Ch-6

It's been a while, almost as more than a week and I think that I've grown really close to Jungwon, though he still acts cold but not like how he was in the starting.

It was weekend and I've been laying on my bed, watching my favourite show with some snacks when I received a call from my mom.

"Honey, how are you doing? Are you free today?"

She asked just as I received the call as she seemed to be in a rush.

"I'm doing well and yes I'm free today, why, do you want something?"

I asked as I got up and put the box of snacks aside.

"I'm going to tell you something, don't be too excited okay?"

"What is it?"

I asked curiously when she suddenly sounded a bit excited over something.

"I found this boy for you, he's your dad's friend's son and is currently staying in the same city as you."

It took me a good minute to process what she was saying and when I realised I screamed.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK ARE YOU SAYING MOM?"

"Slow down, oh my god I'll go deaf"

I breathed out in disbelief as to how did she just thought of finding me a guy, just because he's someone they know?

"I think I haven't told you yet so I'm telling you now, I already have a boyfriend."

I could hear a light gasp from her as I pressed my lips in a thin line, feeling annoyed.

"What? Why didn't you told me that before?"

"Because I was busy with studies"

She sighed as I rolled my eyes and waited for her to cut the call already, since she no longer can take things to work.

"But honey, he's already visiting you for a meet-up."

"What do you mean by he's visiting me?"

"Your dad gave him your number and the address to your apartment."

And that's it, I lost it in here and got up, running around my house and screaming like a mad woman.

"How can dad just- you guys do know I wasn't interested in all these? Then how can you give someone my address without asking me?"

I snapped, sitting on the couch and massaging my temple from all these stress.

"I'm really sorry honey, I didn't knew you already have a boyfriend now, we were just little excited since he said he's staying in the same city as you."

I sighed in disbelief, too fed up with all these as she continued with her explanation.

"Now that I've got to know I'll be cautious, but for now please meet him for your dad's sake."

With a hum of reply I cut the call and just then I received a text from an unknown number.

I think it must be the guy mom was talking about because he said he's almost outside my apartment.

My parents obsession of shipping me with any guy they'd found suitable for me might end now but what about the current situation they've gotten me into?

Taking a deep breathe to calm myself down, I walked towards the door to open it, it's not like I'm scared of guys, it's just I don't want to deal with anyone, especially when it's my parents who have found them for me.

"Listen you-"

I was cut off once I took in the sight of the guy standing infront of me.

This can't be, am I dreaming? Is he who my mom was talking about? Several questions like this started running through my mind as I still tried to believe if this all was real.

"I forget to inform you about my night study session, I'll be visiting you at day time from today onwards."

I wondered, if Jungwon was whom my mom was talking about then why is he bringing our study topic?

I looked down at my phone after receiving another text and the same guy from earlier asked me that who's the guy standing infront of me.

"Are you not going to let me in?"

I looked up at Jungwon before I glanced through his shoulder to see a guy with a bouquet of flowers in his hands whom I assumed, that must be the guy mom told me about.

He was so short and looked like a nerd with those glasses but an ugly one, not like Jungwon. Well, thanks to Jungwon though, who's going to get me out of this situation now.

I looked back at Jungwon with a smile before I grabbed his collar and kissed him. He for sure was taken aback as he stayed still, whilst I wrapped my arms around his neck, deepening the kiss I slowly brought him inside.

I can't believe I'm kissing him just like this but that was the only option that left for me in this situation.

I pulled away after a while, trying to catch my breathe and looked outside, expecting the guy to left by now but instead, he was walking over to me.

"What do you think you are-"

I cut Jungwon off with another kiss, because I was scared of this guy not leaving from here.

"I'm sorry to interrupt but what is this?"

I pulled away from Jungwon, as we both looked at the guy infront of us.

"I thought, aunty wanted me to meet you but seems like you don't."

"Ah you're right, I don't because you see, I already have a boyfriend and we're kind of busy right now so good bye."

I said it in one breathe before closing the door on his face and heaving a sigh of relief.

Suddenly, I was pinned against the wall with a death grip as I let out a startled scream. As I looked up at him, his grip only tightened whilst he looked too annoyed to say the least, god save me please.

Jungwon

"Let me explain"

She struggled, wanting to get out of my grip as I finally released her.

"You're so cruel, what if he'd do something to me when I was alone at home and if you wouldn't have come? That's why I just needed your help to get rid of him."

She explained, rubbing her arms where I held her from, as she goes to the living room.

Yes I have nothing to do with her yet other than just being her tutor but she's getting too friendly and I don't like the way she's too comfortable with me when she should fear me instead, just like she said about that guy.

Moreover, I don't care if she did that to get rid of whoever that guy was, she can't just kiss me like that especially when it was my first, but what could be said when she already took it, though I won't let her know about that.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that"

Alright, now I feel bad but why? Maybe because I went too harsh on her just now as she still seems to be hissing in pain.

"I didn't completed the assignments yet because I was tired and you didn't told me you're coming today."

She seem to appear upset as we sat in the living room and she opened her notebooks.

"Who was that guy"

I asked out of nowhere, letting my curiosity get the best of me, though I wasn't going to regret it.

"H-he was someone my parents know and they sent him to meet me but I didn't wanted it."

I hummed in response as she looked away from me, it's kind of cute, how she spills everything just by one look.

"We can skip today if you're not feeling well"

It was something new coming from me and which seem to surprise her.

"Okay"

She agreed just like that, maybe because she really needed a break.

I got up to leave and she stayed still, is she mad at me now? She used to greet me everyday when I'd leave even though I don't respond to her, but today no greetings?

I received a text from someone as I walked slowly, I don't even know why. A sigh of disappointment stopped in mid way when I heard her finally.

"Get home safely"

It was a dull greeting but still satisfying, which made me smile as I stepped outside.

What is wrong with me?
