Suicide?

Beast Boy's P.O.V:

I sighed as I rubbed Raven's back, her morning sickness still not cooperating with us.

She looked up at me, relief in her eyes as she stood up, me helping her,"Thanks, Beastie..."

I nodded solemnly,"No problem... I did get you into this..."

Raven laughed lightly,"Well...I wanted it to..."

I kissed Raven on the lips, my arms wrapping around her waist. I started to deepen it, but the groaned mentally as a knock was heard at the bathroom door.

"Raven? You okay? You just kinda...ran out of the room and have been in here for a while..." I heard Cyborg's voice on the other side of the door.

"Yeah! I'll be out in a minute!" she looked at me as Cyborg walked away,"You should go..."

I nodded before giving her one last kiss and turning into a fly. I flew under the crack in the door before turning back into myself, trying to make it look like I was sleeping the whole time I was gone. It wasn't too hard, considering I hadn't gotten much sleep at all these last few weeks. I'd been up working on the house, trying to keep my mind off the fact that I was going to have a child.

It wasn't that I didn't want one...it was just...I didn't know how to raise one. I never learned how a father should be because my parents died when I was four...and everyone who has raised me from then hated me.

I walked into the living room, my feet dragging on the floor from lack of sleep.

Robin looked up,"Hey, Beast Boy! Where ya been?"

"Sleeping..." I muttered as I laid on the couch, closing my eyes and listening to Cyborg cook breakfast.

"Really? From the looks of it, you haven't been getting much sleep at all..." I felt Robin's stare on me, as well as Raven when she walked into the room.

Raven sat beside me,"What's going on?"

Starfire...Oh how I love her...but she can be a real pain sometimes...

"Friend Beast Boy has not been doing the well of sleep," Starfire said, looking up at Raven.

"Why not?" Raven looked down at me, as well as the others.

I opened my eyes a crack, looking up at Raven. I whispered quietly to her,"You know why..."

Raven shook her head,"I don't Beast..."

I sighed as I got up and walked into the kitchen, getting some cereal out of the cabinet. I felt my stomach jump a little, and I put the box back quickly.

I mumbled a curse word under my breath as I turned around and saw my friends looking at me,"Kinyesi..."

"Uh...why aren't you eating...?" Cyborg looked at me with a worried look, bacon sizzling in a pan on the stove next to him.

"Um..." I thought up a lie,"I'm not really hungry...and plus! I'm taking Raven on a date for lunch! Don't wanna ruin the meal..."

It wasn't a complete lie...I wasn't really hungry, and I was taking Raven on a date...but I just left some parts out.

"Okay..." Robin looked at me, confused, but still agreed nonetheless. I sighed as they let it go.

I hoped Raven didn't notice, but she did, and gave me the motion for her to go to her room. I nodded quickly and made up another lie,"Welp...I guess I'm gonna go get ready for the day..."

I walked out of the room Raven teleporting. I met her in her room, sighing as she opened the door and pulled me into it.

"Tell me what's going on."

I looked anywhere but her,"Um...I'm not sure about this baby thing anymore..."

Raven glared at me,"What? You just don't want it anymore!? Is that it!?"

"No! I mean...ugh... You wouldn't understand!" I felt sick as I said that, and seeing the look on Raven's face didn't help.

"You...don't think I'll understand?" Raven looked devestated.

"No... I mean...yes! I mean..." I sighed,"I don't know anymore..."

Raven glared at me,"You know what? I'll do just fine raising this child on my own. I'm gonna be a better parent than you'll ever be!"

I flinched, knowing that it was true. I nodded, mumbling to myself,"I know you will..."

I felt tears pricking at the corner of my eyes as I nodded and walked out of the room, turning into a fly and going to the roof through the vents.

I sighed as I looked over the edge, no railing keeping me from plummeting to my death. I sat down on the edge, looking at Jump City on the coast.

I whispered,"The titans don't need me... I'll be better off on my own...and so will Raven. I want her to be happy...and I'm not the answer."

I looked back at the door one more time, seeing if someone would change my mind, but nothing happened.

I sighed as I looked over the edge at the rocks below,"It's now or never..."

I stood up and backed up, going to get a running start. I started sprinting towards the roof, focusing entirely on not whimping out and going back inside. I felt the roof leave my feet as I jumped, the wind slowly moving around my body. I looked down and closed my eyes as I started falling, ready to start my new life...

Dun dun duuuuuuun! Cliffhanger! I just realized that it's been FOREVER since I last updated this story, so I just wanna say sorry! I am almost finished though! It has one more chapter, and then an epilogue already almost finished. Thanks for the support and the wait! Byeeeeeeee!
