It's been a few minutes since they started walking. Baji is holding her hand like he's afraid of losing her. Literally scared since there's a lot of people.

He became nervous when he saw her earlier alone and even was about to make a scene with the thought of Jino leaving Eichi alone in the crowd. But when he came closer to her, his nervousness faded the moment he saw her smile.

Eichi on the other hand, felt really nervous for the first time around Baji. It's because she doesn't know how to act in front of him after how she showed him how upset she was that night. But two days already passed as well as her anger. She already made peace through her mind that there's nothing she should mad about. 

Because in the first place, Baji is not hers. She doesn't own him. They're not in a relationship for her to act like an immature girlfriend. Though it really pissed her off because if only he's there then she wouldn't have to go on a date with Jino which is she barely knew until today.

Looking at their intertwined hands while walking , she somehow felt happy. The warmth and comfort came back to her since the last day of the  festival before he left. The feeling that she hope she should've felt when she's on a date with Jino.

She squeezed his hands making him to look at her and smiled. Come to think of it, Baji in a man bun? He looked so handsome.

Ever since Baji started bothering her, she really can't deny his handsome face nor how good looking he is. She couldn't even believed that someone like him would make a run for her. The only thing that really pisses her off always is his stubborn and goofy attitude. That's why she really can't deny that even though he's handsome if he has that kind of attitude, it really irritates her no matter what.

They stopped in front of a small bookstore where she also saw his bike parked in front of it. He let go of her hand to get the helmet he brought for her.

"Why are you dressed like that?" he finally spoke after minutes of them only walking just to get here. Her brows furrowed.

"Is there something wrong with how I dress?" she asked. And scanned herself through the window of the bookstore.

She is simply dressed in a jumper short jeans that is paired with a horizontally multicolored sweater. There's also a belt that wrapped around her waist just to give it some flavor and to not look really plain and a pair of white sneakers.

"Yes. You're dressed cutely like that for that guy?" Baji asked, obviously sulking while he's putting Eichi's helmet. "You're supposed to dress like that when you're only with me." he added and finally finished fixing the helmet.

Eichi smiled because of how childish his reason is. "But I'm already with you." she said.

"Yeah. But he saw you first in that while me... Argh! Forget it. All I care now is your cute." he finally had given up.

They rode his bike and gone off somewhere where Eichi don't have any clue. She's hugging him for support the whole ride. And Baji on the other hand, enjoys every minute of it.

It's already sunset when they reached a park where there's only a few people around. There's also a small lake where some swan boats are roaming around. Some families are also there to have a quality time as well as some couples.

couples...huh.

She got off from his bike. "What are we doing here?" she asked while waiting for him to finished wearing off his helmet.

When he's done, his man bun got messy and he ended up untying it. He run through his hands to his hair like he was in a shampoo commercial.

She giggled.

" What? "Baji asked, smiling when he's confuse about the reason why she's giggling.

" Nothing. You just looked like you're in a shampoo commercial. Your hair is prettier than the other girls. "she complimented.

"Duh, I love my hair." he said with a girly tone that even made her laugh and jokingly flip his hair. He also laughed because of her reaction and eventually undo her helmet for her.

After that, they started walking somewhere. All she's doing is following him around since she has no clue where they are going.

The ambiance of the park is really calming for her. It's like all of her problems fades away the moment she set foot here. It also clears her mind that's too perfect for a time to think of something.

After walking for about a few minutes Baji stop in front of a bench. Eichi didn't know what's so special about the bench in front of them that it made her think why are they there when there's a lot of benches earlier  near where they can sit and chill.

"I'm actually preparing for this and was supposed to bring you here that day but when I came back, you're already gone." Baji spoke with sadness on his tone. "Then eventually, I didn't know what happened back then until I was told about it." he added.

So he left me just to prepare for this?

"I'm sorry, Eichi. If only I know that there's something gonna happen like that, I shouldn't have left you alone and you wouldn't have a date with that jerk guy."

"Hey, stop speaking bad about Jino. He just won the game and obligated to have a date with me." She scolded him and he just pouted. Baji sat on the bench while pouting.

"Obligated? I understand if its you're the one feeling it but him? tsk, for sure he's actually enjoying it." Baji irritatingly said. Obviously jealous.

"Only if I was there, I would've join the game knowing you're the prize? Jeez! I would definitely won that one!" he added.

Eichi rolled her eyes. Thought so.

"Knowing that you're dating another guy instead of me? That's absurd! If you're having a date, it should be with me and not with other guys." he said, still pouting and crossing his arms." Just who the hell planned that game and made you the prize? "now he's feeling more irritated with that question.

