"Mister Agreste, when exactly did Miss Dupain-Cheng and you started dating?"

"Is it true that Miss Dupain-Cheng is pregnant?"  Where did they get that from?

"Are you planning on getting married any time soon?"

"Is there any other reason why you left your own birthday party for this event? I mean, there's an obvious hickey on your neck."

Adrien rolled his eyes, inhaled deeply before just turning away from the reporters. He went back to the bar, grabbed the drinks he had ordered before and went back to his seat.

Marinette was looking at him with a worried expression, probably because she had seen the reporters gathering around Adrien as he was only answering one question. She knew it would get almost to impossible to leave the Grand Paris without at least one handful of reporters following them.

"What was that all about?" Marinette crooked a smile, trying not to make her worries even more visible.

"I just went to answer the most obvious question, and suddenly they were attacking me with more," Adrien sighed, placing the drinks down as he took a seat. He even got one for his father.

"They will keep asking," Gabriel pointed towards Marinette's neck and collarbones, "you probably should have covered those up."

Marinette looked down at herself, trying to see as much as she could, groaning and throwing her head back. Adrien on the other hand was proud of himself.

"I saw them in the mirror and I wanted to cover them up," Marinette slammed her hands into her face, "but I got distracted when Adrien held my dress up."

"You didn't have those in front of the boutique," Gabriel noticed, shivering just once as he could put the pieces together. "I hope you at least took a shower."

Adrien furrowed his eyebrows, taken aback by what his father has said. Usually parents tend to say things like 'I hope you've used protection' but no, his father would be extra-ordinary.

"Oh my god, do you think your father has seen this?" Adrien's eyes widened in horror, already seeing his life flash before his eyes.

"Mhm," Marinette giggled, "he's probably on his way here with a sharp knife and a blender, so he can cut off your dick and then blend it."

Adrien bobbed his head, agreeing that it was a possibility. And while Adrien was fearing his dick getting cut off any second, Gabriel was pretty amused by his sons worries, but so were Marinette and Plagg, who had to listen to all of this from Adrien's suit pocket.

"I'm sure Mister Dupain won't castrate you tonight, it's still your birthday, Adrien," Gabriel tried to cheer his son up, it didn't really work.

"Yeah, cause he will cut off the whole thing, not only the balls!" He exclaimed a little too loud, suddenly catching the attention of other people all around the huge ball room.

And yet while Adrien wanted the floor to eat him up, Gabriel and Marinette found Adrien's thinking way too hilarious.

Marinette and Gabriel were laughing together as if Hawkmoth never happened. As if Gabriel hadn't been responsible for tons of damages for the past couple of years. But then again, Marinette said she would have wanted to do the same for Adrien, so maybe she had simply forgiven Gabriel.

"Oh god, Gabriel," Marinette managed to say between some laughters, "your son is totally out of his mind."

Adrien looked through his fingers that were covering his eyes as he tried to avoid people seeing his deep red cheeks from embarrassment.

"He's pretty unique I'd say," Gabriel gave Adrien a small smile.

"He sure is," Marinette agreed.

Adrien was just about to defend himself when suddenly the whole room silenced down one more time. Everyone was looking towards the opening doors, wondering who was entering the ball room as there was no one else to be expected anymore.

Marinette's eyes widened, her heart beating faster than ever. She gulped as she could recognise the blue and black hair, the same sense in fashion, one a lot of the people in this very room wouldn't like since it was just fabric over fabric and nothing special.

"Luka?" Marinette gasped, gripping onto her own thighs as she watched him walking up to her.

Gabriel and Adrien would look at Luka in confusion, especially when they'd realised where he was headed. Both having the same exact expression on their faces, showing their facial similarities.

"Good evening, Marinette," Luka greeted fondly, taking Marinette's hand in his as he would kiss the back of her hand.

Adrien balled his hands into fists for a slip moment before laying his right one onto Marinette's leg. His eyes got smaller as he looked at Luka, feeling as if he was going to blow up. Adrien wanted to jump at him, scratch his eyes out, yell at him, hit him in the face.

Seeing Luka kiss his very own girlfriend's hand had many impacts on him, none of those feelings were good, and would only end bad, but he couldn't help it.

Adrien had known of Luka's feelings towards Marinette for a while now. In fact, Luka had even admitted it to Adrien first. They used to be very close, until Luka had confessed his love for Marinette to him.

That day Luka said it, told Adrien he'd loved Marinette, Adrien had already felt this wave of emotion crawl upon him. He just wanted to tell Luka to stay away from his girl, but back then she wasn't his girl, not in any way at all.

