Kai

A small group of us were in the middle of a game of truth or dare around 10:30. Luckily, I had managed to stay just hidden enough so I hadn't been picked yet, so I could just set there and watch everyone else.

"Okay, okay," Suho said, trying to quiet down the laughing. "Xiumin, truth or dare?"

He put his hand up in the air as if to tell him to wait. "Is there a third option?" he asked, tightly gripping a can of beer in his hand.

"Yeah, truth, dare, or get out," he replied, bearing a laugh from everyone. He chuckled a little and let out a few stray coughs.

"Okay, alright. Truth," he said.

"Taking the easy way out, I see," Suho said teasingly.

"Just ask me a question," he said impatiently. He laughed and nodded as he thought.

"Alright I got one," he said, pointing my finger at him. "Have you ever liked a guy before?" Some awe noises came from around as he took another drink, staring him right in the eyes and shaking his head. "This is why you should have just taken the dare," I said, shrugging my shoulders a little.

"As if that would have been any easier," he said, pinching the bridge of his nose. "The truth?" He raised his eyebrows.

"That's why it's called truth or dare," I said. He was silent for a few more seconds before he finally answered.

"Yes. Once," he said as he nodded his head. More awes went around the room and I smiled, having an idea of who it was.

"See that wasn't so hard," Suho said before taking another drink. He smiled somewhat shyly.

"Alright now, I'm gonna pick someone," he said, wearing a mischievous grin. His eyes scanned over everyone and stopped when they landed on me. "My dear friend Kai...truth or dare?"

Rolling my eyes, I groaned and cursed under my breath. "Ah fuck it, dare," I said, putting one of my hands in the air temporarily. I figured I might as well go all-in if I had managed to go unnoticed for this long.

"Okay, I gotta make this one memorable," he said, his eyes on the ceiling in thought. I took a deep breath, leaving the smile on my face and bracing myself for the worst. "Okay I got a good one. No, a great one." He paused for a few seconds before continuing. "I dare you, Kim Jongin, to make out with the person of your choice for thirty seconds."

"That's it?" I asked, surprised.

"No there's more." I rolled my eyes. "The person you choose has to be a guy." The smile left my face and he just squinted his eyes as he nodded. I sighed in defeat, knowing there was no way I was getting out of this one. Hey, there was a first time for everything, right? I figured it would make an interesting story to tell later anyway.

"Okay...." I said, elongating my voice. I looked around at the small group of us, trying not to go for someone I knew. I thought it would be less awkward afterward if I picked a stranger, someone I was likely to not talk to again after that night. My eyes landed on D.O, who I had seen around but had never spoken to before. "D.O." He looked at me, wide-eyed and surprised.

"M-Me? You're picking me? W-Why?" he asked, stuttering. His face was already flushed because of the alcohol, but his blush seemed to deepen as I looked at him.

"'Cause why not that's why," I said. His pupils moved around frantically like he wasn't sure how to respond. I laughed and moved closer to him, sitting on my knees. I took another long sip of my drink before handing the bottle to him. He just looked at it and then at me. "Drink it. You're gonna need it," I said in a quieter voice.

He just kept his eyes on it for a few more seconds before he hesitantly took it in his hand. Tilting the bottle back, he took about as long of a sip as I did except a little shorter. He took a deep breath and mirrored my position, placing his hands on top of his thighs.

"Wait, wait, let me get the timer," Xiumin said as he pulled out his phone from his back pocket. "Alright, ready?" I raised my eyebrows at D.O and he just looked at me with a slightly worried look. I chuckled silently to myself as I also mentally prepared myself for what was about to happen. "Okay, on the count of three," Xiumin continued, like he was anticipating this.

"Three," Xiumin said, starting the count down. D.O still looked nervous as hell and I was too honestly, I was just better at hiding it. For that, I thank the alcohol. "Two, one, go!"

I cupped his face with both of my hands, pulling his face closer to mine at a rather quick pace. I could tell from his short and fast breathes that his heart was about to beat right out of his chest. I distracted myself from getting anymore nervous than I already was and reduced the space between our faces.

As our lips pressed together, I could hear the noise of loud cheers getting louder, which made him even more nervous because he began to shake despite the fact that he was now kissing me back. My hands found their way to his shoulders as I gently bit his bottom lip, not wanting to cause him too much pain. He hesitantly let me slip my tongue inside his mouth and I tightened my grip on him. The whole time I was exploring the inside his mouth, he kept his hands at his sides in an awkward manner.

"Alright and time's up!" I heard Xiumin shout, causing me to pull back as I smile formed on my lips. "That was intense, dude," he said, sticking his phone back inside his pocket. My hands fell back to their original position and avoided contact with him, feeling a little embarrassed. "Way to take a dare."

Smiling nervously, I sat back down in my previous spot, taking another drink and running my fingers through my hair. D.O sat back down and glanced at him, but I quickly looked away when our eyes met.

