Morning? Surprise! Jelousy?!

~:~ Jay POV ~:~

I woke up to see Woozi's sleeping face. I blinked a few times in confusion since it was rare that I was awake earlier than Woozi.

Usually he would already be working by the time I woke up.

I sat up and saw the other members still sleeping.

I layed back down and decided to get some more sleep since nobody else was awake yet.

I turned over to face Woozi and I stared at his face.

His eyes, his nose, his cheeks, his lips. They were so... perfect.

I felt my cheeks heat up like they always do when I look at him. Then my heart beat quickened and the butterflies began to flutter.

I carefully reached up to touch his soft hair and placed it away from his eyes.

I just couldn't help but stare at him.

'Jihoon oppa... I think I like you...'

I sighed and shook my head and slapped my face a few times.

'Ah~ what are you saying?! What do you mean you think you like him? You don't like him! It's just....admiration! Yeah!'

I nodded to myself.

I turned to face Woozi and saw his brown eyes staring right back at me.

["Ommo! You scared me."]

I placed my hand over my heart and felt my fast heart beat.

I let out a sigh and looked over at him. He was giving me an unamused face.

["Good morning Woozi oppa."]

His unamused face turned into a frowning face and he began to raise his hand to my face. He kept looking at me and I became flustered.

'W-what? What is he doing?!'

His hand reached closer and closer. He stopped right at my cheek. I closed my eyes thinking he was gonna caress my cheek

But no.

Instead, I felt him push away my face with the palm of his hand and he got up from the bed.

["Ah... What an ugly morning..."]

He mumbled on his way out of the room.

I sat up on the bed and calmed down my flustered heart.

I stared at nothing as I re-called the moment that just happened. Then thoughts of yesterday came back.

We heard the door close quite loudly making us both wake up.

We both looked in the position we were in.

My head on his shoulder. His head on mine. My arms around his arm. His hand holding mine. Our fingers intertwined.

I had never felt my heart beat so quickly.

I looked up at him to apologize only to realize his face was about a few centimeters away from mine.

Our eyes widened and I felt my cheeks become hot.

I saw there was a light tint of pink across his cheeks.

I began to look over his face. Then stopping at his lips.

'I want to... kiss... him...'

I looked at his eyes and saw him looking back at me.

I blinked and cleared my throat and pulled away before it got any more awkward.

"I'm sorry. I must have fallen asleep on you. Sorry for being a bother..."

["It's okay... I fell asleep on you too..."]

I nodded.

"So, we're even..."

He nodded.

We both stayed quiet.

No one said a word.

He scratched the back of his neck and shook his head and then sighed.

He began to continue his work again.

I only sat there awkwardly and slowly nodded my head to the music.

Soon enough the door had suddenly opened and we saw the members looking at us from outside.

I looked down to see Hoshi's head on my lap smiling up at me.

["Finally! You're paying attention to me!"]

I couldn't help but laugh.

["Oppa! What are you doing?"]

He pouted at me and then smiled again.

["You were spacing out again~ Anyways~ Forget that. Hurry up and change! We have a surprise for you today."]

I placed my hands on his hair and began to comb it with my fingers. I frowned at the mention of a surprise.

["A surprise? For me? Why?"]

After getting rid of all the small knots I started to braid his hair as he spoke about the surprise.

["All of us decided you need a break from all the work you do at the cafe and here at home for us so we're gonna take you somewhere and treat you to nice things!"]

I grabbed a pony tail and tied up his braid when he finished explaining.

"I already have enough though. I don't need anymore. I have to work soon anyways so I can't play with you guys today."

He laughed as he touched the braid on his head.

["We already called the cafe to say you won't be coming in today~"]

I frowned at him. Then a smirk appeared on my face.

"Well, I have to finish the house chores. I need to finish folding the laundry."

He grinned at me.

["We already did that too~"]

My eyes widened and quickly thought of another excuse.