Marinette pulled her hand away from Luka, only giving him a slim smile.

"What are you doing here?" She asked, trying not to sound too disgusted.

"Didn't you read your invitation? I'm one of the music people for entertainment," Luka explained, ignoring Adrien's mad face.

"Just great," Marinette muttered.

"Anyway, I should get on stage now," Luka winked and left to get ready for his performance.

It was only then when Marinette had realised how hard Adrien was squeezing her leg. She immediately turned to look at him. His eyes were squinting, following Luka leave. He never even took his eyes off him when he was on stage, still having the very same look on his face as he did when Luka just left.

Marinette laid her hand down onto Adrien's, caressing it lightly, catching his attention at her touch.

He faced her, his face immediately softening, his breath steadying as he tensed down.

"What's it about Luka that gets you to be so.. that," Marinette leaned towards Adrien, almost whispering so no one around could possibly hear her question.

But Adrien ignored it, looking around himself to find people still looking at Marinette and him. He knew talking privately in this very room would only have consequences.

"I think we should go," Adrien said, eying the reporters.

He took out a check book from his suit jacket, which he for whatever reasons has in every single one of his suits. You never know when you'd need on.

"Already?" Gabriel asked in confusion.

"Yes uh, it's still my birthday and people are probably still at the party," Adrien said, filling out one paper of the check book. "Can't leave them waiting for too long."

He would quickly sign the paper, then handing it to his father. "Would you just give this to whoever is collecting all the donations?"

Marinette couldn't help but smile at Adrien. She knew he was generous and that he'd always donate to charities even outside of events like these, but she honestly didn't expect him to donate something to an event he technically wasn't even invited to.

Adrien leaned over to Marinette, his mouth on the same height as her ear.

"Will you manage to walk out of here on your own?" He asked. Marinette just nodded, praying the soreness between her legs wouldn't be as bad as she thought it was.

She stood up, and she could tell it in fact was as bad as she thought it would be. Though, she'd never felt this kind of soreness before, it was painful. Never in her life had she thought it was possible to literally not being able to walk from sex, apparently it was pretty possible.

She would fight with every step she took, trying to look as normal as possible, but she failed miserably.

And well, Adrien being Adrien, he couldn't help but laugh.

Marinette looked up at him through her lashes, giving him the most rudest look he'd ever seen. She was basically the CEO of 'if only glances could kill' at this point.

"I'm done, playing these games," Luka sang.

Adrien took Marinette's hand in his, placing a gentle kiss onto her knuckles before he placed one hand onto her waist.

"I can't believe what I'm about to say." His eyes trailed off to Marinette, watching her with every word he sang.

He bent down only slightly enough to be able to pick her up, his other hand resting in the hollow of her knees, picking her up bridal style.

"I won't tell you goodbye, with my love left behind."

"Adrien, you can't do that," she whispered, but he already started to walk towards the exit.

"Good bye, father," Adrien said, giving Gabriel a rather crooked smile as they left.

"Kiss me before I fucking lose my mind."

Marinette locked her eyes with Luka's. He gave her a weak smile, seeing how happy she was in Adrien's arms. Yet he was wishing for Adrien to be him.

Her eyes widened as she comprehended the lyrics. Why was he looking at her with so much passion, yet pure pain in his eyes when he was singing?

"No, no more nights, drink until my loneliness up 'til 2 a.m."

While Adrien would continue to walk towards the exit.

"Adrien, could you wait for a moment?" Marinette asked, continuing to look at Luka, her eyes furrowed as she tried to make sense of his lyrics.

She'd never hear him sing this song, nor did she know he had a song like this.

Marinette was following up to what Luka was doing all these years. He was studying music at a university in America.

"No, no more waiting, pacing 'round the bar, hoping that you might walk in."

Jagged Stone and Luka were getting pretty close over the years and Luka wanted to be just like his father.

His music was a lot like Jagged's, but this one.. it was different.

"For the last three years I just hid it so well, hoping that you'd figure out because I never could tell it straight to your face."

"Why is he continuing to stare at me?" Marinette muttered.

Adrien cleared his throat, debating wether or not to tell Marinette that Luka might have always had a crush on her or not. He decided against it, hoping Marinette would drop this whole thing.

"I have absolutely no idea," Adrien said, slowly beginning to walk away one more time.

Cause it totally wasn't like the reporters we're capturing the confusion on pictures and videos.

Luckily Marinette shrugged it off. She looked over to the line of paparazzi and reporters, suddenly her cheeks reddened, her head beginning to feel warm as she felt like throwing up.

