After the little space adventure we had, we will head back to the S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters. Cassandra slides into the driver seat while I hop in beside her. I stare at her, eagerly waiting for her to smile at me. I just miss her smile. But she didn't. She starts the engine and heads off to the headquarter.
"Cassandra?" I break the tension that is filling the car. "Hmm?" she replies with a hum. "Do you hate me?" I finally ask. "No, I don't hate you. I am just mad at you," she says, still not looking at me.
"Do you forgive me?" I nervously question and she finally looks at me, "It's not easy Yon." "You called me Yon again. That's me we are close?" I try to lighten the mood. She huffs loudly and stops the car in the middle of the road.
"You think I could just forgive that easily after you broke my trust!" she shouts at my face. "You broke my trust! You broke the only thing that is precious to me!"
"I never trust people easily!" she starts to tear up. "My parents use to torture me everyday. Every single day! They will punch me... step at me... cut me... and worse, saw me in half!"
"I never trust people thay easily that day! Fury gained his trust for three years. Maria and Coulson for four years!" she shares with me.
"Then I decided to trust you easily! That was the stupidest thing I done in my life! Trusting you! You broke me apart!" she points at me hardly.
"Cassandra, I am sorry..." my tears starts to fall as I speak. "If only I knew, I would turn back time to never repeat those mistakes. I want to kill myself for breaking your trust... I only knew that I am right and you guys are wrong."
"I just want to end the war. I just want to end it for the galaxy to have peace. I used you I admit. But I did a mistake for not believing you," I state to her.
"If only I knew everything, I would never hurt you Cassandra. I would never in a million years. You are precious to me. You help me when everybody else didn't." I wipe my tears. "Cass, I am sorry."
Cassandra hold my hand and squeeze it, "I forgive you... but I can't trust you again. I just don't want to risk it all again." I sigh and nod, accepting my faith.
She will never trust me again. You stupid Yon-Rogg! You should never have used her. You should never hurt her. You are so stupid!
"When I saw you in that ship, leaving me alone, I feel my heart break. Nobody has promised to protect me but you. You lied and it broke me even more. I am a broken person which broke again," she tells me.
"I can only forgive you Yon... I don't know if I can trust again after what you done," she admits. "I am really sorry Cass. I really am," I tell her but she sighs. She starts the engine again and say to me,
"I can't trust you again."

We arrive at the headquarters. I immediately saw Carol and Fury waiting for us at the entrance. "Can I speak with you?" Carol asks and I nod. Cassandra goes in with Fury as they walk.
"How are you feeling?" she asks and I laugh. "Are you really going to ask that question Carol?" I say to her and she sighs. "Follow me," she says as we walk to Fury's office.
"What do you want to talk about?" I boringly ask. "About you and Cassandra. What have you done?" she says which makes me sigh as I sit on the chair. This is gonna be a long conversation.
"Look, I know you know the story so cut to the chase," I quickly tell to her. "Fury told me you broke her. Broke her for good. She know doesn't eat well. She is now less focused," she tells me. "Really?" I ask, surprised.
"Yes, she is less active and looked so tired. Wow! You didn't a great job on using her," she says and I glare at her, "I did use her, I admit but I never knew it was such a big deal for her."
"That is your problen Yon. You will do everything because you think you are right even you're wrong," she tells me off. "I should inform you that me and the Skrulls are peace now," I inform her.
"I am stating the past Yon-Rogg. Did you say sorry to her?" she questions and I answer, "I did. She says she forgives me..." Carol's face lights up. "But she told me she could never trust me again."
"You did really break her," she comments. "Not helping Carol," I tell her. "You should prove to her that you are trustworthy again. Like how you earned it," she suggests.
"I sacrificed myself when she trusted me," I informs her. "Do it again!" she cheerfully says. "The problem is she doesn't want to work with me again," I tell her the problem.
"Just show her that you won't hurt her again. That's the safest thing to do," she tells the plan. "Okay, thanks for the advice. Can I leave now?" I ask and she nods.
I walk to the hall way and head to my room. I pass by her room and try to knock. But I stop myself. She needs to rest, I tell myself.
I collapse on my bed and doze to sleep.
