~Lila POV~

I stayed up all night planning the perfect murder. But I still have to get Marinette alone somewhere where no one can hear her.

Look out Maribrat this is your last day with my Adrien.

~Marinette POV~

Me, Adrien , Alya and Nino where at a cafe talking and laughing.

" Alya i was still thinking how did you figured out Lila was lying exactly ? " Said my kitty and ..that was a great question. I didn't even think about that I was just so happy they figured out that I forgot to ask.

" Well... " she said and began explaining the story.

~Alya POV~

I just got the most amazing interview from Lila. She told me how she helped Ladybug with the last akuma and she also saved Ladybug's life.She is just too awesome !

I started walking back to my apartment when I saw Lila talking on the phone.

' she's probably talking to one of her bosses. They must prize her for her looks and achievements ' i thought.

As I got closer to her to say hi I heard the conversation.

" Oh please like I'll ever be best friends with that annoying hero. No.Of course not I hate her." she said arguing with the other person on the phone.

' what? is this some kind of joke ? What is she talking about ' i though  getting closer to her to hear better what she was saying.

" Yeah I basically got everyone at my feet, they believed me immediately.I know what idiots" she says laughing " Yeah that bitch is still in my way but soon I'll take her down and Adrien will be mine as well as him money " she said smirking.

What. In. The. World She... No she didn't lie ...did she ?

" Yeah don't worry I'll do something to get my hands on his money and we'll be rich " she said proud of herself.

No... she did lie... Marinette she was right and I was a horrible friend...

" Ugh just shut up I know what to do.Yeah yeah ...I have to go bye dad " she said leaving, i wanted to confront her but i need more research.

- Present -

" Wow so that's what happened ? " I asked surprised ( still Marinette POV).

" Yeah then I got home do some more research and found out that she was lying about everything. Then I contacted everyone , told them and confronted Lila " said Alya leaning on the chair with a frown on her face.

" I didn't think that her dad was like this " said Adrien surprised as well.

" I know dude ! Turns out he is some kind of criminal in Italy " said Nino showing us his phone.

Wow just wow...

We looked at each other and laugh .As we calmed down my phone started ringing. It was my mom.

" Hello mama " i said happy to talk with my mother.

" Hello dear me and your father are boarding the plane we will be home around  10 pm " she said in a sad and tired voice.

My parents where in China for the past two weeks. My grandma was sick and from mom's voice the news weren't good.

" Oh ok well ...have a safe trip. Is this all ?" I asked, i don't want to hold them, they sound so tired.

" Also can you please come tonight to take something that grandma left for you" she said hopefully.

" Oh of course mama just call me when I have to come " i said smiling.

" Thank you dear I have to go now " mama said quickly.

" All right mama bye " i said then ended the call.

As I ended the call Adrien looks at me curiously, wanting to know who just contacted me.

" Oh it was mom they are coming home tonight and I have to go get something that my grandmother left for me "i said leaning my head on his shoulder. I was a little sad I loved my grandma and I still am mad at myself for not going. It's not like I knew that she is going to leave this world ...

Adrien put his hand around my shoulder trying to comfort me when he saw that i was sad.

" At what time they'll come ?" Said Adrien, rubbing my back.

" Around 10 pm " i said.

" I'll go with you. The night is not a safe place for a young woman like you to walk " my prince said kissing my head.

" Dude I hate to interrupt this moment but isn't movie night at my place? You know boy night " Nino said ruining our little moment.

" Oh yeah ...well I- " Adrien begin to say but I interrupted him.

" It's ok I'll go alone " i give him a little wink. Meaning that I'll go as Ladybug so it wouldn't be so dangerous.

He didn't looked convinced but he nodded slowly.

~Adrien POV ~

I don't know why but my gut feeling says to not let Marinette go alone.But I also know that Marinette can kick some ass if needed so ...maybe I'm just wrong. She is very strong do i should just relax.

I'm sure nothing bad will happen.

Right ?
