Merry Christmas

It was now the week before Christmas. Ruki had made sure the house was decorated from top to bottom which required alot cleaning.Malia had went on like she always had nothing had happened between she and Yuma but she didn't let it bother her. Infact she had been avoiding him.

Walking down the creeky staircase, To assist none other than Ruki with decorating.

"Malia?" His voice called.

"Yes, Sir?"

"We need to decorate the exterior." He said holding a large tub of lights.

"Do you always go this big for christmas?" She asked.

"Nope..." Said Kou laughing.

"Why the sudden urge for christmas decor?" She asked.

"I just thought it might be nice." He said annoyed.

"Lies." Said Kou standing up.

Then placing and arm onto Malia..

"It has nothing to do with that and everything to do with a specific tall girl." He said laughing.

"Seriously?" Asked Malia.

"It seems so." He said with a smile.

"T-that's... You know i don't have to explain my actions to the help..."He said before walking away.

"I never took him as the tsun tsun type." She said.

"He never acts like this over a girl so this is foreign." He said with a confused expression.

"Well, Either way we should help him decorate."

"Not me, I have work to attend too." He said before walking off into the distance.

"Not gonna ask me sow?" A deep yet familiar voice called.

She looked in confusion until she met his light-brown eyes staring at her in the doorway.

"I just didn't think you'd want to help." She said opening the front door and exiting.

She looked onto the roof to see Ruki attempting to staple christmas lights to the front enterance.

"How did you get up there?...There's no ladder." She asked in pure confusion.

"Vampire-thing." He said with a small grin.

"Is there a ladder here?" She asked.

"Yes, in the storage closet in the basement."

"ok...I'll return." She said opening the front door.

Once she approached the basement it was dark and creepy, There weren't many lights but she used her phone flashlight.Then approaching a large closet consisting of paint and a ladder.

"There it is." She said grabbing the ladder.

As she was walking backwards she tripped over a can of paint and she let go of her grip on the ladder.Right before the ladder could fall on her petite body a large hand caught it...Then she heard a small chuckle.

"Master?" She asked to see Yuma holding the ladder.

"Look's like if i hadn't been here something bad may have happend." He said holding his hand forward.

"Thank you." She said intertwining hands then standing up fully.

When he pulled her arm to his chest and lowered his lips to her ear.

"I can think of better ways to say thank you." He said followed with a small chuckle.

When he let go grabbing the ladder and walking off.

It was now Christmas Eve and her sisters were expected to Arrive for the night.She was helping set the table and clean up anything that needed it.

"Master?"

"Yes?" Replied Ruki

"May i go get ready for tonight?" She asked.

"Of course."

"Thank you."

Then running up the staircase until she entered her room.Upon entering she noticed a large red box with a green bow on her bed.

Opening the box to find a note "Where this tonight- Yuma."Reading the contents of the letter made her blush fifty shades of red and then looking into the box.

To see a emerald-green dress with bows on the sleeves that were off the shoulder.The dress was tighter at the top and ruffly and flowy near the bottom.

Then curling her burgandy hair and placing a emerald ribbon.When an abrupt loud knock came through the house.

"Look like they're here." She said walking to the door.

"Malia!" A voice called.

"Hey..." She said greeting them both.

"Hi..." Said Ruki walking to greet them.

"The decorations are lovely." Said Madison with a smile.

"Im suprised you even noticed them." he said with a smirk.

"lier..." Malia mumbled under her breath.

"Now if you'll make your way to the dining room." said Ruki directing them.

Making they're way to the large dining room. She examied the room to see the chandelier changed to one lit with candles.And greenery as far as they eye could possibily see.

"Wow-" Said Madison.

"It looks really nice in here.." Said Malia.

"Well i'm gald you think so." He said with a nonchalant smile.

As they were talking she noticed Yuma come in and sit with a smirk as he examied her dress.She looked away as she didn't want anyone to notice.

{ A f t e r D i n n e r  }

"If you'd like were serving egg nog in the front room." Said Ruki..

"I just hope a specific game doesn't take place." Said Madison.

"I can assure you...of that."

"ok, good." She said walking to the room.

Then entering the large room with two lare couchs. It was all decorated with greenery on on the fireplace.A lare thirteen foot christmas tree lit with candles and vintage ornaments.

"Have a seat." Said Ruki

"Would anyone like egg nog?" Asked Ruki

"Sure." said Madison.

"I'll take some." Said Malia.

"Pardon me, But it seems somone drunk every ounce of rum we had in the house. It's non-alchohalic." Said Ruki.

"It's fine."

"Yes...Plus i'm not a big fan of drinking." Said Malia.

The silence was incredibly awkward but they all drunk egg nog and made small talk.Once it was quite late Madison and Michaela decided to leave.

"Thank you for having us." Said Madison.

"It was my pleasure." He said with a small grin.

"Merry christmas." She said before exiting.

"bye." Said Malia.

Walking into her room and letting out a small sigh, When suddenly her door slammed shut.In panic she turned to see Yuma standing infront of the door.

"Master?" She asked in confusion.

"You've been avoiding me." He said

"No, i have been busy." She said turning around.

When Yuma grabbed her waist and pinned her against the door with one hand pinning her hands to the door.The other hand over her head.

"Tell me why?" He asked with a furious expression.

"I wasn't ignoring you..."

"Do i need to get Kou?" He asked lowering his head further to hers.

"No...that won't be nessacary."

"Then tell me the truth..." He said continuing the eye-contact.

"Well, i may have been avoiding you."

"why?" He asked less than an inch from her lips.

"A few night's ago when you had been intoxicated, You came in my room and i attempted to help you...And you said something."

"Said what?" He asked with an angered expression.

"You - you said that you love me." She said looking down.

His facial expression changed from angry to an emotionless one that sent shivers down her spin.

"And you were upset by that?" He asked.

"Well i don't know."

"Goodnight." He said placing a small kiss on her lips .

Then opening the door beside her and leaving...He didn't slam the door. He didn't seem to angered or upset.Which was a sense of relief for Malia as she put the beautiful dress back into the box and laid down.

As she was attempting to sleep she couldn't stop thinking about him. How instead of acting angry he showed a sense of compassion.He showed a side she hadn't seen before. He wasn't acting perverted or like he was going to hurt someone. Reminiscing about the way he had kissed her.

"Yep, I'm definitly crazy." She said out loud.
