Chapter- Thirty One

You sipped tea and was talking with Joshua. But that guy is too clever to know your mental state by your look.

'You look sad!'

He told looking at the grass. He loves grass. He loves to pick them when he is sitting there. You looked at him and smiled

'Really? Do I look so? Yes I'm.'

'Why? Just because Mingyu is not going?'

'Haha yes I think.'

You told looking down. A deep breathe made its way to release.

'Hmm it's normal I guess. Gyu keeps busy most of the time. But I think you can understand right?'

'Yes I do! I'm a mature woman by now.'

Joshua laughed out loud to hear those from you. They literally seeing you when you were about thirteen. Now you are really a grown adult and it feels really overwhelming to them.

'Yes yes I understand. You have grown up well. And how come you being sad that mingyu isn't going? You just said-

'Ahh noo I'm not sad. I said I'm mature and I can understand this now.'

You told whining.

'Cleopatra will again be sad when she will get to know where mingyu just went!'

You two looked at your behind where hoshi was standing. He was making his eyes look like closed for the sunlight. He also looked disgusted too for some reason. You pretended you didn't hear him and started having your tea.

'Oh hoshi sit down. We don't have chair right now.'

'So what! Can't I sit on grass you thought that hyung?'

'Hehe no I didn't. And where's the point of telling someone things that make someone really sad?'

Joshua told smiling to hoshi. But in his talking there's some kind of savagery that you and hoshi both could read.

'No I don't know too. I was just wondering if y/n knows where he went.'

'You don't know right?'

He looked straight at your eyes. In his eyes there were a type of anger that you could understand. Before you told anything he again said

'You don't want to know too.'

He told mimicking you.



For this time Joshua was mute as his nature. But he couldn't understand why suddenly hoshi was talking to you in a raised voice. And what's wrong with him that he was talking about your very personal life.

He was about to tell hoshi something but before that hoshi grabbed your hand that was already on the grass and took his face closer to you

'Y/n don't pretend you are the kindest that you know everything and still you are compromising your boyfriend's issue. You are loving but end of the day who becomes the fool?'

Joshua came to hoshi and tried to calm him down

'What hoshi? Is anything wrong? Why are you hurting her?'

Joshua told grabbing Hoshi's face. He acts like a protective brother towards you and now he got nerves on hoshi. He never seen someone being angry like this and with some matter where hoshi shouldn't have any saying.

'Hyung you know what?'

Hoshi turned to joshua but joshua told

'If it's about y/n and mingyu's relationship matter, I don't want to know and I think you shouldn't also have this curiosity.'

Joshua told with a cold voice.

You felt so nervous as soon as hoshi grabbed your hand with the same strength as he did that day. You suddenly remembered that day and it felt like you were on that day standing against so close to hoshi, when he literally did bad to you. When joshua scolded hoshi, you gulped and felt your eyes watery. You didn't want them to fall and stood up for leaving. Seeing you were ready to leave both of them looked at you.

'Y/n I think it's a misunderstanding. He became so angry I think-

'I understand.'

You told joshua and turned back but hoshi screamed out watching you going

'Y/n tell mingyu that I'm not freaking jealous about you two that he has to kiss you before me to show me he owns you. Tell him he nor his girlfriend got anything that is standard enough to make me jealous.'

You turned towards them and glanced at hoshi. Joshua didn't know what was happening. He did never know hoshi had crush on you or something like this. He can't even believe this is happening in front of him.

You walked to hoshi who was sitting in grass. You came close to him and said in a calm tone

'Then why did you try to touch me that night Kwon Soonyoung? What a poor thing!'

With much more disgust you left the place to get yourself ready for going out for the restaurant. You can't help with the low life dramas happen everytime with you.

Joshua didn't tell anything to hoshi after you told that to hoshi. Hoshi left just after you did and he looked shameful in front of joshua. He tried hard to hide his face. But joshua kept calm and didn't ask him anything about that. But he felt so hurt knowing this kinda truth. He could never believe things are going like this. How can hoshi did something to their little y/n? Nothing made joshua sad than this incident. He sat for some more time in the grass and was looking at your cup what you couldn't finish.

What a bad way to make your mood down- you thought while pressing the perfume against your body. You really pissed off at Hoshi's behaviour today. He didn't stop though joshua was there. You felt so insulted in front of Joshua.

You looked at the large wall mirror for seeing your beautiful feature.



You looked at your legs for sometime thinking if that mini skirt is too revealing. There was a sign of worry in your eye brows but you didn't change anything and put on your heel.

When you got to the car you chose a place where no one sat beside you. You were checking your phone and thought to call mingyu. And you didn't notice who was sitting beside you by that time. It was hoshi.

'Cleopatra!'

You startled and looked at him with disgust. You didn't respond to him and were about to dial mingyu.

Dino was sitting by the passenger side and was waiting for Jeonghan who was to drive this car today.

'D-dino!'

'What?'

Dino turned to you when you called him.

'I want to sit with you.'

'Aish but you can't drive y/n.'

'But please can you come here?'

