Chapter 13

"Cisco. She passed out." Someone said panicked. "I have nothing to stop the bleeding." He said. "I can't use her shirt." He said frustrated. "Caitlin's going to kill me." He muttered. I hadn't even felt that he had taken off my shirt, I just suddenly felt the cold. "Stay with me, Audrey." I heard him softly mutter. Something pressed gently on my shoulder. It was a gentle but hopeless touch. Like he needed to save me but didn't have the power. I knew that he wanted to know that I was still alive. I slowly opened my eyes, I gave him a small smile. I softly touched his face. "Flash." I softly laughed. "Always trying to be the hero." I muttered. "Someone needs to safe the city, right?" He asked chuckling. "You are my hero already." I said softly. I felt my eyelids get heavier. "God, I'm so tired." I whispered. "Don't sleep, Audrey." He said to me. "Kiss me goodnight." I softly laughed and I closed my eyes. I felt his lips softly on my forehead. After that I quickly fell asleep.

I opened my eyes, I lied in a white hospital room. "Miss Raymond, good to see that you're awake." An older man said, he stood at the end of the bed. "My name is Dr. Williams." He introduced himself. "What happened?" I asked him. "An animal attacked you." Dr. Williams said. "There is no permanent damage. So I think you could leave, if you want to." He told me. "Thank you." I said with a small smile. He nodded and left the room. A minute later Caitlin came into the room. "I have clothes." She announced. I grabbed the bag and walked to the bathroom. The deep red scratches over my shoulder and arm were stitched. I took a quick shower and put on the clothes Caitlin had given me. It was a basic black t-shirt and grey sweatpants. "That's better, isn't it?" She asked me with a small smile. I quietly nodded. In silent we walked to Caitlin's apartment. "What's wrong?" Caitlin asked me in her apartment. "You lied to me." I said. "About what?" She asked, looking a bit nervous. "You know the Flash," I said with a shaking voice, "You knew him the whole time." "I don't know what you're talking about." She muttered. "Another lie." I said, fighting the tears. I stormed out of the apartment and drove in my car to S.T.A.R. Labs.

"Audrey?" Cisco asked nervously. "Hello Cisco." I said. "You shouldn't be here." He told me. "I almost forgot. You lied to me too." I said. I laughed humorless. "Audrey, you should leave." Cisco said. Softly I shook my head. "I need to know who he is." I said. "You don't want to know." He muttered. "Is he someone I know? And how did you guys found out about him? Why do you guys help him? And how did he get so fast?" I asked Cisco. "Cisco, that was awesome." I heard someone laugh behind me. Barry stood in the doorway. In the suit I recognized as The Flash's. "O shit." We muttered at the same moment.