She had totally forgotten that these people where there to get some tea for either of their magazines, websites, etc. Marinette had simply forgotten that carrying someone out of a ballroom can never have any 'good' headlines.

So Marinette did her best to walk out on her own. She would limp, pretending to have a spread ankle or anything alike that would make the bridal style carrying appear more necessary, praying that the next morning's news won't talk even more crap about her and/or Adrien.

To her luck, Adrien kept her steady enough to manage a somewhat normal walk towards the Uber. He would open the door for her, waiting until she was seated before walking over to the other side to take a seat as well.

Marinette quickly told the Uber the address and they were off to go.

Arriving back at the boutique, Adrien helped Marinette back out of the car, tipping the Uber generously before helping Marinette upstairs.

Music was still playing, although Marinette and Adrien had been gone for a good four hours by now. It was almost midnight as they had gotten back.

The door was opened wide. To their luck, there weren't a lot of people left, only the close ones like Nino and Alya, well, and Marinette's parents.

While Nino was playing with the music equipment, Alya was sitting on the couch together with Sabine and Tom. Alya continued to swipe through her phone, showing it to Sabine and Tom any other minute. Then they would talk about it.

"Oh my god, your neck!" Adrien panicked, taking a glance at hiss girlfriend. "I totally forgot about that."

Marinette just giggled. "They're not as bad as you think they are, you know."

"Adrien?" A pretty drunk sounding male voice interrupted him from speaking.

Suddenly four pairs of eyes were set on the couple. Two of which would be trying to murder Adrien, or so he thought.

"I knew yous would get your shit together eventually, dudes!" Nino threw up a rocking hand-sign.

"We've made sure to send your guests home since we weren't sure you'd be returning," Sabine said, giving her daughter a rather disappointed look as she spotted the hickeys that went from her neck down to her cleavage.

"Thank you, Maman," Marinette's voice was soft and quiet, almost as if she was shy, maybe even afraid of what her mother was thinking of her.

She would limp inside the room, never letting go off Adrien's arm as she feared to fall if she did.

Alya gave Marinette the biggest 'I know what this is about' look ever, but was kind enough to not mention anything in front of Marinette's parents.

Adrien couldn't even look Marinette's parents into their eyes. He was afraid that they'd be jumping at him, chopping his head of if their eyes would lock.

"Maman, Papa, you can go home if you want. I'm just wanting to sleep anyway, I'm really tired, it's been a pretty long day," Marinette was hoping her parents would just get up and leave.

As much as she loved her parents, Marinette wasn't ready for the following conversation. Her parents weren't stupid. They could count two and two together, meaning a neck full with hickeys and Marinette not being able to walk properly was pretty obvious, and they could add those together.

"I'm sure you are," Sabine was cold with her own daughter, but Marinette was wondering why.

It wasn't like she was a minor, and it wasn't like it was any of her mother's business in the first place. So Marinette really couldn't understand why her mother would be talking to her the way she did.

Tom on the other hand was pretty chill. The guy Adrien was too afraid to face turned out to be the chill one, he should have been fearing Sabine all this time.

"I'm glad you guys finally found together," Tom cheered, running over to Adrien and Marinette to hug them both tightly. "But next time make sure to cover the sealing of your love up," he whispered into Marinette's ear, only making her cringe even more.

"She should have waited until marriage," Sabine was furious, "I have taught you differently, Marinette. I am deeply disappointed with you."

"God, it wasn't like this was my first time!" Marinette yelled in anger.

She had never yelled at her mother before, and maybe if she hadn't been drinking at the charity event she would have had done it now either, but she did, and it couldn't have made unhappen.

"Did you just raise your voice at me?" Sabine scoffed, chuckling as she grew even angrier with her own daughter.

"I did," Marinette answered coldly.

Nino and Alya silenced down, hiding in a whole other room as Marinette and her mother were fighting. Even Tom and Adrien were trying to get away, but of course the two women wouldn't let them leave. And fearing they would be the next to get yelled at, they stayed.

"Imagine what your grandmother would say if found out you were talking to me that way," Sabine was very disappointed, "if she found out what you did."

"What did I do?" Marinette asked sarcastically, "I have a life, ma. I'm not your fifteen years old teenage-daughter anymore. I can take care of myself. I can make my own decisions."

"Sabine," Tom laid his hands down onto his wife's shoulders, hoping to hold her back from exploding. He knew Marinette was right, and as much as he hated his baby daughter growing up, he couldn't have avoided it. Besides, Adrien was pretty much all Sabine and Tom could have ever imagined for their daughter.

"You're only twenty-one, you're not even married!" Sabine yelled.