'No I think I'm gonna have fun here.'

You felt more disgusted at your best friend's brain. He can never understand these things.

'Hoshi hyung is fun, though not as me. But you will have fun don't worry.'

Who was thinking about having fun that time! You crashed your forehead in your imagination. You waited for someone to come and you will take your seat replaced.

'I'll make sure I'll give her a lot of fun Dino.'

'Yes yes I know hyung.'

Dino was reading a chinese book. Recently he shows good interest in chinese. You cornered yourself again and took a step distant from hoshi. But hoshi put his hand around your seat, making you flinched.

'Don't worry Cleopatra! I didn't touch you.'

He told in a tone that you understood that he told about the touch that you mentioned in front of joshua in the morning.

Hoshi smirked looking at you. You slided again not to sit close to him.

Just then Jeonghan and Wonwoo came. Wonwoo sat beside you beside the window. So you are now between hoshi and wonwoo. If it was any other member you didn't hesitate to tell him to exchange seats. But you didn't say wonwoo anything. And hoshi was behaving too. So you thought there's no need to tell wonwoo too.

'Oh y/naah!'

Jeonghan called you from front. He was talking to you with the front mirror.

'Yes?'

'You look so good today. Though you good everyday just as me. We have more things common.'

'Haha thankyou.'

You replied with a smile.

'She's not going to look good even she is wearing the best clothes of the city. She thinks herself a model.'

Dino told up.

Jeonghan again told

'Don't feel sad that mingyu is not going okay?'

'No no I'm okay han.'

'You look gloomy.'

You were missing mingyu so much but now you looked like this because of hoshi. You understand hoshi kept moving towards you.

Mingyu couldn't recieve your call then but he called you again this time

'Hello Mingyu!'

Mingyu didn't talk for a time. He wanted to just hear those words from you. He felt like you and he were in a great distance.

'Gyu!'

Mingyu thought a lot about the way you call him a lot with his name. How can it be this sweet!

'You guys are going?'

'Ahh yes we are.'

'Have fun ok?'

'Yah!'

Mingyu again stopped and his breathing could be heard. so you asked

'Are you tired? I'll call you later no problem.'

'No no Y/n I'm okay.. um..'

'Is anything wrong?'

'Don't roam around alone ok? I mean have someone..'

'I understand'

You told after thinking.

'I'm sorry y/n.'

'Gyu we will talk later I guess.'

You told him as the car was silent and others could easily understand your talk.

'Ok take care.'

'I will.'

'I'll come quick ok?'

'Hm ok'

'Love you!'

'Hm'

You didn't reply as you were with them. But as soon as you ended dino told up

'I think relationship is amazing. What do you think hyung? how mingyu hyung is taking care of this dull girl just because he loves her!'

You laughed but didn't tell anything back. Dino doesn't know how much tears you had to spend for this relationship. You tried to hold a breathe and by that time you felt Hoshi's body so close to you.

You flinched and quickly slided to Wonwoo's side.

'Are you okay?'

Wonwoo asked you in concern. He clearly understood you were acting scared.

'Hmm? Y-yes!'

You gulped and answered to the cold wonwoo you know. Wonwoo understood the matter as he knew everything.

But he didn't do anything as you said everything was okay. But this time you grabbed Wonwoo's knee for balance as hoshi was pressing you from beside. You made yourself gathered to Wonwoo's side placing your head down. You felt so tensed though you have three more members here.

The car went inside a dark tunnel and hoshi used this as a scope to touch your bare thigh. You flinched with tremble and with your head bent to Wonwoo's chest, you grabbed his tshirt this time saying

'D-dont P-please!'

But your voice was so weak that it felt like a whisper and only wonwoo and hoshi could hear that.

Wonwoo took you in his embrace when found you actually were panicking so much.

'Can you sit in your place?'

Wonwoo asked hoshi like normal matter but only hoshi knew the glance of wonwoo.

Hoshi has so much fear in wonwoo that you knew. He did what wonwoo told.

'Is everything okay y/nah?'

Jeonghan asked as he heard Wonwoo's voice. But he didn't know it was a case like that.

'Y-yes Han!'

You answered with a trembling voice.You didn't raise your head by the whole journey and was holding Wonwoo's shirt tightly. It gave you so much fear the way hoshi touched your thigh and squished it in a different way you weren't introduced to. For a moment you thought in the dark tunnel there is nobody else you and hoshi. It felt so real the way you were thinking. You don't wanna fear anyone but why it ends up like this?

You didn't notice one thing that Wonwoo was holding your arm with his hand and he slowly was rubbing his palm in your arm to calm you down.

But he didn't say anything to you. He gave you the time to let the shock pass.

You looked at Hoshi's side to see how is the condition and found his seat is empty. You looked at front to see Jeonghan or dino. And with surprise you found that they were not there. The car was also not moving. You looked at Wonwoo who was holding you like the most precious thing and was looking at somewhere aimlessly. His eyes looked so tired maybe because of his illness and it seemed like he was thinking about something.

'W-wonwoo!'

