KIHYUN POV

I exited the cab and payed the driver.

I looked towards the bright attractions and squealing of children..

I took out my phone.

"I'm. Here." I said as I typed down my message

..................?

Why isn't she replying?

It says "Seen"

Doesn't that mean she saw my message?

I dialed her number.

I looked around to see anyone picking up their phones..

I scanned the crowd and noticed someone answering their phone.

My phone also got picked up the same time..

".....Yobeoseyo? Yura?" I asked

The person I stared at waved at me.

I hung up my phone and ran to her.

I looked at her clothes.

"You look quite nice in casual clothing for a demon" I said

Grey jacket, wearing hoodie with sunglasses on. And also blue jeans.

"It totally suits your badass image" I chuckled

Yura passed me a ticket.

"Is this the ticket to enter?" I asked

Yura nodded..

"Why aren't you speaking?" I asked

Yura took out her phone and typed something down.

She showed me her phone screen.

[My throat hurts. I don't want to talk]

"Ah.. I see. Oh well. Let's go have some fun shall we?" I asked

Yura nodded.

We went on rides and attempted many minigames..

It was fun but no matter how much fun it was..

I still couldn't stop thinking about...

I felt Yura grabbing my hands.

I flinched and smacked her hand..

"O-Oh mian! I didn't mean to.." I said

What was that?

That touch..

Her hands..

Yura pointed to the ferris wheel.

"You want to go on that?" I asked

Yura nodded and typed down a message.

She showed me what it was.

[It's urgent]

"Okay then.." I said

Yura headed to the ferris wheels first..

I looked at my hand..

That's..... Yura right?

My heart was pounding so hard that my chest forgot about the pain..

What does this mean?

I followed Yura and lined up.

"Next up--Ooh. What a cute looking couple" The ferris wheel man with a clown mask said

"C-Couple? We're not a couple" I said

"Take your time in the ferris wheel" The ferris wheel man said as he opened the door

Yura stepped in and sat down. I sat down in the opposite seat, facing her.

"Have fun and good luck Krylne" The ferris wheel man said

"W-Who are you?!" I exclaimed

The ferris wheel man took off his mask.

"Wait. Kronos? Why..." I said

I looked at Yura..

"Did you know he was here?" I asked

Yura stayed quiet..

"....Is Wonho and Dani here too?" I asked

Yura gazed out the window...

"Is...... Jaeryeong also here?" I asked

Yura faced me and nodded.

My eyes widened..

"....So she's here.. huh?" I said

Yura typed down a message.

My phone vibrated..

I opened her message.

[I love you Krylne. If you're heartbrokened, I'll help you get over your depression so be with me]

"Yura... No. Avery" I said

I touched my chest and sighed..

"Mianhe. I can't be with you. I appreciate your feelings for me and I appreciate all the things you've done for me but.. Even though it's painful.. I still.. hopelessly love Jaeryeong" I said

Yura nodded and took out another phone?

Wait.. that phone belongs to..

I felt my phone vibrate..

I went to check the sender..

"Jae...ryeong?" I said

I opened the message.

[Guess where I am]

My eyes widened..

Guess where?

I looked at the person in front of me..

....Wait a minute..

"....You.......... You're not Yura... are you?" I asked

She took off her hoodie and sunglasses.

My eyes widened as I saw Jaeryeong in front of me..

"...Kihyun, I love you" Jaeryeong said

I frozed.

"...Mwoh?" I said

"I love you. And only you. Not Minhyuk but you" Jaeryeong said

"No way... You said you hated me.." I said

"That wasn't my true feelings. My head was clouded at that time. I couldn't think straight because I was frustrated but that's not the point here!" Jaeryeong said

"I.... I was selfish. I kept on thinking about myself and Minhyuk because of the situation however, I didn't think of your feelings. How you must've felt. Mianhe! I was horrible. I said cruel things and made you say things about yourself... Mianhe Kihyun. I never wanted this to happen" Jaeryeong apologised

My heart's pounding hardly again..

This warm feeling..

Tears fell once again..

