Chapter 19 - Seven Days Sweet Escape

Note : this chapter is just a filler, just Nanon and Ohm going on a vacation together, just the two of them being sweet to each other. If you don't like it, you can skip this chapter and go straight to the next chapter.

Life's good. That's all I can say. I woke up feeling refreshed. I hugged Nanon and cuddled him. He's still sleeping peacefully. It's been months since the whole fiasco with my grandpa. But we're close now, I often had lunch or dinner with him. Turns out my grandpa has some sense of humor in him. It helped that he likes cars too, making it easier for me to bond with him. My dad and Nanon's dads were so busy with the new project. They often had to flew to the new private island. And right now, we're about to approach the final exams for our second year. We studied so hard for the exams, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to pass every subjects. 

"Nanon, if I passed every subjects, what reward are you going to give to me?" I asked. He raised one eyebrow. "Hmm.. I don't know. Nothing?" I pouted. "Well, you need to give me something." Oh no. This is bad. This is so bad. Ohm really studied hard for the upcoming exams. I know he's going to get straight A for sure. Oh dear lord. Why does he want to torture me so bad. Doesn't he say he love me? Do I have to beg him to change the reward? "Hello? Earth to Nanon?" Sea waved his hand in front of my face. We were hanging out at his apartment, just the two of us. "Huh? Remember when your dad asked you to go camping with him? That was the first and the last time you went camping. That was a torture for both you and your dad. And that wasn't even a normal camping, more like, glamping." Sea laughed. Mean. I pouted. "But, if you really love Ohm, you have to say yes to him. You know, just so your relationship doesn't feel one sided. Maybe try to find a middle ground." Sea gave me advice. I nodded. Oh God, what should I do.

Ohm's POV

"You asked him to do what now?" P'Jim asked me. We went to the gym to workout together. "I asked him to go camping with me." I told him. "But Nanon hates camping. And by hate, I mean, he really HATES camping so much. Like, really." He told me. Hmm. What should I do then? Should I just asked for another reward. "Do you wanna hear a story?" He asked me. I nodded. "Okay, so this happened when Nanon was in the middle school. Dad asked Nanon to go camping with him, just so Nanon could 'loved nature more'. But it's not even a normal camping. More like, glamping. Do you know what a glamping is?" I shook my head. "Glamping, glamour camping. The luxurious way of camping. Usually, at the resort or something. So, you don't have to build your own tent, someone would do it for you. The tent is luxurious, the bed is good, there is a living room." He started explaining. "Huh? Living room in a tent?" I asked, confused. "That's not all. There's more coming up. There's an electricity outlet to charge your phone. Heater in your room so you don't get cold. You don't have to build your own fire, they'll do it for you. And if you thought the fire is too hot, you could call the receptionist to send someone to your camping area to put the fire off. For dinner, they'll cook the barbeque for you, provide you with the best meats. All you have to do is eat, they'll clean everything too. Oh, and they also have wifi." He continued explaining. "What? Wifi?" I asked. He nodded. "But that's not even camping at this point. You just play with your phone in a nature environment, right?" I asked in disbelieved. "Yeah. I know, right." He agreed with me. "What about the bathroom?" I continued. "That's the good part. There's a fully working bathroom for every tent, located outside the tent, with hot shower, and toilet, and bathtub in the outdoor area, yes, the bathroom has outdoor area, just so you can enjoy the hot bath in nature kind of thing. They even provide the soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste, and towels." He explained. "So, this is basically a hotel? A five star hotel with a camping theme?" I frowned. "Yup, with breakfast too. They'll pick you up with a golf cart and take you to the restaurant for breakfast." He finished explaining. "And Nanon complained because..?" I don't understand, from my point of view, that camping, I mean glamping experience wasn't so bad at all, far from it. "Because he hates camping, and dad basically tricked him to come, telling him they're going to spend the night at a villa. So when he found out they were going to spend the night in a tent, he started sulking, and started throwing tantrum. Dad didn't like it when Nanon behave that way, so to punish him, he extended their stay for two more night. And to make things worse, he took Nanon's phone on the last day." he laughed. Hmm. Okay, so Nanon hates camping so much. What should I do then? Oh, suddenly, I've got an idea.

Later that evening...

I thought you were going to ask me to go camping with you for a week?" He looked confused. "Hmm. Honestly, I still want that. But I know my boyfriend doesn't like camping, he hates it, even. So, why would I want to torture you for a whole week. Instead, we can go to Japan, take a short trip together just the two of us, enjoying time together." I smiled. He frowned. "Ohm, thank you. And I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you. I promise." He touched my thigh. "And maybe... umm.." he hesitated. "What is it?" I asked him. "Umm.. can we... can we called it sweet escape ?" he blushed. We called our dads, informing them that we're going on a vacation so they don't get worried. We arrived at the airport later that evening. I already booked a business class tickets for us, so we don't have to queue. We flew to Japan at midnight. The trip is 6 hour long, so we slept on the plane. 