When you called him it cut his thought and he looked at you flinched

'Hm? Oh y/n you are up?'

'D-did I sleep? No I think n-not!'

Wonwoo removed his hand from your arm and smiled.

'We arrived just minutes ago. Hyung was asking and told to take you after you wake up.'

'B-but I-I didn't sleep.'

'You were bending your head down and didn't respond to us. I thought you were tired and were sleeping.'

Wonwoo was looking at that you who was still scared anyone can say just by looking at your eyes. You looked again at your left where hoshi was and turned to wonwoo

'H-hoshi Hoshi has gone?'

'Yes!'

Wonwoo could feel how insecure you feel around hoshi.

'Did he hurt you?'

Wonwoo's sudden and deep voice felt like it was a command to answer him right now. He was looking at your eyes to have an answer. But you didn't know how much calm his eyes were. How much he felt bad for you.

'He he s-suddenly put his h-hand on my thigh and and...'

You realized something what you were saying. You looked at wonwoo and gulped. You don't want to say these to someone even you are so close, let alone this is wonwoo. If you only could share these to your close one! You felt so embarrassed looking at wonwoo thinking how would you tell him that hoshi grabbed your thigh and even he squeezed it making you shiver.

You found wonwoo was looking at you like this realizing you were embarrassed and this is nothing that you should be embarrassed of. But you were thinking how you just should end the sentence without telling him all.

'I-I.. then..'

He tried to smile and looked elsewhere with a breath.

'You don't have to say.'

Saying so he got down from the car and bent his face saying

'Let's go y/n? You shouldn't be alone.'

He started walking leaving you some steps behind. He was walking with his hands in his pocket. He felt a different kind of pain while he knows why he was not walking beside you. He knows he is nobody to you who bears that right to do so. Maybe mingyu is your bf, some others your bestie and so so. But you are never close enough to wonwoo. He doesn't want to make you feel uncomfortable. Again you just faced an insecure incident right before. He wanted to give you space too.

While walking he looked back to see you who was walking looking down, thinking something. He watched your steps were smaller. He waited for you to come and finally walked with you by your side. He doesn't want to let mingyu's words fall.

You didn't know it was a cottage that scoups rented for the party and not any restaurant. And you didn't get surprised when they said you guys were not returning today. This kinda thing happens most of the time so it didn't make you guys think.

'Y/n!'

Someone screamed your name while you were slowly walking to the corridor for your room. You didn't feel so well so thought to have some rest first. Dokyeom hoshi dino they already played the karaoke on. Scoups Woozi Joshua were the audiences in the sofa enjoying. You didn't know in that crowd there's someone who remembered you. Turning back you found it was Seungkwan.

'Seungkwan!'

He came towards you telling

'Let's go downstairs. We are having fun!'

'I-I'm coming.'

'Is anything wrong? You okay?'

Concerned Seungkwan could realize something was fishy so he walked with you to your room.

'I'm okay seungkwan. I'm just feeling a little headache you know.'

You stopped giving him excuses when he held your hand suddenly looking at you

'What happened y/n?'

'N-nothing.'

'C'mon you look really sad. Did anyone say bad to you?'

'N-no.'

'Umm very fishy.. okay we are waiting ok? When you feel good just come join.'

'I'm coming in some minutes don't worry.'

'Aww shouldn't I worry for our maknae? Look how sad you are looking.'

He put the selfie camera in front of you saying so.

'You are funny!.. wait I've something for you.'

You handed him a packed sausage over from your bag.

'How caring!'

Saying so he grabbed that and started eating.

'So you know we are going to stay here for tonight. I thought to ask mingyu hyung if he could join.'

'Um no it's fine. I mean he would be tired already and let him take some rest there I guess!'

'Yes that's right. Really!?'

'Um?'

You were searching something from your bag and asked him while he comfortably was sitting on your bed.

'Mingyu hyung just be lucky to have someone caring as you. I envy!'

'I never do care about him. All things are done by him. He is the best you know!'

'That's why I told I envy you. You are luckier than him.'

'Hahaha!'

'Yes you are laughing. So come down after you get freshen up ok?'

'Yes I will.'

While freshen up you also washed your thigh again and again. It felt you so filthy that you didn't know you got so hell bent for washing that. You hope bad incident with hoshi could be forgot like this too. While rubbing you also thought about one thing too, while one day Mingyu got fierce on you. You stopped washing and were deep in the thought. You really can't believe mingyu did so, where you didn't say anything wrong. That reaction of him makes you think sometimes. You don't wanna remember that night too. You feel really bad thinking Mingyu even took off your top you don't know for what. You checked hurriedly in the mirror moving your off shoulder top down. The bite mark of him wasn't faded away by then. And it's not a kind of mark that can be faded away.

You stood by the basin holding it for some moment. That mingyu incident makes you think about mingyu's love towards you. If he did that because he doesn't have love for you, or his love towards you is so intense, so superior that he did thinking it was his right!

Even though that incident popped up in your mind, you murmured

'Mingyu I want to see you!'
