Chapter 14

I was falling asleep on the bed when the door comes flying open. I look up to see Liam coming towards me with a key.

"We're going on a little trip." Liam said as he unlocked my ankle cuff.

He grabbed me, pulling my arms behind my back as he wrapped a rope around my wrists several times, before tying it off.

"Where are we going ?" I asked, he just chuckled as he forced me to walk beside him.

"You'll find out soon enough." He responded, pushing me outside where i see a car running.

I start struggling once i see where he's about to put me, in the trunk. I tried with all my might but he still managed to force me inside the trunk.

The minute he got me in, he shut the trunk lid and i was met with darkness. I kicked at the lid, screaming for him to let me out. When the car starts and takes off, I'm sent flying against the lid.

Heres my chance, i can escape if i can just get my hands untied. I feel around the trunk's floor for anything that can help me. When i feel the plastic knife, i sigh knowing how difficult it be to break rope with a plastic knife.

Regardless, i was going to try anyways. I start sawing at the ropes with the knife, trying my best not to cut myself. I find the knot and start poking at it with the knife, hoping to loosen it even a bit.

"Come on !" I said to myself, getting the knife in the knot. it wasn't budging !

I kept trying but i was getting the same results as before. I gave up to relax my stiff arms. I still had to escape, bound or not !

I pulled my bound wrists under my bum and legs and somehow managed to get my arms in front of me. I started to chew on the rope but it's thicker than any rope i had used in the girl scouts.

I sighed and thought, how do i get out of a locked trunk ? I had been curious one day and googled it, it said if you were in a newer model car. There is a release lever that is on the bottom of the trunk near the lock.

I searched the bottom of the trunk, hoping they hadn't removed it. Luckily for me, they hadn't. I followed the wire until i found a lever. Yes ! I just needed to wait for the right time to pull it. I'd worry about my bound wrists later.
