The Kiss

Keifer's POV

I have been longing for her embrace, her touches, it's most precious for me and today she's here with me, my Jay is with me, in my arms. The girl I never stopped loving, even after we're apart I kept loving you, I held her hands tightly, like it's only required for my survival. I don't want to lose her this time; she's my whole life.

She smiled, "what are you looking at?", and I rub her knuckles before kissing them lightly, "you, I'm looking at you, we're living together from about two months, but I've not seen you properly, let me adore my wifey more". I can see her sparkling eyes, I'm relieved that she's happy...yes she's really happy and not hate me anymore.

I just hugged her again, "the solace, the peace and solitude", she chuckled while patting my back, "too much heavy words", I backed off, "not more than our pain". She rubs her thumb on my right cheek, "you're such a jerk", and throws a fist on my chest. I smirked, "profanityyy", and leaned towards her, she stopped me, "what?".

I rolled my eyes, "the rule, use profanity and get rewarded with a kiss", she blushed by pouted to hide her expressions, "no, it's applicable when we're in relationship", it made me confused, "aren't we right now?". she denied, "we're just flat mates".

"We just kissed and you're saying...", she didn't let me complete but pulls me by collar, "that's a reflex but you've to work hard, court me". I raised my eyebrows, "court you? huh... stop kidding you're already mine". She hissed, "yes.. this attitude of your, no... this time I won't agree so easily". "Easily?". She nods, "yes, I said yes too early last time and remained liberal, and you kept leaving so, this time do some hard work so that you'll realise my value".

I want to laugh so hard on her demands, she might act so mature but she's still that chaotic Jay, my Jay-Jay and I love her, though I never wanted to leave but situations were like that. She points finger at me, "just agree.. otherwise, I've more people in my life, like Ben".

I pulled her close, "I'll do anything to make you happy, just don't bring anyone in between us", she became silent, and I can feel her high heartrate and even my breath hitched, "well, if you want me to court you, I'll do that". I moved my face closer to her, "what do you want me do?".

I put off the bangs coming on her face behind her ears, "plan some grand date? or buy you something?", I kept getting closer and breathing over her face, "took you at a trip".

Her eyes were stuck on me, she bit her lips and I just pressed my cheeks against hers and rubs lightly, "tell me", she was not saying anything and I kissed her earlobe, she squirmed and her hands grabbed my arms, she's nervous, I pulled off and looked into her eyes, and gradually our lips met, the soft and lingering kiss, my stomach dropped as our lips synced together like a melody of Ed Sheeran's song. 

The kiss was like an assurance, it was two souls mingling with each other's, it's not a physical connection but more like desperate hearts trying to meet each other through lips. Her lips were moving lightly, I was feeling like it's our first time tasting each other. the world around us melted away and only thing I know is she's in my embrace, fuck... she's too good and sucking my upper lip. I was just still and feeling her, it's vanishing off the pain of separation, the sweetest thing, I won't losing my life right at this point.

I opened up my eyes but hers was still closed, I saw her face, a satisfaction and the way she's indulge in that kiss, my lips widened as I smiled, it's completely silent around but the only sound was of our heavy breathes, were letting out in each other's yaps. I want the time to stop right now. 

My hands were on her waist, tracing her curves meanwhile her one hand on my chest and other stuck at back of my neck, it's such a long kiss but tbh I didn't want it to end, but we were almost breathless and finally backed off. 

I smirked, "it's just took one kiss to make you fall", she pouts and pushed me, "no... I've not agreed yet". I cupped her face, "you're the most valuable person for me, I can bet everything for you, I swear. And this time I won't say but prove it to you". 

She got up and moves inside the room "I'm hungry", I followed her, "okay my queen, I'll cook something good for you".

As we moved to kitchen, she points at her favourite noodles, "let's cook this one", I agree and she being proactive moved to take I pulled her from back, "I'll do this, you just sit", and I made her sit on the counter, "I'll serve my queen". She blushed, and I started preparing the food, "Keifer", she called me with soft voice.

I looked at her, "I have so many questions to ask?", I nods, "I know, I'll answer them all, but I just need some time, and I assure you I'm not going anywhere, promise". She smiled, and her phone rang, "oh Ci-N, I almost forgot he is coming here to meet me". Oh yes, even this slipped of my mind as well, "and Aries too, I know that".

She looked at me, "how do you know?", I rubbed my forehead, "actually... I've my ways". She shook her head in disappointment, "his visa got clearance, he'll arrive soon". I never thought, the people I left behind, assumed that I'll never saw them again are back in my life. "I'm happy that you're with me, but I don't know how others react, I mean Aries specially".

Jay gets off the counter, "coax him as well". I sighed, "so I've to deal with Fernandez together". She seemed lost, "but I can't believe Kuya hid this truth, I need to confront him". I turned her towards myself, "at first focus on your competition, we'll deal with it", and cupped her face, "don't worry, now I'm here, with you, right?".

She removed my hand, "you're behaving like a too much caring boyfriend", I chuckled, "so am I not?". She denied, "not yet". I bent down to reach her height, "right, cause I'm your husband". I know I left her speechless, her face turned into tomato, even my cheeks were burning by seeing her blushing like this.

I want to kiss her again, the way she bites her lips was tempting me taste those again, sweeter than my lollipop. But she wants me to chase after her, fine I'll do that to make my wife happy.