Vacation Day 1

We arrived at Osaka the next day and the car already waited for us at Kansai airport. We planned on staying at Osaka-Kyoto for four days, before flying to Tokyo. The first day, we visited Kyoto. We bought some kimonos, and strolled along the bamboo forest arashiyama. I hired a professional photographer to took some pictures of us. There's one picture where we looked into each other's eyes. Vacation Day 3

We packed our bags and checked out of our hotel at Kyoto because we were going to spend the night at Osaka. We decided to go to Kaiyukan, which is the largest aquarium located at Osaka. He answered, still looking at the castle. "According to google maps, Osaka Castle is only 15 minutes walk from here. Do you wanna walk there?" I offered. "Hmm.. okay. Let's do this." We walked to the castle, with the help of google maps. We arrived at the castle, took some selfies with it, walked along the garden, took some more selfies, and walked back to the hotel. Vacation Day 4

Maybe we'll come back another day to ride this ride again." he smiled. We got out, bought some butter beer, and shop for merchandises. Time really does fly when you were having fun. I looked at my watch and it's time for us to go back to our hotel. We have to pack our stuffs because we're going to leave for Tokyo tomorrow morning. 

Vacation Day 5

We arrived at Tokyo in the morning. We went to Oshino Hakkai, which located near Mount Fuji. "Nanon, look, the water is crystal clear, you can see the fish." I pointed at the fish. They said the pond is 8 meter's deep, and that's amazing cause you can see the bottom of it. We can see the Fuji mountain from here. There is a door, and once we entered, we can see the tent, and the beautiful scenery, with the amazing sunset as its background. I looked at the tent, it is huge with a living room and a bedroom. "Sir, let me explain some things. There are two securities outside your door to ensure your safety 24 hours. You could also ask them to build the fire for you. The chef is going to come in at seven to cook the barbeque dinner for you. The bathrooms are over there. There are two bathrooms, indoor and outdoor. But don't worry, the outdoor one is also safe, we could make sure of it. Your privacy is 100% guaranteed here. The toilet is located in the indoor bathroom. The wifi password is written in the card I just gave you. Tomorrow, we're going to pick you up with the golf cart so you could have breakfast at our restaurant. Is there any question, sir?" He asked. He tried sitting on it too. "You're right, this is not that bad. Come on, let's sleep." We put the blanket over us and I cuddled him. We dozed off a minute later.

Vacation Day 8 - Back To Thailand

We woke up feeling refreshed. I came out of our tent and looked around. The sun was starting to rise, and the view was breath taking. Extra Chapter - That Photo On Instagram 

Nanon's POV

I didn't know Ohm could be so romantic. I really thought we were going to go camping for real, but instead he booked us two plane tickets to Japan. Not only that, he hired a photographer to capture our moments. I looked at some photos that he took with my phone, and the results are amazing. Ohm and I, wearing kimonos, walking around the bamboo forest. I selected some pictures and posted them on my instagram feed. I left my phone to go to the bathroom, and ended up making love with Ohm. An hour later, I checked my phone. 6 missed calls from my dad, and 9 missed calls from my pa. I looked at my notifications, a lot of ig notif. I read the comments. Oh God, the comments.

Sea : prewedding shoot of Ohm and Nanon. Congratz friends. Finally, you uploaded it. Very beautiful photos. ❤❤

Jimmy : NOOO.. MY BABY BROTHER. @ohm YOU ARE SO DEAD.

A : !!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOO.. I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING ON A VACATION. 

Lift : no, my baby, don't. Nanon, you're too young to get married.

Break : that's my grandsons. Although, I would really appreciate if you give us a heads up.

Perth : congratz friends.

A : NANON ANSWER YOUR PHONE. NOOWW..!!!!!

Lift : we tried calling you but you didn't pick up. Why?

Oh God, this is bad. This is super bad. Why would Sea commented like that. Dad is so going to kill us. I showed them to Ohm. "But, we only did a simple photoshoot, not a prewedding photos." He looked confused. "Tell that to my dad, I mean, 6 missed calls. He must be so mad right now." Suddenly, my phone ring again. I looked at the screen. "Oh God, it's dad." I took a deep breath. "Hello." I answered and put him on speaker. "NANON, YOU GET YOUR ASS BACK HOME NOW." my dad shouted on the phone. "Uncle A, please calm down. That's not what it looks like." Ohm tried to calm him down. "YOU. HOW DARE YOU. YOU DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR MY PERMISSION." still shouting. "Dad, please calm down. We're not getting married." I tried to explain. "Well, not right now. Sir, please, you have to believe us. We're just on a vacation. I don't know why Sea wrote something like that, maybe he wanted to tease us or prank us." He explained. "You promise?" It was pa. "We promised. Uncle Lift, uncle A, if I'm going to propose to Nanon, the first thing I'm gonna do is ask for your blessings. I promise." Ohm tried to convince my dad and pa. "Okay then. Doesn't mean I like it, but, okay." Dad calmed down. We chatted some more and they hung up the phone. After that, I texted Sea.

N : sea, you bitch

S : nanon, language

S : what's wrong

N : your comment angered my dad and pa

S : hahahahahahaha

S : i'm sorry, didn't mean to

N : not funny

N : they thought we got engaged

N : dad almost killed ohm

S : sorry, i'll delete the comment

N : you better

N : but you have to admit

N : i looked really cute in that photo

S : 🤢🤧

S : gotta go

S : talk to you soon

S : love u

N : love u too, bye

"Okay, that was funny." Ohm said. "I thought your dad is going to kill me. I'm so scared." He shivered. "Don't worry about it, okay. Now let's go to bed. I'm super tired." We turned off the lamps and he cuddled me till I dozed off.
