JAERYEONG POV

I screamed.

"DON'T MOVE! Anyone that moves will have their heads blown off like that lady that resisted me!" A robber shouted

I turned to my left and saw blood dripping down the lady's forehead..

My eyes widened..

No way... I-Is she's dead..

Kihyun... Save me!

"You! Over there! Put the money in the bag!" The robber said as he pointed his gun at a Bank Teller

(A/N A Bank Teller is an employee that provide service to the customers)

"N-Neh.." The Bank Teller said as he walked up to the cash register

"You people better not pull anything funny! B-Because if you do, I will not hesitate to shoot any of you!" The robber shouted

I heard a child's voice crying.

"Shut him up otherwise he dies!" The robber said as he pointed the gun at the little boy

"P-Please don't hurt him! H-He's just scared!" The boy's mother pleaded as she covered him

"I DON'T CARE!" The robber shouted

The robber pulled down the safety trigger.

I clenched my fists.

I felt intimidated but...

I got to save them!

My legs started moving on its own.

<BANG>

"W-What the?!" The robber shouted

I managed to grab the robber's hand to change the direction of where the gun shot..

"Who do you think you are--" The robber shouted

I pushed the robber and swiftly kicked the gun out of his hands.

The gun slid across the floor, few metres away from us.

"Someone grab hold of that--" I shouted until I felt something sharp around my neck

"Haha. Wow! Aren't you brave?" The robber chuckled

Crap..

"What? You can fight?" The robber asked as he pressed the sharp object closer to my neck

I could feel it piercing me..

A knife..

Of course he would have one..

"You think you saved everyone just because you kicked my gun away from me?" The robber said

"Tch..." I said as I glared at the robber

"Tch? Did you just--*scoffs* What? Are you not afraid of dying?" The robber asked

"I guess it'll be a pity if I were to die by your hands however I'm positive someone will come and save us" I said

"Who would save you guys--" The robber scoffed

The door suddenly got kicked open.

Kihyu--

"JAERYEONG! HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE US WAIT?!" Yura roared

Y-YURA?!

She stared at me and the robber.

She looked around, analyzing the situation..

"Yura! There's still a hamburger left in the bag, do you want to eat it?" Dani asked as she walked in

Dani's eyes widened as she saw what's happening.

"Who the hell are you two and how on earth did you break that door down? I clearly locked up the door with metal chains!" The robber questioned

"Dani, go call the police. Also, you can have that last burger" Yura said

"Neh" Dani said as she left

"DON'T YOU DARE CALL THE POLICE! IF YOU DO, I'LL STAB THE GIRL!" The robber shouted as he pulled my hair

"O-Ow! Yah!" I welped

Yura smiled.

"Look, I'm going to warn you okay? Let the girl and everyone go. If you do, you'll live" Yura said

Oh god..

"AND I'M WARNING YOU. CALL THAT GIRL THAT JUST LEFT BACK HERE OTHERWISE I'LL CHOP OFF--" The robber said

"I'll give you a count of five" Yura said

"Mwoh? Count of five?" The robber said

"U-Um.. I think you should listen to--" I said

"Hell no, I'll just kill her--" The robber said

"Five"

"Yah! ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME?!" The robber shouted

"Four"

"Aish... Ah. I see..." The robber sighed

"Three"

"You're just an old lady who can't hear me right?" The robber smirked

I felt air blowing pass me rapidly..

Yura was no longer in front of me..

It was in a matter of seconds before I realised...

"Zero"

The Robber had disappeared..

People around us gasped and started freaking out.

"Y-Yura.." I said

"Jaeryeong, close your eyes" Yura said

???

"Just do it. Don't open your eyes until I say so" Yura said

I closed my eyes like Yura told me to.

"Activate: Time Manipulation"

I felt a strong light against my eyes..

What just happened?

"Open your eyes"

I opened my eyes and saw everyone unconscious..

My eyes widened..

"W-What did you do?" I asked

"We need to act" Yura said

Huh? Act?

Yura suddenly hugged me..

"Y-Yura--" I said

"There they are! Sis! Jaeryeong! Kwenchana?" Dani said as she brought polices with her

"What happened?" The police asked

I felt something warm against my shoulder.

"T-The robber attacked us.. But no one got injured. He left out the back door though! You must hurry!" Yura cried

Are those tears?!

What?!

"We understand" The police said as they left out the back door

"Nice acting sis" Dani said

"Kumawo" Yura said as she wiped her tears with a hankerchief

"Why did you say that?" I asked

"Don't worry. I teleported the robber out the back door. He's unconscious though" Yura said

"Not that. Why did you lie about no one getting hurt? Someone got shot in the he--" I said as I turned to look for the lady that got shot

Oh? Where is she?

"You mean the lady behind me?" Yura asked

I looked behind her and saw the lady with no injuries..

"How... Did you use your powers?" I asked

Yura nodded.

"I stole time or you can say I manipulated time. Technically, no one here remembers what happened here clearly.. Not even this lady whom I saved" Yura said

"I-I'm glad you're safe though" Dani said

"We should have brought the boys with us. It would have been easier" Yura said

The boys...

Oh that's right.. Kihyun..

"I thought Kihyun would come and save me.. I guess I was wrong" I said

Dani's phone rang.

"Mian. I need to take this" Dani said as she answered the phone

I faintly smiled..

"Hey... At least you're safe. If you got hurt, Kihyun would be...... very hurt" Yura said

My eyes widened.

"Oh! That's right. We made the Love Contract.. We could feel each other's pain.." I said

I hope Kihyun didn't feel that sharpness of the knife on my neck..

I looked at my finger..

My eyes widened..

"W-What did you say?!" Dani exclaimed

"What happened?" Yura asked

Dani stared at me..

"K-Kihyun.." Dani said

"My ring symbol... It's Gone?" I said

"Kihyun got in a car accident!" Dani said

My eyes widened..

["If one partner dies, the other partner would know by noticing the disappearance of the symbol on the finger"]

N-No way...

Kihyun.. You can't be dead..