"What about practice? You guys didn't practice yesterday! You have to practice today!"

I smirked to myself thinking I had won.

["Nope~ Manager hyung gave us the whole weekend off!"]

I stuck my tounge out at him and sighed.

I had lost.

["Okay~ Okay~ You win. Then go outside so I can change. I'll be out quick."]

He smiled at me and pat my head then headed outside.

I walked over to the bathroom and washed up then headed back inside the room to see what I would wear.

I looked through all my clothes until I had finally decided what I should wear.

Today I decided I would wear black skinny jeans what were rolled up at the bottom which The8 had bought me. A galaxy shirt that Hoshi bought me last week. I wore my pastel blue high tops. And finished the outfit with a thin white cardigan that Mingyu had gotten me.

I quickly brushed my hair and place it in a ponytail.

I walked outside and saw the boys ready to go.

We all piled into a small bus so all of us could fit.

I decided to sit next to Dino.

["So... Where are we going?"]

They all looked at each other and grinned.

["It's a secret!"]

I looked at Jeonghan who was giggling.

["We won't tell you until we get there~"]

The8 said as he put his hands up. I'm guessing he must have been really excited.

["Sorry Jay~ but this is how it has to be~"]

Dino said as he poked my cheek.

I let out a sigh and crossed my arms over my chest.

["Fine. I'll play along with your little game. But we better be going to some where fun or else!"]

They all laughed at my attempt to be threatning and I ended up laughing at myself with them as well.

In the end the bus ride was fun. We all played games. We sang different k-pop and american songs. We all even fell asleep on the bus after playing too much. And soon enough we arrived at our destination.

We all walked out of the bus and faced a big sign.

["Welcome to... Lotte World!"]

They all put their hands up and cheered at the same time.

My eyes widened at the view of the amusement park.

Right away, memories of when my parents and I went to the Disney parks came to mind.

I felt happy. Really happy to be comimg back to and amusement park.

But for some reason. I cried.

Tears fell without me realizing.

"Jay, are you okay?"

Joshua, who was standing behind me, grabbed my face and began to wipe my tears.

I only nodded.

["Why are you crying? Do you not like amusement parks?"]

Dino held my hand as he asked me a question.

"I was just....reminded of my parents. More specifically...my mom..."

["Why your mom?"]

I looked at S.Coups who had asked me.

I put my head down.

["My mom is dead..."]

Vernon pushed through Dino and Joshua and pulled me by my hand and into his chest. He hugged me and dried my tears with his thumb.

"Don't cry. It hurts to see you cry. So don't. Please. It's okay. I'm here for you. Always."

I nodded and hugged Vernon back.

'I'm so happy I have all these people that care about me now.'

After I dried my tears and felt better we all walked inside the park to begin having fun.

~:~ Woozi POV ~:~

'So annoying.'

She was in his arms. She was crying in his arms.

'Why do I care? She's not my girlfriend.'

I wanted to pull her away. To have her in my arms instead.

Why did I feel so angry?

'I'm not jelous... right? I shouldn't be. Because I don't have feelings for her. I don't like her.'

I looked away and began to kick pebbles that were on the floor.

I glanced in their direction only to see her hugging him back.

And that's when I felt it.

I felt the stab at my chest.

'This is very annoying....'

I put my hand over where it hurt.

It felt like my heart was breaking into pieces.

I felt mad. Sad. Upset. Disappointed.

Only she made me feel this way.

I sighed and looked down.

'Jihoon. What are you doing to yourself? Why are you hurting?'

I looked at them and my eyes locked with Vernon's. He glared at me. So, I glared back.

'He likes her.'

I sighed at my new found information.

'Vernon likes Jay. But... Does Jay like him back? Who does she like?'

I imagined Jay being with Vernon and I felt that stab at my heart again.

'This needs to stop...'

She pulled away from him and took deep breaths and dried her tears. When she felt better she smiled at all of us and motioned to go inside the amusement park.
