Chapter 15: Boy or Girl ?

A few months have passed by. I decided not to go out much because I don't want the media to see me. Today is the day I find out if this baby in my tummy is a boy or girl. I'm going with my brother. He holds my hand while the doctor checks. My brother is sweating. I don't know why. It's not like he's the father or anything. The lady smiled at us. She tells us what the baby is. I'm so happy ! Jake demand we have a gender reveal party. So before we went home we bought decorations.

We set up with a help of my dad. He got off work early just to help us. Jake laughed at me the whole time because I waddled when I walked. I can't help it. After we finished I texted everyone to come over to get the party started. We played games, danced, and ate. Jaden came to me showing me a text from Jason. Jason asked him where I was. I told Jaden to tell him that I'm in another state. I don't know why I'm doing this. I still love him. I'm just hurt still.

Finally, it was time to tell everyone what I'm having. I made them sit at a table. I had a box on the table. When I open the box the color of the ballon is what I am having. Thanks to my brother, he created a cool box that was easy for me to open. Everyone looked so excited. I counted down. 5....4....3....2....1 ! I opened the box and pink balloons flew out. Everybody cheered. My father had tears in his eyes. I'm having a baby girl ! I bet Jason would be happy. After the party a few of my friends stayed to help clean up. My dad told me to rest so I took the time to look for me a house.

I saw a bunch of nice houses that I could move into. Most of them were like 30 minuets from here. Then I saw the perfect one. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had a pool and hot tub and a built in den and game room. I decided to get that one. It was only an hour away. My future looks good so far.

* A few months later *

"Jake, I said put that over there !", I say frustrated. I run my fingers through my hair. "Hell, I'm trying !", said Jake annoyed at me. He wasn't following my instructions on where to put the baby's cribs. "Muffin, don't fuss at your brother.", my dad said to me. "I can't help it dad. It's the hormones.", I say rubbing my belly.

"Well, tell your hormones to chill out !", said Jake rolling his eyes. "Anyway, you sure you'll be ok here ? I mean, it's a lot of empty space.", asked my dad as he looked around my place. "Yes, I'm sure dad. I won't start living here until the baby is here.", I tell him.

"You don't got long. You got like 2 months to go.", says Jake wiping sweat from his forehead. "We'll be here every step of the way Muffin.", said my dad rubbing my belly. "I still want a room in this place.", said Jake.

"You can have the room next to mine.", I say pointing upstairs. "Awesome !", said Jake. He sounded like a whole kid. "You know for a 19 year old you sure act like you're still 14.", said my dad making me laugh. "His brain hasn't fully developed yet.", I say laughing.

Jake roller his eyes and mimicked our laughs. "Oh hardy har har !"

We continue to move furniture in and out of my new house. It looks amazing. I'm a mother. I wish Jason could be there at the birth of our daughter. I miss him, but I still can't forgive him. I'm trying but it's so hard. He lied to me. He cheated and got another girl pregnant. I still love him and I need him more than ever right now. I wonder what he's doing now.

Jason's POV

It's been a miserable 7 months for me. I've been trying to find Y/n for the longest. My friends won't even tell me where she is. I need her man. I wanted to marry her and have kids with her. I need Y/n. I quit the gang life just for her. I'm texting everyone asking them to let me talk to her but they only tell me she doesn't want to talk or she's not there. I'm going to find her even if it takes years.