"Yeah, I'm not married, so what about it? You know damn well that I've always loved Adrien, ever since we first met, and it isn't like this was just some fling as you know what Adrien did just yesterday. So what is upsetting you so damn much?" Marinette almost cried from the disagreement with her mother.

"Sexual intercourse before marriage is just wrong, Marinette."

"Maybe it was for you, but it is not for me!" Marinette groaned.

Without another word, Sabine would grab her purse and leave the building, followed by Tom. As soon as Nino and Alya noticed that the yelled calmed down, they quickly went to leave as well so Marinette and Adrien could be on their own.

Adrien watched as the door closed behind Nino. He was worrying about how Nino would be getting home, he certainly couldn't drive anymore. But his thoughts were interrupted as he saw Marinette storming into her bedroom.

He quickly went to follow her, he didn't even knock this time, he would immediately walk inside. It felt weird to just enter her private space, but he figured he could just enter since Marinette seemed to be needing some emotional support at this moment.

She was laying on her bed, her head buried into her pillow as she let out little cries and scoffs.

"Mari?" Adrien took a seat on her bed, unzipping her dress as he thought it might get a little uncomfortable. Luckily, Marinette didn't mind that at all.

"Thanks," Marinette managed to say between sobs.

"Do you think all that we've done were mistakes?" Adrien was afraid. He'd never wanted to be the cause of anything like this. Sure, Marinette was agreeing on sleeping with him, but maybe she only did that because she didn't want to say no.

Marinette sat up, her eyebrows furrowed. She would immediately place her hand onto Adrien's jawline, adjusting his head to face her.

"Adrien, all we've done was alright with me. I've wanted all that. I would never think of these as a mistake," she caressed his cheeks with her thumb. "I think my mum is just a little bit surprised and shocked. I mean, these marks don't look like some gentle shit, you know?"

"I'm really sorry, Mari," Adrien apologised for leaving those marks on her body.

"Bullshit, you loved it," Marinette laughed, throwing a pillow at Adrien.

"Yeah, I did," he would grab the strings of Marinette's dress, pulling them down her arms so her upper body was exposed completely.

He traced his index finger from the first hickey, starting behind her ear down to her breasts. He smiled softly at the memories, suddenly feeling his pants getting tighter.

"You know I would marry you on the spot if you'd let me," Adrien said, looking deeply into Marinette's eyes.

"One heart attack for my mom after another, alright?" Marinette giggled.

She got up from her bed, taking off the dress completely, leaving her standing in the room in nothing but her thong. Her back was facing Adrien as she was putting away her dress, making sure it wouldn't crease too much.

As Marinette was about to get one of her shirts to wear, Adrien would stop her. "Wait here," he said, placing a quick, yet gentle kiss onto her forehead before heading outside of the room.

He was about to head into his own bedroom when he heard a phone message notification coming from the living room. At first he would brush it off, ignoring the notification as he knew it couldn't have been his own phone, but it just kept on pinging.

He groaned, running into his bedroom, grabbing one of his t-shirts before quickly going back to Marinette. The phone in the living room never stopped ringing.

Adrien would find Marinette sitting on her bed, her legs dangling down as she was waiting for Adrien come back. She smiled widely as she found Adrien re-enter her room.

He held up the shirt in his hands, already opening it bottom of it so he could immediately pull it over her head. Once her head was through, he would immediately attach his lips to hers, kissing her passionately as he continued to put the shirt over her body.

As they parted from the kiss, Adrien took a step back to look at Marinette. She had her legs spread, so there was no way her thighs could touch since they were pretty sore.

"Do you need some Nivea or something?" Adrien asked, tracing his hands down Marinette's thighs only softly enough so he wouldn't hurt her, "or maybe baby oil, heard that would be pretty helpful."

"I think we could give it a try," Marinette giggled.

"Oh, you've gotten quite a few messages. I've heard your phone going off a few times, well, more like it was never stopping, do you want me to get your phone on my way back?"

"That would be amazing, thank you," Marinette gave Adrien the biggest smile ever, but then something came over her.

She didn't need any more drama for the night, she just wanted it to be Adrien and her for the rest of them being awake, no more people trying to interfere.

"Actually, would you mind just checking if it's important or just Alya spamming? I don't want to deal with anything else today and if it's not an emergency, just leave my phone in the living room," Marinette watched Adrien nod as he walked out of her bedroom.

While Adrien was getting the Nivea or baby oil, and was checking her phone, she couldn't help but think about what was going to happen to their  individual rooms.

