Spencer pov

I poured the coffee into the mug, and handed it to Aria. She took a sip before thanking me, wrapping her hands around the mug to keep them warm. I poured coffee for myself, and then came to sit beside her.

"What do we do?" I asked. I knew we were avoiding asking the question due to lack of solid answers, but we needed to discuss what was going on.

We were cheating on our boyfriends.

It was a simple answer, but the rest was anything but simple. Aria was looking at the clock, and then she turned to look at me.

"Was it a mistake?" It was almost a whisper, and I looked at the sad expression she wore when she asked it.

"No, it wasn't. We're team Sparia, remember?" I knew she would remember, as her face lit up a little at the mention of our old team name. When we were younger, we would partner up for tasks in school, and always call ourselves team Sparia.

"I remember." She said, her voice filled with the memories that we had clung on to for these past years.

"But we need to figure out what to do. It's unfair on Toby and Ezra if we carry on like this." I reasoned, and Aria hung her head. I knew she wouldn't like the mention of Ezra. It didn't matter if she was seeing me, she still loved Ezra. And she had fought for their relationship for so long.

But me and Toby were different. I had gone through so much to be with him. And I did love him. But I think I loved Aria more.

"I want to be with you." Was all Aria could whisper. So I took her hands in mine, and then leaned over to give her a small kiss.

"I want to be with you too." I assured her, before my phone interrupted us. I reached over the counter to get it, and found a new message.

I could help you be with Aria. Just give me time- A

What? A was going to help us? How could I trust A after all they have put us through? I threw my phone on to the sofa, and then turned back to Aria. She looked like she was thinking really hard, and then she looked up at me.

"I choose you."

The wind was blowing fiercely outside, making the barn seem as if it would collapse in on itself. Aria snuggled closer to me. I know that stormy weather scared her, as it used to as a kid. I took my phone, and sent a quick text to Hanna and Emily.

Sleepover in the barn? Come quick!

I held Aria as we waited for the girls. Soon, they showed up at the door. It had started raining sometime, as they were a little wet. We all gathered in the barn, and huddled together.

Somehow, we fell asleep that night. But that morning I woke up with a message from Toby.

Toby: we need to talk. Call me.

No kisses or anything. To be honest, it was unlike Toby. I put my phone off to the side, and found Aria had snuggled into me in the night. She looked so peaceful while sleeping, snoring slightly. Like the troubles of life and the evil of the world couldn't affect her in this state. It was a piece of art.

That was until Hanna groaned. "What time is it? And why do I look like an ogre?" She asked nobody in particular while studying her flawless face in the small pocket mirror she keeps on her at all times. Emily yawned and stretched, Hanna having woke her up. But then the two started whispering to each other, and they were lost in their own private bubble.

Aria had woken up, and was looking at the ceiling. She turned to me, before bringing me closer to her. She pulled the duvet around us, hiding us from Emily and Hanna. Not that the two would notice. Under the sheets, Aria gave me a quick kiss before stroking my nose. It was adorable, just like her. But then I remembered Toby, and it sort of killed the romance of the moment for me. Why was it that whenever I was with Toby, I thought of Aria, and when I was with Aria, I thought of Toby.

Maybe A could help after all.

But I knew that I needed to speak to Toby. Aria had chosen me over Ezra, and I couldn't let her down now.
