed that whatever was there , they ve retreaded somewhere , they are still trying to track them down " Fels said

" So , the mastermind noticed our movements and now he is hiding " Ouranus concluded. " ask them to retreat , let Freya familia members track those monsters too while they are there , in the mean time tell ganesha familia to make haste with the festival ,it should be a good distraction for everyone from the dungeon while we are securing it , that's all " he order

" Very well , Ouranus , I ll take my leave " Fels said as he disappeared again into the darkness ¸Silence returned to the room as Ouranus looked down towards the dungeon again , the sense of uneasiness kept throbbing at the back of his head , He couldn't shake that feeling as he tried to relax , these events didn't made any casualties , yet they were a warning , it was the peace that proceed the storm

It was early morning , as darkness started to surrender , every color changed from a tinge of charcoal to vibrancy ,while the stars were taking a rest . the first rays of sun broke through the horizon bringing the sunlight crown with it .

A certain elf walked out of the big  mansion, with steady silent steps she advanced swiftly like she didn't even tolerate the sound of her own footsteps in this peaceful morning, she enjoyed the wind breeze on her cheeks and skin.  

  Soon the high brick wall that surrounded the big city came into view , she can already spot a certain golden hair glistering under the first rays of the sun , Ryu reached the end of the stairs as she walked toward her training partner while taking the beauty of the sun rise that always gave her a familiar warmth that she missed for so long

" I heard your expedition was canceled from my familia members , so I thought you would be here today " Aiz spoke in passive calm voice while keeping her focus on the horizon , this view always gave her a nostalgic feeling , sometimes she could almost see the shadow of a certain boy who always trained here with her.

"you are as early as always , shall we start ?" Ryu breaking directly to the point drew her wooden sword out

Aiz finally turning herself towards the elf preparing herself for another day of training .