After everyone else became involved in their own conversations, I looked over to him and he was still in a trance, barely blinking his eyes even. About a minute later, he stood up from the couch and walked away, only to be replaced by someone else. I watched him walk away down the hall and towards the bathroom. I cleared my throat and took another sip of beer.

So much for no awkwardness.

Kyungsoo

Why did he choose me? We just met, so why pick me to fulfill his stupid dare?

I looked at myself in the mirror after splashing water on my face. I looked at the time and saw there was still fifteen minutes left to spare.

"You can survive this," I said, half sober and half drunk. I took a deep breath and went back out to the party.

Chanyeol

I waited until there were only a few minutes before ten to drive back over to the party, deciding to be nice and give them some extra time to get their shit together. I had a feeling Tao and Luhan would be in the worst state, but I never expected to see Kyungsoo sitting outside on the front steps of the house, his face flushed a deep red color. I chuckled to myself as I turned off the car.

"But you can hold your own against peer pressure, right?" I asked, slightly grinning as I walked up to him. It took him a few seconds, but he eventually looked up at me and smiled drunkly. He attempted to stand up a little too fast, nearly tumbling back down, but I caught him in time.

"Yeollie," he said, loosely wrapping his arms around my neck and leaning on me. "I missed you." I sighed and tilted my head back. He was a lot more drunk than I anticipated him being.

"Someone had too much to drink," I said, trying to keep him standing up straight. He pulled back, but left his hands on my shoulders.

"Why on earth would you say that?" he asked, looking slightly offended. I raised my eyebrows at him and he started laughing. "Okay, maybe a little bit too much. But it's not my fault I couldn't taste it after the fifth one." I groaned loudly and stepped back, causing his arms to fall to his sides.

"Where are Luhan and Tao?" I asked, looking at the time.

"Oh, Luhan went somewhere with that guy who he has a crush on but won't admit he has a crush on," he said.

"Xiumin."

"Yeah, yeah that guy," he said, waving his pointer finger around. "Tao was around...I think. I lost him after truth or dare." I rolled my eyes at how drunk he had gotten in a matter of hours.

"Alright, well, I guess they're finding their own way home. Come on," I said as I walked closer to him. He started laughing again as I lifted his body off the ground and into either of my arms. I didn't remember him being that heavy, but then again I hadn't done something like that since we were little.

"Where are we going?" he asked as I headed towards my car, his voice now sounding a little worn out.

"Home. So you can sleep off this alcohol and enjoy tomorrow's gift," I said. He stayed silent as I tilted his body slightly to open my car door. I gently placed him in the passenger's side and reached across him to put the seatbelt on. I tightened it just enough and then shut the door, walking over to my side. I did the same once I was inside and had the car running, seeing that he was now taking off his seatbelt. Yah, you better put that back on unless you want to die," I said, looking in his direction. He just made a pouty face and let it slide back to its original position.

"I don't want to," he whined as he laid his head on my shoulder.

My heart started to beat faster as soon as his head landed on me. I just cleared my throat and decided to just let him stay there instead of arguing with him while he was this drunk. He moved slightly to get more comfortable as I looked out my side mirror to make sure no cars were coming. I pulled out onto the road and headed towards his house.

By the time we got there, he was asleep and I couldn't help but smile slightly at the sight. I turned off the car and gently pushed him over to the passenger's side again. I went over there as soon as I got out and lifted him in my arms. I knocked on his front door and his mom came to the door.

"Chanyeol? What happened to Kyungsoo?" she asked, looking really concerned.

"Late night of studying. He fell asleep and I didn't want to wake him," I said, not wanting to get him in trouble with his mom. Luckily, she bought it and let me take him up to his room. I laid him on his bed before pulling out the covers from under him, and then placed them over his resting body.

"Yeollie..." he said, opening his eyes half way.

"It's okay. You're home now," I whispered softly as I pushed the hair away from his eyes. "Just go to sleep, okay?"

He nodded his head and I brought the covers up closer to him, turning over to lay on his side. His eyelids shut again and I smiled again. I walked into his bathroom to get him a glass of water and some tylenol for the morning, leaving both sitting on his nightstand. I bent over slightly and put a quick yet soft kiss on his forehead. I walked over to the door and turned the lights out before leaving the room.

"Thank you for brining him home, Chanyeol," his mom said as she showed me to the door. "I'm happy he has a friend like you."

I just nodded and smiled. "It was no trouble really. I'm just glad he's home safe," I replied, earning a small smile from her in response. "Have a good evening."

She saw me outside and waved to me once I was in the car, going back inside a few moments later. After I started the car up, I exhaled heavily and laid my head against the seat, staring up at the night sky. Then, after letting out another groan, I decided to drive back to Sehun's house to pick up everyone else, who I knew would be in much worse states than Kyungsoo.

A/N

I decided to add the next chapter onto this one because it didn't make much sense to me to have this part be on its own...honestly don't know what I was thinking when I originally wrote this lol

I hope this edit made sense and I hope you still enjoy it :)
