Chapter 13

-Chief Daniel's P.O.V -

Chief Daniel's sat outside of the warehouse with Officer Jackson in the passenger seat.

"Where are they ?" He asked, looking through binoculars.

"Be patient Chief, Officer Hanes said they'd be coming. " Officer Jackson said as a black sedan pulled into the parking lot.

"See ?" Officer Jackson said." Now we just have to wait for the word."

Chief Daniel's was anxious to arrest them and demand where his daughter was.

They watch as 2 men get out of the car, he looks at his mug shots of the gang. It appears only 2 of them are here, the other 2 must be guarding his daughter.

"Zayn and Niall are here, if we can get there leader in custody. Than they should cooperate." Chief Daniel's said through his binoculars.

"And if they don't ? "Officer Jackson asked.

"Then we force them." He replied as they drove closer.

He got his earpiece to give Officer Hanes orders on what to do.

"Turn on your microphone and make sure it's hidden. We're here if you need back up." He said, he made a scratching noise to ensure he heard him.

"Now we'll be able to hear everything  he says or anything Zayn says. Let's just be as quiet as possible. Don't want to give away our spy." He adds, Jackson nods his head as the talk begins.

"Hello Zayn, I'm John the guy your friend told you about." Officer Hanes said through the ear piece.

"So your here for the job ? Well we have a opening if you're willing to collect and deliver. You will get 20 percent of the profit if you bring back all the money." Zayn said.

"No problem, when do i start ?" Officer Hanes asked.

"Deliver this to the address on the label and collect the profits. Bring it back to my friend here and you will get your cut after he makes sure you got the full amount." Zayn replies, handing him bags of drugs.

"No problem, I'll be back." Officer Hanes said.

"I'm trusting you, don't let me down." Zayn said.

"Don't worry i won't. " Officer Hanes said as he left.

Chief Daniel's sighed in relief, it worked. He actually infiltrated there warehouse.

They waited for Officer Hanes to be far enough away to contact him.

"Chief Daniel's you there ?" Officer Hanes asked.

" Roger that, what have you found out ?" Chief Daniel's asked.

"Nothing about your daughter but I'm far enough away, grab them while you can." Officer Hanes said.

He calls for backup before proceeding.

"Okay, let's get them." He said to Jackson.

They loads there guns and got ready to enter the building.

"You go through the back, I'll take the front." Chief Daniel's said as they separate.

As he gets towards the front, he clicks the safety off and points the gun at the 3 men standing in the middle of the room.

"Police, don't move or I'll shoot." He said and the guys put there hands in the air.

"Get down on the ground and don't move ." He warned and the guys cooperated.

"Wheres Zayn ?" Chief Daniel's asked."I know he's here"

He hears gun shots as he rushed to see his partner in a shooting battle with one of the gang members.

"Wheres Zayn ?" He asked.

"He ran out and as you can see, his friend is distracting us." Officer Jackson said.

They together fired back at the gang member until he ran out of ammo. Just as he was about to run, a cop came up behind him.

" Freeze and put down your weapon !" The Officer said.

Chief Daniel's and Officer Jackson helped him corner the guy, soon he dropped the weapon and they were able to cuff him.

"Wheres Zayn, Niall ?" Chief Daniel's demanded as he was hauled off to a squad car.

"Go to hell !" Niall spat, even being arrested didn't make him give up his leader.

"Take him away." Chief Daniel's said.

"What do we now ?" Officer Jackson asked.

He was frustrated that Zayn got away but he was gonna hunt him down. No matter the cost.

"I want a all out search for Zayn now ! He knows where my daughter is and maybe if we're lucky, he'll lead us straight to her." He stated.

Either that or force the answer out of the member they had in custody. He only hoped Zayn didn't hurt her for blowing his operation.

"We're out now !"
