PART 95

It was getting late, so everyone decided to head back to the mansion.  But Sky and Nani swung by Sky's cousin's place first.  Sky's niece, Ching-ching, a tiny whirlwind of a kid, was already bouncing around.  Sky's cousin, looking slightly frazzled, said, "Hey Sky, could you watch Ching-ching for a bit?  My husband and I have to run to the office— There is an emergency."

"Sure thing," Sky said, scooping up Ching-ching, who immediately started chattering about something or other.

As soon as her Mom and Dad were out the door, Ching-ching wriggled free from Sky's grasp and zoomed over to Nani, who was checking his phone.

"Hi!" she chirped.

Nani looked up, smiling. "Hey there, squirt.  What's up?"

Ching-ching's eyes darted around the room before settling on Nani's pocket.  "Lollipop?" she asked hopefully.

Nani chuckled, pulling out a lollipop.  "You got it, princess."  He handed it to her.

Ching-ching unwrapped it with lightning speed, a happy grin spreading across her face. "Thanks!"