Now that they were dating, would they still be sleeping in separate rooms? Would they move into one together and re-decorate the other to make it a guest room? Would it just stay the same and they'd pretending nothing ever happened?

Maybe getting into a relationship with Adrien was a mistake, again.

No, never mind. It was the best decision she could have made, right?

"I can't believe Pigtails would trust you with her phone," Plagg said, his mouth full with Camembert.

"I think she entrusted me with more valuable things than her phone, Plagg," Adrien rolled his eyes as he unlocked Marinette's phone to be able to read the messages.

"I'm just saying, you're can get pretty-"

"What the fuck does LUKA want from her?!" Adrien groaned.

"-jealous," Plagg shoved another slice of Camembert down his throat. "You can get pretty jealous and possessive."

"I'm not possessive, I'd just like to protect what's mine," Adrien disagreed.

"Isn't that basically the same thing?" Plagg sat down onto Adrien's shoulder, trying to make a sense of all of the words on the screen.

"It's not, Plagg. If I was possessive I'd be demanding Marinette's love, and I'm not. I'd just like to keep her away from some asshole that would only fuck her for one night and then leave. Besides, she's my girlfriend now, I want to protect what's mine," Adrien explained.

"Whatever you say, blind ass."

"Hello, Marinette." Adrien read.

"I loved seeing your today, Marinette."

"I love saying your name, Marinette."

"God, can this guy get any more annoying?" Adrien groaned, skipping through another hundred of those weird messages before he got to the good part.

"I actually just wanted to tell you that I am hopelessly in love with you. And if there's any way that you think I am hot, please lets fuck and date. I know you're only dating Agreste for his body as well. You can't possibly love him. He's a jerk, and only there to cause trouble. So please, Marinette, I love you."

Adrien began laughing out loudly, loud enough for Marinette to hear it from her room.

"What's so funny, Adrien?" Marinette yelled, only having to wait a couple more seconds before Adrien was stomping into her room, Marinette's phone in his hands.

"Luka texted you," he laughed.

"Is it important?"

"He called me a jerk, said you should fuck him, then date him because that's clearly what you did with me. And he loves you. So, I don't know, you decide if it's important," Adrien took a seat next to Marinette, handing her phone to her.

"He loves me? When did that happen?" Marinette furrowed her eyebrows.

"Seriously?" Adrien scoffed, "he always did. He's been the reason I've never really made a move on you cause he told me he liked you way before. Oh, and he sent you that one message once-" He had to stop himself from talking, remembering he had deleted that message back then.

It was like three years ago. They had just recently graduated high school and everyone would be heading off to different universities in a couple of days. Their friend group had planned this evening together, just one last evening.

This evening was planned by Luka, and he had wanted to make it something that would force the group to always stay together. So that night everyone confessed their deepest and darkest secrets, which would then hopefully lead to all of them to stay together forever.

Well, to his own bad luck, Luka had to fly out to New York that very morning. His father had called and told him a university in New York was offering to teach him more about music and make him one of the most known musicians.

It didn't quite work yet, but he was getting there. It wasn't like Luka was unknown still, but definitely not 'one of the most known musicians'.

However, the party took place anyway. Juleka knew of Luka's plans, so she went on with them, thinking that would have been what he wanted.

Everyone confessed things, especially whomever they've had a crush on. Well, except for Marinette, she said she hadn't had one, and Adrien did the exact same. Alya didn't believe Marinette but she wasn't going to punch it out of her.

Anyway, Luka eventually saw the Instagram and Snapchat stories of his friends having a party without him, the party he had planned. So he sent Marinette a text.

"I have always loved you, Marinette."

But unfortunately Marinette was too drunk by the time she'd gotten the message. It was three in the morning, Adrien was taking her home safely as he couldn't have closed an eye himself if he had let her gone home by herself.

He heard her phone ringing. He thought he should probably check if it was important, so as he read that message he decided it wasn't important at all.

In fact, he felt anger rushing through his veins. He was wishing cruel things onto Luka so he couldn't possibly get close to Marinette. Adrien hadn't admitted it to himself yet, but he knew he loved Marinette, he just couldn't quite tell in which way just then.

But he also knew Marinette could have never known of Luka's confession, so he deleted the message, and with that he ended a perfectly fine friendship between Marinette and Luka.

Luka had thought Marinette was so grossed out by his confession that she couldn't possibly answer him anymore, which in his mind told him that Marinette didn't want to speak to him ever again, so he never texted her again. Well, and Marinette didn't text Luka because she thought he was busy, and besides, he didn't even properly say goodbye to her that morning.

"What message are you talking about, Adrien?"