"Jaeryeong.. Mianhe. I was selfish too. I injured Minhyuk out of anger and ended up hurting you" I said

Hurting Jaeryeong...

It must've been painful..

That's the one thing she wished to get rid of yet I brought it back to her..

"I'm pathetic.. Hurting you like that.." I said

"No Kihyun, I--" Jaeryeong said

"Kumawo for everything Jaeryeong.. I really love you too but.. " I bowed

"But what?" Jaeryeong asked

"I can't be with you anymore. Mianhe" I said

Jaeryeong stared at me weirdly.

"Why?" Jaeryeong asked

"I was afraid of hurting you.. That's why. I tried Jaeryeong but.. in the end, I ended up making you sad. I even injured your friends. Also.. ever since I came, you went through nothing but trouble. Which is not what you wanted.." I said

"No Kihyun. It's all in the past. We can start ove--" Jaeryeong said

"I'm a demon Jaeryeong! I'm also the heir to the throne. I'm dangerous and I could hurt you!" I said

Jaeryeong stood up and flicked my forehead.

"Oww! Yah--" I said

"So what if you're a demon? I'm a human. I'm just an average normal teenager. I'm dangerous enough to flick a demon's forehead and make him say Ow! What's the difference?" Jaeryeong asked

"Being around me won't bring you happiness. It'll be a dark path..." I said

"Is that so? Well, I've already walked down a dark path and I escaped it because I realised it wasn't the path for me. Then I saw a light and followed that path. Even though it was dangerous and I got hurt from it, I was happy. I had fun everyday and enjoyed my life once in awhile" Jaeryeong said

I bit my lip..

"Why... Aren't you afraid of the future? Aren't you scared?" I asked

"Of course I am. You're just more scared than I am. But listen, being scared is perfectly fine. It just means you need someone to be by your side doesn't it? Being with someone you love and trust makes you stronger. Together, we can overcome anything" Jaeryeong said as she held my hand

I squeezed her hand..

"Alright... Let's do this together" I smiled

Jaeryeong wrapped her arms around me..

I smiled..

"I missed you.." I said

JAERYEONG POV

We got off the ferris wheel awkwardly as I.M, Wonho & Dani was waiting for us at the bottom. Yura is at the hospital watching over Minhyuk.

After the big fight, Kihyun and I returned home while the others went back to their hotel rooms.

"Jaeryeong, let's upgrade our contract" Kihyun mentioned

"Upgrade our contract?" I said

"Our contract right now is still in tact because your wish didn't work" Kihyun said

"Hahh???! It didn't work?!" I exclaimed

"Haha. Because your wish was already granted" Kihyun smiled

I blushed..

That means... I... and Kihyun....

Had the same feelings?

"A-Anyways, what upgrade are you talking about?" I asked

"It's like another contract that can only form if both Contractor and Partner have the same feelings for each other" Kihyun said

"I thought you said the Contractor and Partner can't--" I said

"Neh. It's forbidden. This is a forbbiden contract. But yolo. I'm the next demon heir anyways. No one would dare stand up to me" Kihyun said

Wow.. isn't he overly confident?

A moment ago, he was like 'I'm so scared! I'm afraid! OMG!' and stuff

"I can HEAR you" Kihyun said

"Oops.." I chuckled

Kihyun sighed.

"Anyways, come here and hold my hands" Kihyun said

I grabbed both his hands.

"Okay, now close your eyes and I'll form the contract" Kihyun said

"Oh okay" I said

I shut my eyes.

I heard Kihyun mumbling Demonian, chanting a spell?

Everything went silent..

"Is it done yet?" I asked

"Open your eyes"

I opened my eyes and saw Kihyun's face in front of me.

"Surprise~" Kihyun smiled then pecked my lips

Blood raced all the way to my cheeks.

"Contract done" Kihyun smiled

"W-Was that kiss neccessary?!" I exclaimed

"Neh. It's part of the contract" Kihyun said

"JUST WHAT TYPE OF CRAZY CONTRACT NEEDS A KISS FOR IT?!" I shouted

"A Love Contract"