If only I know... Baji thought.

Eichi is silently just watching him throwing a tantrum about what happened. She already made peace with that conflict alone so watching Baji how he would deal about it is something enjoyable to watch.

"But then again, senpai..." he looked down, clasping both of his hands then rested on his legs. "I'm sorry about that day. I know you don't like having dates with other guys and it's not like you wanted one with me either... But I know that it's my fault that you ended up going with him today instead of enjoying your day alone..."

He looked so down that in just a few push he'll cry.

Eichi rolled her eyes once again and seated beside him. She also rested her elbows to her thighs and rested her chin to her hands while looking at him who's sulking" Who said I don't want to have a date with you? "she said that made him raised his head.

Surprise is clearly visible to his expression.

"Who said that, huh? They're such an idiot for saying something like that. Can they feel how I feel to decide how I want to feel about dates? " she added acting like she's upset.

"What... What do you mean?" he almost whispered. Not wanting to assume thing on his own.

Eichi looked at him and smiled. She lean back to the bench. "Having dates with you is enjoyable that I wanted to feel it every single day." after she said that she changes gaze. Suddenly feeling shy.

"I mean... Yeah. You managed to make me comfortable in public when I'm with you... Like it's always just the two of us."

Flash backs of their moments when they're going to school together ever since, going home together, sometimes even eating together. She like the feeling... Or rather she already like him.

Baji suddenly hugged her, tightly that she can't moved. She felt how fast his heart is beating.

"It's always been the two of us senpai!" he said and eventually broke the hug, still smiling. "You're just being denial to yourself"

Eichi's brows furrowed. "Huh?"

"With this face?! I know you already like me even just a little bit because of how handsome am I and that you just wanted to be bothered, that's why you keep pushing me away." he confidently said even laid his back and put his arms around his neck to show how confident he is to what he is saying.

She smacked his stomach." What are you saying? You're thinking hihgly of yourself, dumbass! "she said and chuckled.

" I'm just kidding! "

Eichi looked at the view in front of them. It's the beautiful city below. Now she already know why he brought her here.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" Baji asked when he noticed how mesmerized Eichi is.

"Yes. Really."

"When I'm coming here to ease my mind, and when I see the view I always think of you because it reminds me of how beautiful you are just like this view. How you caught my attention even though you're so silent"

She didn't say anything but she's blushing. They just keep watching the view until it's already dark. They also talked about some things and Eichi is happy that she can finally talk to him comfortably with no small boundaries. Did he even figured it out that I already like him?

They decided to go home and walked back to the park where Baji parked his bike.

"Hey slow down!" she shouted when Baji increased their speed making her to hug him tightly, afraid that she might fall from his bike and cause accident.

"Don't worry! We'll be fine!" he said back.

They overtake different cars and some are horning at them for suddenly appearing at the road. Baji is enjoying what he's doing compare to Eichi who's actually scared. He's just happy that he cant control his driving. He also made sure to drive safely of course.

Few minutes after driving at such high speed they both heard a police siren, obviously running after them. Eichi felt nervous when she heard that.

"Baji! Drive slowly!"

"I can't now! They're gonna catch up!  If they did, we'll both end up in the station to pay fee! I don't have any money with me here!"

She just closed her eyes and silently prayed for their safety because she doesn't have any money with her either. The money she used on her early date with Jino was the allowance given by the council. -

" That was fun! "Baji said excitedly even though they're already at Eichi's house.

She got off from his bike and hardly hit his arm." You scared me! Don't do that again! You dumbass!"

" I know but it's your fault too for making me too happy. "he said while laughing. She rolled her eyes." It's exciting, no? "he asked again but she didn't answered rather she gave back his helmet but he didn't accept it that made her confuse

" Keep it. I actually bought that for you. "he said

"hmm... That's nice of you, thanks." she replied and smiled. Now she's not wondering why that helmet is color blue and the design doesn't match his bike.

"Then, I should go inside. Thank you a lot for today. I really appreciate it when you came mid day. I don't know if it is on purpose to crash the date but still, thanks." he didn't said anything and just nodded as a response.

She was about to turn around but Baji suddenly hold the hem of her sweatshirt. She raised her brow in confusion.

" Senpai... I wanted to ask you this just to make things clearer.... "he asked.

" What is it? "

" We're dating starting today, right? I mean... We're already dating"

Eichi smiled and chuckled by how cute he is. It's like a child asking for seconds of candies.

"I guess having the same feelings actually make us dating already, right? "
