" Chapter 12 - Who Am I "

It's been three days and we still haven't decided our menu!! I am in the library right now, panicking and scratching my head like crazy.

"The design, check... the tables, check... The lights, check, but the food?!" I buried my self in my arms.

"What are you blabbering about?" Lucas said, sitting in front of me.

I shoved my notebook to his face, "We don't have foods on the menu and my mind is super blank right now!!"

"Hey stop it," He pushed my hand back and lazily said, "What's the problem with that?"

"What's the problem? This is the problem! I don't know what to put and we're short on buying some ingredients a--" He put is hand on my face, "Didn't you have a godmother who is good in cooking?"

Oh..

"Why didn't you tell me?!" I smacked his head with my notebook a thousand times.

"Ow! Hey, stop it! The librarian might see us!" He said covering up his head, I stopped and looked around cautiously and slowly sat down on my chair.

He suddenly smirked at me, "She's your godmother and you didn't even thought about it, stuuuupid~" I glared at him then a thought came into my mind.

"Why don't you come with me later?" I asked.

"No way, go with your cousin or something..." He said leaning his cheek onto his palm.

"Please~ and also I could treat you just like I promise yesterday," I said.

"That's not what I even wanted..." He muttered.

"C'mon!! Please Lucas the most genius and most handsome in the whole world!" I begged him with pleading eyes.

He flicked my forehead, "Did you think I would be falling with that petty act of yours?"

I hold my forehead in pain and said, "Yes, of course!"

He looked at me for a second then clicked his tongue and said, "Okay, I'll go."

"Yay!!" I cheered.

"Tell your parents that you'll be coming home late or they will be worried again," He said and stood up as he took his bag.

"Okay!" I replied and took my phone, "Where are you going?"

"I'll be hanging out with Kiel so bye," He said and walked away.

I just realized that he's friends with Kiel. Wow...

I shook my head and texted my parents.

"Athy!!" Helena sobbed dramatically, "I'm glad you're alright!!"

"Yeah, I just had a slight fever, why are you guys like this?" I asked.

"Even if it's slight we were still worried, you pushed yourself too hard!" Agnis said, checking up on my face.

"I'm fine, I'm fine," I said and I backed away from Agnis' grasp.

"Are you sure? Do you need some water, do you need some medicine? Tell us and we will take care of you!" Jenny said.

I waved my hands in refusal, "No, I'm fine really..."

They looked at me suspiciously. I sweat dropped waiting for the second wave, but they sighed.

Cass patted my head and said, "If you need anything or you don't feel good, call us. Okay?"

I nodded and giggled, "What are you, my mom?"

"No, we're your friends!" Helena said and hugged me tightly.

"Best Friends!" Agnis added and join in, followed by Jenny and Cass.

I hugged back and smile at them, "Thank you, but I'm fine.."

They broke the hug and smiled back, then they turned to Jenny and told her something like, "Take care of her!" or, "Call us if she had a fever again!"

I smiled at them, looks like they put Jenny into a heavy mission.

It's now noon and Lucas and I were walking towards to Lily's cafe with Jenny following with us because she want to help.

We arrived at the cafe and told Lily our reason. She let us in inside her office and wait until she's finished working.

Four hours has passed and Lily called us from the kitchen.

"So what do you want me to teach you?" She asked.

"Uh...Something delicious but using some basic ingredients..?" I said.

"Uhuh.." Lily mumbled and thought for a while.

"Well then how about this..." Lily suggested and taught us many things. In the end Lucas made it more perfect than ever.

"How did you do that?" I asked.

"Well I just followed what she said and just make it.." He said simply.

Lily smiled at us proudly, "They looked great and taste delicious! Is that all?"

"Yes, I wanted more but my notebook is already full..." I said, disappointed.

Why is the pages so small?!

"Well then, since you all tried your best I will treat you some foods!" Lily said.

Jenny and I beamed while Lucas just ate the cake I made as his treat.

After that, Lily gave us the ingredients, she insisted it so we accepted it and thanked her for teaching us and decided to go home. We walked Jenny to her home first then walk towards ours.

"That was fun!" I said.

"I'm tired.." Lucas sighed.

"Don't you think our class will make a mistake?" I asked worriedly.

"Did someone told you that?" He eyed at me.

I frown and said, "No.."

"Then what's the problem?" He said.

"I..." Was all I could utter.

"You thought about the theme very carefully until you're on your limit. You'll be fine, unless you're some kind of an idiot," He said.

I stopped walking and touched my forehead, "Ack!" My head starts to hurt again.

He turned and walked towards me, "What's wrong?"

I breathed heavily... What was that?

'Then what's the problem?'

Stop it....

'You practiced everyday until your feet got raw.'

Stop it!

'You'll be fine unless you're some kind of idiot.'

Then an image of Lucas appeared in my head.

"Stop it!!" I yelled, then the voice disappeared and the pain also disappeared.

"Sia!!" Lucas shook me.

I look up at him and saw his ruby eyes full of worry and.. and... pain? He suddenly pulled me for a hug.

"Lucas?" I called.

No answer.

Lucas.... Who are you?

He let go of me and turned around, "Here.."

Why are you always showing up in my dreams?

"What?" I tilted my head.

"Let me carry you. You'll collapse if you walk with that headache of yours," He muttered.

What's with that dream?

"I'm fi--"

"Just get on!" He insisted. I sighed and got on to his back and he start carrying me.

Is that even true?

"Thank you," I mumbled.

"Go to sleep, we're still far," He said.

I hummed in response.

Just who really am I?

I lied my head on his back and drifted to sleep.

This chapter is kinda boring, well since I'm super bored typing this chap. but I still made this and I'm almost at my limit! (￣□￣;)
